I brought in my car on a Saturday and was not sure if the repairs could be done before Monday. The check-in process was smooth and the Service Manager, Ross was courteous and asked relevant questions about the issues with the car. The mechanics carried out their diagnosis and Josh called me and explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost, and got my approval to do the repairs. The repairs were completed and I was able to pick up my car on the same day. The car is running well and the issues seem to have been resolved.

I went to Pep Boys to have them inspect a vehicle I was thinking about buying. The 120 point inspection was an amazing value. I recommend it to all who are looking at buying a vehicle. After the inspection I chose not to buy the truck, and this inspection saved me a bunch of money on near future repairs. For $75/$88. It was a great deal. There are a few additional add on things you can have them test as well. Well worth it.

I have been bringing all my cars to pep boys duck wood drive. Love the staff and service. They get me in and out in a timely manner even on short notice. Definitely a place to go for your service needs.

I went in for a tire swap and alignment on 04/07. I had made an appt for 12 and the man behind the counter said it would be a little longer to service due to them being busy which was fine. I asked him to take the summer tires in the back seat and put them on the rims in the trunk and put those on my car. I see my car being test driven with the same rims that were already on the car and not the ones I wanted done which were still sitting in the trunk. Did not listen to what I wanted done after waiting for 3.5 hours.

I came in with a small tire on my log splitter that had gone completely flat. I couldn't even get air in it, because it was so warped from being flat for so long. They were unable to repair and did not have a replacement. It was an odd size tire. They were able to get air in it, which was great. I asked how much and they did not charge me a dime. Very nice gentlemen at the desk.Thanks a million.

I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning at 9:00am. I got a call at 5:42PM saying my car is ready and they close at 6:00PM. How was I to get there in 10 minutes? Come to find out they are closed on Sunday's. I had to wait until Monday morning to get my car. I had to cancel my morning class to get my car to get to work later. Upon paying for the new tire, the front desk guy told me the mechanic tried calling me about a leak in my breaks and I should not drive it. I did not receive any such call or a voicemail. I took the car home, it drives and breaks fine, and upon further inspection, there is NO LEAK. They clearly tried scamming me for additional money. I used to do all my car needs at pep boys, but I will no longer.

the tires I got were good quality for the price and everything went ok the second day I was told to come in. The original appointment though, was confirmed and it wasn't until I got to the store that I found out the tires were not in yet. I recommend calling before the appointment to verify that everything is ready.

I was in there shop to have my front end checked out because I had heard a clunking noise! Turns out it was just a loose bolt that needed to be tightened up a 2 minute job with an Impact gun! But had to bite the bullet and got charged $38 for a quick fix,Even though I couldn't locate the problem since new front end parts were installed by myself.Im going to diligently take a closer look when I'm done just to make sure things are tight and snug ,before I jump the gun, and take it to a repair shop ,Yes they do offer a free service check on your front end as I was told when I called them. I'm just going to be a bit more careful on my part.

I was able to get a same-day appointment even though it was a holiday week. Price for a tire repair was on par with what I would expect. It took approximately 45 minutes from the start time of my appt. Very convenient and low stress.

Scheduled an appointment online to have my car serviced. The day of scheduled service I was informed they are only doing drop offs that day and that my appointment time I have isn't guaranteed. So they can't guarantee my vehicle will be done the day that I'm scheduled for service...

It has only been a day since my service was completed so I cannot say for certain but it seems like the work done was done well. Biggest complaints from this experience were that the information on the website didn't accurately reflect the situation in the shop such as not accepting appointments despite being able to book through the website and the staff being unaware of certain deals posted on the website. Also due to staffing issues, the work took significantly longer to be completed than the time estimate I was quoted when I came to drop off my vehicle.

I made an appointment to replace my tires. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told it would be over 4 hours because there were other people ahead of me. I was offered no apology and was met with only indifference by the customer service employee, and I use that term very loosely. Will never even consider this business again. Stay clear.

Good and friendly service, but they seem understaffed, with apparently just 1 mechanic and 1 front desk guy. Things take a little longer, and I heard them lose some opportunities because they wouldn't be able to get to a vehicle for a few days. However, other auto service businesses seem to have the same problem lately, and at least these guys weren't making promises they couldn't keep. My vehicle was ready an hour before they said it would be. The waiting area is clean, but a little sparse. The only place to plug in a laptop to work while waiting is next to the coffee maker.

Online appointment system didn't work, which means they were unprepared when we arrived. They were extremely understaffed and technically couldn't even accept half of the appointments they took. Overall I would recommend going to tires plus. They at least can take care of your needs.

