The team at CarStar did a great job on our repair. Kept me very informed of their progress and went above and beyond to track down a part that was on back order. Car looks brand new again!

CARSTAR quoted me a week to fix up my Volvo after somebody backed up into it. I ended up getting it back after two days and the work is excellent - looks like nothing ever happened. I didn't have to lift a finger with insurance, even after they found additional damage. Excellent service, would recommend.

Adam was super helpful with getting 2014 Chevy Silverado Fixed! Very upfront and Honest! Crazy detailed work and price was way more than reasonable!! Car start In EP is the best!

I was directed to Carstar by my insurance company. After a very bad customer experience with my insurer, it was a breath of fresh air to meet with the team at Carstar. They were understanding, worked quickly and had good communication. Definitely recommend!

I was safe and sound traveling with my cousin in Phoenix, Mesa and Superior, then on my own in Tempe and Tucson. I did well in the rental car traveling between Tempe and Tucson by myself. All was well during my 12 day vacation in AZ. Then I had an accident in my own car of four years on Friday 3/3/23 trying to avoid the snowbank from the blizzard that savaged Minnesota in late February. (My city got about 17 inches from the two days' accumulation. It was rather unpleasant to see the piles over piles from the leftover of previous 56 inches prior to the most recent snow invasion coming back from the sun-belt south). The damage was cosmetic. The front passenger side was ripped off and dangling when I arrived at CARSTAR Eden Prairie North. Kraig greeted me with smiles, then took pictures of the car and got ready for the estimate. I asked if he could help me to get rid of the dangling pieces that make me look like a reckless 16 years old on her first day of driving. Jeff came to the rescue helping with the cutting and securing the pieces. They did that for me free of charge. They also informed me that they could not help me until May since they were so backed up. (Overwhelmingly good business for the body shops in the twin cities thanks to the bipolar weather in this currently frozen land of 10000 lakes).They advised me to check other body shops as well. I appreciate their help and honesty. I am more than willing to rate them 5/5!

I picked up my GMC Terrain today for front end damage repairs. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the repair!! They were very good to deal with and helpful. I highly recommend CarStar Eden Prairie, MN!

There was a mishap of a neighbor backing into our car door. CarStar gave us a quick and reasonable quote, followed by friendly service and high-quality work. They even did a few extras without request (clean car mats and fixing a unrelated paint scuff). I was very impressed with their work, and we ll be back with any future needs!Service: Body & Trim

On the morning of February 6th. I had a car accident. I made an insurance claim that afternoon. My insurance company is affiliated with CarStar. I got an estimate from them then and awaited drop off for body repairs til April 10th. In today's world I understood. On April 19th. the work was completed. This is a top notch company and they have excellent customer service skills! When I dropped off my car rental at CarStar they called the agency and had them pick up my rental vehicle so I didn't have to drop it off. I hadn't had a car accident in over 30 years before now. I truly appreciate the workmanship of my Jeep Cherokee and had piece of mind throughout. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

So I was reluctant and really not looking forward to getting our Volvo XC90 repaired after a hail storm. This was amplified by the fact that our (major national) insurance company low-balled a ridiculous estimate for the repair just under our deductible to influence us to not even fix it. Anyway, we did, and were initially going to go with our Volvo dealer just to save time to also get it serviced, but chose CarStar because the insurance company had them as a preferred partner (so if anything done wasn't to our liking we could go back with no problem). I'm so glad I went with the team in Eden Prairie. They were so great! You really don't expect the level of service and caring they provide. Even for the short time you work with them. I interacted with 3 different people and the all felt like interacting with friends/family. They explained everything to me in just the right amount of detail,.. not over-doing it or talking down (since I clearly don't know how to repair my car).Our car also had been marked up on a side. We were concerned about it rusting so wanted to pay to have it touched up. The employee explained that it wouldn't because it was plastic, and they would touch it up free of charge. Totally unexpected and above and beyond. We will definitely be recommending to our friends CarStar Eden Prairie.Service: Body & Trim

CarStar was nothing short of amazing in every way. Due to supply chain issues, we had to wait an extraordinarily long time to receive parts (apparently we set a record!). We received regular communication with updates every step of the way. They were kind, professional, and left us feeling confident that we were in good hands. My passenger side front corner of my car had been hit, taking out the area around the fog light. I had no idea who did it or when it happened. I don t normally see that side of my car. The crew at Car Star worked with me and my insurance company to make the process of getting the repairs done quickly and efficiently. Once the parts came in, they started work immediately and had it completed 2 1/2 days later. They also worked with a car rental company to have car ready for me when I dropped off my car and arranged to have the rental picked up when I picked up my car. The repair is beautiful, it looks like a brand new car! I would definitely use them again and I recommend Car Star to anyone who needs car repairs done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are the best!I needed a high mount brake light replaced for a newly introduced Mustang Mach E (limited parts and experience).Caliber wasn t interested.Metropolitan Ford didn t know how & referred me to another Ford dealer. Never use this business as you can see by my review previously, they now finally totaled our vehicle Oct 27th 4.5 months due to in incomplete inspection and estimate. Very unprofessional attitude toward customer service. The part they were waiting for arrived three weeks ago then they had the suspension check that was damaged it should have been checked in June and eliminated this poor service. They have had our Durango since June 13th, poor follow up and communication. Almost two months and it hasn t been started yet. Very poor customer service, we have been stopping in every Friday to listen to them say they are going to start it the next week. Frustrated and kept captive, waiting.- Update I did receive communication from manager- mostly a part delay issue that they don't have control of, and he will work to improve communication.

Justin was friendly and provided extremely professional help.
