I just picked up my vehicle after needing repairs from an accident I was in earlier this month. It was a decent size repair job (entire front end of my Rav4).The team at Caliber was incredible from start to finish. Great communication, really easy process with the rental car company, worked directly with my insurance company to handle 99% of the paperwork, and the work done on my SUV looks great. I was assigned to Zach on the team and he was sure to always call with updates, give me information in a way I could understand it, and was able to have my vehicle ready about 2 weeks sooner than what I was quoted. This was my first time using Caliber and I am happy I did! They made being in a car accident an (almost) pleasant experience. Thank you all!

Great experience with a team of professionals, start to finish!Alexis is the queen of details and her smile lights up the office.Zach very button up and knows his stuff.Highly recommend if you ever are in need of a collision repair. They did all of the leg work to get the other guys insurance to pay 100% as some was not in the original estimate

I went for an estimate as advised by my insurance. JP gave me his honest opinion, buffed out my scratch completely, and sent me on my way! It s so refreshing to work with honest people who are great at what they do. I d recommend without reservation.

Absolutely excellent service. The repairs are perfect, and my Nissan looks good as new. The work was completed sooner than expected, and the car was carefully cleaned inside and out. Service is impeccable! They helped me remove a clear coat problem on my car that I thought ruined my paint. They responded immediately and diligently, and did not charge me a cent for their help. Excellent shop. Quick turnaround, and they were able to masterfully paint match Subaru World Rally Blue, which is not an easy task due to the metallic flake.Erik the service advisor kept me in the loop during the entire process.

JP, my service advisor, was excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire repair process. He is a true asset to Calibor Collision consistently delivering a high level of customer service. The entire team at the Pioneer Trail Caliber Collision location exceeded my expectations, from beginning to end; coordinating with my insurance company as well as Enterprise was seamless! I highly recommend as my repair looks like the accident never even happened! Great job. Thanks!!!

Excellent communication and work done by everyone involved. The repair was completed three days earlier than estimated, and looks flawless. Everything on the backend from working with insurance (State Farm) to setting up a rental (Enterprise) was all taken care of on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hands down, the GM, Noah is the freaking best! So easy to work with and listened to what my concerns were and fixed my car right! I had gone to another location 3x and was not happy! The front desk, Alexis and Marilyn were so quick with my concern and getting me scheduled and car rental! Also, to the person who fixed my car, you are the mvp! I know nobody likes to touch other peoples work, but man, whomever did mine, got it perfect! I am so happy, I wish I could give them 10 stars, all around from the front desk to GM to Workshop! Amazing and highly recommend!!! So professional, so kind, just great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the get go my experience with Caliber Collision was superb. They got me in promptly for an estimate, dealt with my insurance adjuster in a timely manner, scheduled my repair quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time my vehicle was being fixed. And... best of all completed the work so fast I still can't believe it!!! It is rare to be so satisfied with a service like this from start to finish but I can't say enough about these awesome professionals!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision does business the way it should be done! The entire staff is courteous, respectful, genuine, and patient; not to mention they are experts in what they do. My car actually drove better after their repairs than it did when I first bought it. At Caliber, you deal with humans who take it seriously that YOU are human too! It's not a cliche, at Caliber they really do go above and beyond for you as a customer. I felt valued, respected, and important. Other repair shops were stating it would take 2 and 3 months to finish my vehicle, Caliber had it finished in under 3 weeks!!! They held true to their estimate, finished before they promised they would, kept me informed, treated me with patience and kindness (the entire time), and did more than what I asked for and expected! Do NOT waste your time with other body shops, seriously. The ONLY one I've found that really cares about their work AND their customers ....is Caliber Collision!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with Jp when it came to the repair of my vehicle. His communication throughout the process was excellent and he answered all my questions and put me at ease! 10/10 recommend this shop and if you re fortunate to work with Jp, I can guarantee you will be impressed! The exterior of my car looks better than it did driving it off the lot!

I am a mom in Indianapolis and my kid is in Minneapolis. After having their car, stolen and wrecked, we needed to find a place to fix their car. I called eight places trying to get an appointment and was told it would be 2 to 3 months out. Thankfully, called Caliber and was able to get right in. They were so helpful and kind! Trying to take care of all of this from far away, having someone be so willing to do whatever it took to assist us made all the difference in the world! Their work was amazing and they also had the car complete ahead of schedule! They communicated the whole time to keep us in the know what was going on. Stop looking right here!! Go to Caliber!!!! They are professional, courteous and communicative throughout the process. Zach was AMAZING. Any employer would be lucky to have this guy on their team! He kept me updated throughout the process and didn t mansplain things to me but he did talk in terms I could understand. Marilyn in customer service, so patient!! I was stressed, frustrated, trying to coordinate repairs, insurance and trying to protect my bumper to bumper warranty with my manufacturer. She was so kind, and to be honest, she probably thought I was a real peach (sarcasm). The part the stands out the most, she picked up the office and called for a phone call rather than continuing the email thread. THAT is customer service and when a customer is escalating to have the patience and professionalism to change the course of the conversation is a big deal because written communication can be heard by the reader in a tone their feeling rather than the tone.
