Great communication from start to finish. They came to my work, called to say they were on their way & when their. I simply came out to open the car & left. He replaced my front windshield efficiently. He called me when finished. I came out & he told me info I needed to know & answered my questions. Very easy process & so nice & helpful!Great employees all around, Great Company.

I have been working with Tom at City Auto Glass for the last few years he is great to work with!His team is efficient and professional not only do we have them replace windshields and cut glass for our equipment, City Auto Glass also has installed custom window frames in our Generator trailer that we just built this winter, and everything turned out AMAZING!!!!Thank you to the Crew at City Auto Glass for work well done!!!

The tech arrived on time at my home and told me what he needed to do. He estimated the amount of time required. The window looked great when he was done and he calibrated it properly because everything worked as it had before.

City Auto Glass contacted me promptly regarding my appointment and kept me informed every step of the way. There was a delay in getting the new windshield shipped so we rescheduled to fit my schedule. The work was done and the recalibration done there, so I did not have to make separate trip to the dealer. Insurance claim was seamless for me. Very friendly staff and technicians. Employee owned says a lot about how they take care of their customers. I hope I don t get hit again, but would come back if I do.Thanks!Service: Auto windshield repair

Was given an over-estimated wait time for windshield replacement of 4-6hrs, but usually can be done in 3hrs. They had my windshield replaced in 1& 1/2 hrs. Incredible service time & looks good!

The service was great on all fronts. My windshield was replaced in about 2 days from initial contact to completed repair. I really like that they recalibrate the saftey systems so I don't have to make a seperate appointment with a shop. The men who came to my home were on time, very polite and pleasant. One removed the old wind shield the others put in the one. They took care of all of the billing with my insurance company. I was very pleased at the ease of getting this done. Thanks for making a bad situation easy to fix

The glass service was great. Quick and done in 40 minutes and very clean. The customer waiting area wasn t great. Windowless room, not very clean (but not terrible). Chose to sit outside, where there were a couple of dirty plastic Adirondack chairs. Had Wi-Fi which was nice. I think some clean up and thoughtfulness on the customer waiting area would make a big difference.Service: Auto windshield repair

The service was fast and convenient but the job was not done right. The tech did not clean out the shuttered glass from inside the door panel and the lock kept getting stock. Had to take it to a dealership and they had to take everything apart and get the pieces of glass out for it to work properly.

Service was set up through insurance and made check in and out a breeze. I was greeted immediately and respectfully by staff, given an estimate of 2 hours, and chose to wait on site. The job was complete within 1.5 hours and I was on my way.Glass was put on the windshield and seems more durable than the original. Great experience overall.Service: Auto windshield repair

First appointment of the day. They were ready and waiting. Dropped my car off and used a loaner which was old but ran fine and was clean inside. Car was ready midday. Seat and all other personal settings were unchanged. Lane departure and adaptive cruise control was adjusted properly. Billing to my insurance was seamless. Pros; Local staff is professional and courteous. Got me in on time and completed work quickly. Cons: After market Glass Windshield that was installed was flawed. Wasn't noticed until after the installation, and could not be replaced then. I made arrangements to come back but has been on back order. Been waiting 4 weeks and still no windshield through Toyota.Service: Auto windshield repair

Everything that could go wrong with our windshield replacement went wrong. Some of it was the fact that we have the newest model Tucson which caused some understandably unexpected issues. They quickly worked to rectify those issues but some of them were incredibly inconvenient.The tech broke the housing for the windshield sensor when he was removing it. They ordered a new one free of charge. He couldn t recalibrate the windshield sensors at our house so we had to drive it to their Eden Prairie location 35 minutes away. We got it to the shop and they still couldn t get the sensors to calibrate correctly with their standard windshield so they had to order one directly from Hyundai (also at no extra charge to us). We drove for a week with all the warning lights blinking until the new windshield came in. We then had to drive the 35 minutes back to the shop for installation & recalibration. They were friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. They repaired everything with no extra charge to us. Because of that I gave them three stars. Otherwise I would ve given them one star because the whole situation was such a frustrating hassle & major inconvenience.Service: Auto windshield repair
