Being a former All Imports customer I was concerned if I would get the same excellent level of service and repair that I became accustomed to as I transitioned to Superior Auto. I have had two major repairs since the merger; a complete makeover of rear brakes and replacing the wheel bearings. Having now driven the vehicle for a while I am glad to report that the repair work was excellently done. The required work was quickly identified and done in a timely manner with no attempt at upselling. For you former All Imports customers you will quickly see that Superior Auto is a larger operation. As I walked in the door on my first visit this did give me some pause for concern. However, I quickly found the staff to be very welcoming and respectful. The repair work was excellently done and I received a follow up text from Tony, one of the owners. Michael, the service advisor from All Imports that we all came to know and trust with our vehicles, remains on staff. He is outstanding and having that familiar face just further solidifies Superior Auto as the place I will continue to take my vehicles.

I just had a wonderful experience with Superior Collision and would definitely recommend to anyone! Matt went above and beyond to communicate with me about the repairs and the process, they were very thorough and prompt, and I got my Honda Odyssey back looking brand new! Thank you, Superior Team, you made this experience so much better!

These guys used to be honest but they straight up lied about several repairs that our cars needed immediately. We got a second opinion since they were saying it would cost about 5000 dollars for the repairs and it turns out no repairs were needed. That was 8 months ago and our cars are still running beautifully.I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. These guys are just looking to get money out of you.

We had a hit and run on our SUV that Superior took excellent care of. Cole was a fierce advocate for us, especially because our insurance was uncooperative and was delaying the process of repair. Once Cole took care of the insurance issue, the turnaround time on delivery was impeccable. Our car looks as good as new and we felt very confident that Cole was taking charge of our repairs and insurance issues. Would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and quality of work.

I brought my car in today and Eric was amazing to work with. He broke the process down for me step by step and answered all of my questions. He really eased my mind as I was quite anxious coming into this situation. I felt very comfortable turning my car keys over to him, which is not something I do easily. After I worked with him, I did not want to take my car anywhere else. Thank you!

Superior service indeed! Several years ago our minivan was rear ended and Superior did the body work. A few years later an issue arose with the paint. I thought there is no way that they will consider repairing it under warranty. I communicated with April and she was fantastic. Cole looked at the car and stated that they would fix the issue under warranty. I was blown away! It's rare to find companies that will stand behind their work. They provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. When we picked up our van they had detailed the interior. This place is a unicorn! We will definitely be using them moving forward with our auto body needs! Thank April and Cole!!

Highly recommend Superior for any auto body and service work. They did an excellent job with our Ford Explorer Sport after it was involved in a front end collision. This vehicle is loaded with sensors, cameras, etc... Not only does our vehicle look and function perfect, we got it back in 9 working days! Exceptional job communicating with their customers like letting us know when the estimate was completed, expected completion date, and handling all the insurance paperwork. Thanks again for everyone at Superior Service Center!

Superior went above and beyond when I needed auto body work done. From working directly with my insurance, to providing a rental car, and taking care of the car inside out all without me needing to lift a finger. I've found my new go-to auto repair place.

We were on 494 when the check engine light came on and the vehicle began losing power. Limping it off the next exit to a side road, we were stuck on an entrance ramp to a major state highway. I called Superior and they quickly helped to arrange a tow truck. We expected to spend the night in a local hotel. But Zach did a great job and worked us into Superior's busy schedule. The repairs were made quickly and we were back on the road. Zach kept us informed on the progress and made sure everything checked out for us to finish our trip safely. While it was an unplanned visit to Superior, everyone was very pleasant and helpful which we greatly appreciated.

Will always use these guys for my vehicle needs! Have been seeing them for several years and have always been the best prices, most honest place I ve worked with! Michael at the front desk has always been amazing! SO happy he stuck around during the buyout of All Imports ! Do whatever yall can to keep him around! Superior service went beyond the call helping me out on a stranded truck with either a bad battery or starter. They got the truck fixed super quick and had it back by mid afternoon. Truck worked like brand new and also was detailed where it.seemed I just bought it off the lot. Highly recommend Superior service for all automotive needs.

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 V8 Truck and needed oil pan gasket and rear seal done. Zach did an excellent job and I no longer have any oil leaks. I will be a returning customer for sure. Five stars!

Great experience did major work on my Jeep got it back to me in the timeframe they said and was very pleased with my service. Will definitely be making them my go to. They do just what is needed and don t tell you that you need something done when you really don t. Nice to have mechanics you can trust. I detest dealers.

Selected this establishment based on positive reviews and its certification through my insurance provider. Interacted with both the collision and mechanical departments, with Andy overseeing the collision aspects and Tom managing the mechanical components. The collision team demonstrated exceptional proficiency in restoring my vehicle, rendering it virtually indistinguishable from its original state.Although I encountered some persistent mechanical issues after the initial visit, the team addressed them promptly and executed a commendable resolution. Their responsiveness, effective communication, and unwavering professionalism were evident throughout the process. Went for oil change, took out my air filter, said it needed to be replaced, ok fine, but already pulled the old one, why charge $30 labor to install new one, probably 30 seconds. No other shop that I know of charges labor to put in an air filter. Air filter ended up costing me $60. Also quoted me $360 For a new battery, honest 1 did it for $225.