I went here for an oil change and an alignment.. when they started he brought be to the back where my car was and showed me the tires were bad and my ball joints were also bad .. I told him I had a mechanic who was fixing those issues and putting on new tires .. I came back in to pay for the alignment and the oil change .. I was charged over $200 . $100 for the oil change and &110 for the alignment .. when the guy brought the keys to the car he said I only did the oil change I was unable to do the alignment.. so why did I get charged for that service .. now I m waiting for them to refund my card back.. Overpriced and unprofessional is what this place is

This is the second time I've ordered tires a week in advance, got the call after setting up the appointment confirming my order (yes, 4 tires will be here way ahead of appointment...), only to show up and after 1/2 hour of waiting for them to look "in the back" to find out the tires never arrived from the "Chicago warehouse they've been having problems with...". First time, they had to "upsize" my tires which I wasn't too happy about but after some research I said OK, since WTH am I going to do already there? This time, the tires for the other vehicle were not there again - and instead of putting on 4 better alternates and matching the price, they shrugged and said "Ok, well, we got 2 at the other location...." I said fine, replace just the two you can.I like the Cooper tires Pep Boys carries, and the price is right, but hell, what's all that for if you can't get the product into the shop on time! I understand the shop has limited control over the last-century web application and scheduling device, but I would expect the shop to work with me as a customer to make me whole - like putting on more-expensive tires the DO have in stock, instead of just playing it off as "not our problem.....". Corporate, get your act together!

I visited Store #6608 to replace a tire that had a flat. I had originally purchased these tires at a store in Illinois, but within the month and a half I've had them, I have already had to replace two of these tires due to "unrepairable" defects.When I asked if the tire that had a flat was repairable, they told me no but wouldn't provide me with a reason why it wasn't. I moved on within the process of purchasing a new tire with the store, but that size wasn't in stock. They told me at 1pm on Saturday they would order it from their warehouse and promised that they would have it by 4:30-5pm that very day and would call me once it was in. At 5:15pm I still had yet to receive a call from the store, so I called them asking for an ETA on the tire as I was already late for work and needed to get the new tire on so I could get going. This is when they informed me that they forgot to call me to let me know their courier wouldn't be dropping it off and the store wouldn't have it until Monday morning, therefore causing me to now have wasted my time and gas waiting around and commuting back to the store for a tire that was never going to arrive that day.I decided that due to the poor customer service I received and the lack of attention to my case, I wanted to take my business elsewhere, however when I went to a different store to buy a new tire, we found that Pep Boys never put my original tire and/or wheel back in my trunk, so I was unable to purchase a new tire and was forced to return to Pep Boys Store #6608 to pick up my property that they knowingly had. When I called to let them know I was coming to get it so I could take the tire elsewhere, the service manager, Ross, told me they already had the new tire that was supposed to be received on Saturday mounted to my wheel. I told them I wanted to pick up the wheel and my original tire so I could take my business elsewhere but Ross called me back five minutes later to offer any waived service charges on the purchase of the new tire. Since I was under the impression I would be purchasing this tire for $69.99 (the amount of the tire) now, I agreed to return to the store and purchase the tire instead of going to Discount Tire. However, after the tire was installed I was charged over $100.When I called to inquire why the amount was so high, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and told me they had to charge me an expedited fee since they had to order the tire from a distributor (I was originally told they were getting it from their warehouse). He never disclosed that I would be charged this fee during the process whatsoever. During this phone call in which I requested to be refunded that unauthorized service charge to the difference of about $29.05, the service manager instead offered me a free oil change instead. He told me that "they lost money already, and were going to continue losing money" on me and that my "tire problems were not their problem." He continued to be condescending, rude, and disrespectful and I told him I never wanted to return to Pep Boys again after this experience.

Overall great experience - I would definitely use this location again and recommend - Pep Boys is familiar to me from living in Virginia - I didn't even know there was a Pep Boys near Eagan

Excellent and thorough service. The failing battery triggered some computer warnings of possible vehicle charging failures, but the new battery install ultimately cleared out those codes.

I ve been going to Pep Boys for over 30 years. This place has always been honest, fair and to the point that you can trust. I was happy that Pep Boys came to Eagan. My great experience continues at a entire different place, with the same good experience.

Thank you so much changing our tire after hours and giving extra time and effort to make sure we reach home safely and timely. Without you, we would have been stuck in some motel for the whole long weekend. Both the young man in reception and the manager helped us get out of the tough situation we were in.

Good service, but it would be nice to know when your car is expected to be worked on and how long you'll be waiting. My appt was @430, and they didn't start working on my car til @618. I got there at 350pm and didn't leave til after 730 ridiculous.

These guys were awesome! I needed a slow leak looked at on my car on very short notice and they were able to get me in, despite being relatively busy and short-staffed. I have a Tesla Model 3 and it turned out my rim was cracked. They recommended an after-market part since no one nearby had compatible wheels and did not charge me anything for the service. Definitely will be coming back to install the replacement wheel when I have it!

I had to go in and get my front brakes and rotors done even though I just had them done a year ago by a different place. The rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. Pep boys in Eagan was able to get me in the same day and they had my car done in approximately an hour and their customer service was top notch. Truly good people and my car is driving great now.

Took truck in for mounting/balancing of four new tires and also got a wheel alignment did. I dropped vehicle off for service and they ordered me a roundtrip Lyft to drop me back and return when vehicle was ready, a lot of shops don t even off that. Price was great and Would high recommend pep boys.

I blew a tire while coming through the cities and they had it changed in the same day. Josh was very friendly at the start and Ross kept me in the loop throughout the day. Thanks guys for helping me in a cruddy situation.

Wrong tires that was put on. Told me that the original tires i wanted were in stock but not anymore when i got there the next day. Even told them to hold it for me. Waste of my time.