UPDATE:Tony called and left message same day. He also sent a check for a full refund for the oil change. I do think he perhaps was hard on the guys at the shop who had nothing to do with the design/copy etc of the coupons. Tony handled this very well as an owner should but many don't.They mail out coupons (with no expiration dates) for full synthetic oil changes at $29.97 to get you in the door then tell you it's $10.00 more. What a scam. False advertising is against the law.

I just moved here from out of state. I had a little fender bender. Brought my Kia here and what a great experience. Friendly, Professional, and Helpful. They do fantastic work and guaranteed all their work.

I used them once for an oil change and, recently, when my car was acting up, I was able to drop it off same day and have it fixed by the day after! Everyone seems nice and I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything, they were just trying to fix the issues at hand.

Had some major service performed. Front office was good to work with. A little lack of attention to detail in the shop. Plus, I had to bring my vehicle back in to fix something they messed up with the shifting mechanism. They took care of it but an additional hassle and time away from work. Shop didn't try to sell unnecessary services.

This place I thought was great. I went for an Oil Change and they didn't try to sell me anything. He did say I should rotate my tires next time I get oil change. Because they were reasonably piced I had them do it then.I would recommend this place to family.

I am really happy with the work done at Superior Auto (mechanical). These guys stand by their work! They made a mistake on my brakes last year and fixed my vehicle at no additional charge and important to note, they apologized. The new brake pads only lasted 13K miles and it was because the brake caliper was also damaged when they installed the new brake pads (15 months earlier). After careful inspection, they agreed, the brake caliper was the problem and agreed to replace BOTH back calipers and brake pads. I can only imagine what it is like to run a shop but they probably "ate" $1,500 to do the right thing. Thank you Michael and Troy, it means a lot and I will be back for future work.

I've been using Superior Service Center for 7 years for both body and mechanical repairs. Still to this day the staff and service live up to it's name (Superior). After a minor disagreement with a deer right before Christmas there was no hesitation as to where I would be bringing my vehicle for repairs. Scheduling was very flexible and from the moment I dropped the vehicle off to even after I picked the vehicle up, Matt was with me every step of the way. With consistent updates of progress, expected completion date and thorough explanation of the repairs that were being made. I couldn t be more pleased with the personal care Tony Hoffman and the team gave. They spent hours looking into a dashboard light problem, went to pick up Mopar supplies, and solved it within hours. I am so thankful to know a trusted company I can take my vehicle to!

Update 5/3/23My original review is below. Please read it as well. The bulk of my experience with this fine establishment is there. Since the below experience I've had the bad luck to have to come back twice more. Now I'm one of "those guys" whose car is more than transportation it's my project, it's my daily dose of uplift, it's my mid life crisis cure. Matt and the team know this without me ever having to say that. They've since fixed my fender dents and scratches after being hit and run in my work parking lot and recently someone vandalized my car. Regardless of the repairs Matt and the team handled everything with care, efficiency and professionalism. 3 times in a year and a half. Bad luck for me but proof positive that Superior Collision not only does top notch work but much more importantly CONSISTENT quality work.Original Review 1/5/21I purchased my car from an online dealer and it was damaged upon delivery. Deep dents in each corner of the roof just above the windshield and several smaller dents on the rear of the roof. First new car I've ever purchased. It was Christmas Eve. My dealer had an ongoing relationship with Superior Collision and I was in for appraisal with Service Advisor Matt within a week. Reminder, this is winter, in MN, a week after Christmas at a body shop. I've been a service manager in mechanical auto service for 20 years. While body work is different the operations are exactly the same. I can say with confidence Superior is an origination with great people working for them from the front counter to the technicians preforming the work. I was able to see my car mid way through the process and I could tell that not only was the work on the specific areas being handled with expertise and the extra attention to detail that is so important in automotive work, but also the tear down of unrelated parts and body panels to get to those areas was also handled with extra care and attention. I was given a loaner that was safe and comfortable, they were always ready for me, communication and timeline of the work was always exactly as explained. My car was returned clean and buffed and for me that was really the day I got my new car. Top notch marks for Matt and Superior Service Center.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This is the only shop I will ever take my car to. And anyone in my family in other cities also drives to the eagan Superior because of how good the staff is there. They are honest and quick and extremely nice at this shop. Highly recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Superior Service Center. They were individually attentive to my needs, knew me by name any time I called and were very familiar with my hail damage insurance claim, helping me through every step of the way. While my car did end up being totaled, they were very transparent with the costs that would be needed to fix the car (which were roughly 4x the estimate I was given by State Farm's virtual appraiser), and did not pressure me on whether to fix the car while I waited for the claim to be processed and find out whether or not it would be totaled. I would trust them for any repair need I have in the future. Thank you for all the help!

One of the best customer service experiences I ve had in a long time. For collision repair I wouldn t go anywhere else. Cole B. went above and beyond to help me with everything my car needed. I can t speak highly enough of this business.
