Pulled up to store about 15 minutes before closing and the 2 young male employees (1 white, 1 mixed) were outside burning something in the parking lot. Fkames were big. They saw me and quickly put it out and went inside. I went in the door dinged to let them know there was a customer but they never came out to help me.I tool a picture of one them.

The young boys working tonight 03/02 were so rude to me and my partner. Didn't acknowledge us and were talking/on the phone (pleasure NOT business) took us asking multiple times for help and had a huge attitude when he came up to the counter. You are still open. Act like it.

Terrible customer service and the store full of weed smoke. It is Saturday and the middle of the day! What the world?!? Young teenage kids working wouldn t look up and just mumbles when they did actually speak. I ll order online and wait from now on.

Bought an item, they said it s refundable but they don t have the cash. Asked me to call back later. When I called back later they still don t have enough cash to return my item. Told me to try elsewhere. I ll change my review when they come up with the correct funds to supply a refund.

This place has always been very good. Alot of these guys and girls know there stuff. It's always cool when you start talking the same mechanical language and it's like your on the same wave length. I've never had a time where anyone here has talked down to me, they're more helpful than anything.

I went in there for a lightbulb for my car and the guy that help me Joe seem to really weird. His eyes were glossy, and he smelt like liquor and he was slurring a bit. I was so uncomfortable. I finish my purchase and left and then went to a different O Reillys just to return my ball because I don t want to support a company that has drunk employees that go to work drunk or end up drinking at work, that s very unprofessional and disgusting as a Company!!!! I will never go to a O Reillys again!!!

I didn't get a name of who I was talking with over the phone, but when I called looking for a part, the guy was very rude. I've only been here one time in person and that experience was subpar to say the least. I wont be using this O'Reilly's anymore.

I stopped in for a simple quick purchase of light bulbs for my vehicle. However I had questions regarding which type of bulb is a better option, other than the factory bulbs. The workers were walking around and every time I approached the counter, they walked away. I was patient, finally a worker walked out to counter and walked away again. I decided to leave as clearly no-one wanted to help customers. When I left I saw both workers smoking cigarettes instead of helping a customer. The older shorter worker, looked as though he isn't happy in life and not happy to be at work. You will never get my business again, period.

I was out of town in Minnesota and I popped a brake line on my car. I went here to try to fix it in the parking lot. And a man named Eric was working behind the counter and when I say that this guy was one of the coolest guys I meet would be an understatement. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road safely. Very informative and super friendly. He helped me find everything I needed and had a positive outlook on life. I couldn't of picked a better place to stop in one of my biggest times in need. I hope Eric gets to read this just so he knows how grateful I am for running into him. Again thank you brother for helping me out. Because you treated me as family instead of a customer.

Stopped by tonight with a faulty windshield wiper. We were unsure what was wrong, but after we stopped by realized a bolt may be loose enough. Asked if they might have something to tighten it (we weren't sure if this would fix it and it would be nice before driving home and then possibly going back to get a new part). Someone came out, tightened it for us, and we were good to go. Thanks for the help!

Long story short I was racially profiled in this store back in 2019 when i went in to get headlights for my car , i reached out to the manager shortly afterwards regarding the issue and he did not seem sympathetic to the situation at all .. in his own words he simply replied sorry to hear that buddy . The situation was way more serious that it sounded and I expected some kind of communication from management but they looked past it until i called to put in a complaint ..in addition to this on the day of the incident the clerk at the front desk (older guy) was rude and didn t really want to help me get the item i was looking for. I personally don t recommend coming here and I m writing this review so that others are aware of the biased treatment of customers in this store.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store and was asked what I needed. An employee came from behind the counter and grabbed what I needed from a shelf before I could even look for it. Yes, I'll go back there again.

I had a burned out brake light, and I had 2 different spare bulbs in my car that I had purchased at the Eagan Mn. store on previous occasions. I went back there, and they checked to see if either bulb was the right one. (one of them was) I then asked if one of the guys would be willing to change it for me, and the cost. Tim jumped right in and offered to do it free of charge. He was genuinely happy to help me and very friendly. This is not the first time that an employee at this location has done this. A year or 2 ago, one of the guys performed this same service for me, however I don't recall his name. Great customer service all around. Thanks, again, Tim!

I was a customer on 8/9/2019 and Trevor assisted me. I was totally impressed with his knowledge and willingness to be helpful. He volunteered to help me with changing my air filter and check the cabin filter. Any Auto parts store will say "hello, thank you, and sell you parts, but his was just he best customer service ever!!!!

This was my first visit to the O Reilly Auto Parts Store on Yankee Doodle Road. I needed a car battery and windshield wipers. After looking online and reading the many positive reviews, especially about Nicole and Ward, I chose this store. I was not disappointed. Ward was knowledgeable, clear, concise, and patient when explaining the various products. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service provided. I will return to this store for future purchases. Thank you, Ward.

First off its O'Reilly's, they have anything and almost everything you'll need to keep you vehicles running and to spiff them up. The manager was actually who helped me and he was a funny guy. Was very helpful in filling my order and the humor added to the experience. I was already a little ticked off as this was the third O'Reillys I was at looking for a part. So the humor eased my tension and him having the part helped also.

I have bought lots of parts over the years from this place. Never had a problem with the service or the parts themselves. My wife even went there for a headlamp... The counter guy came out to the lot and installed it for her for no charge. Also, military and vets get a ten percent discount. I didn't even know that until after I had been shopping there for over eight years the counter guy glanced at my ID as I was paying and told me about it. Good guys and generally good service.

Nice staff, but seemed smaller compared to some of their other stores. I just needed oil, so it was a quick stop for me. It's about a mile off of a major highway so not noticeable while driving and you'd have to be looking for it.

I like going here. I'm usually in & out with what I need in under 5 minutes. Some workers will assist with wiper blade replacement and the like. Best service compared to the many other auto parts stores I've been to around the metro.

The commercial manager knows what's going on and takes care of the retail and commercial business.. The after hours crew needs to have a store/general manager on that can assist. Personally i believe the store manager should be o/c 3 or 4 nights a week. The store had about 7 customers come in with only 2 csr. I spend about 3k a month with O'Reilly and the evening service should be better. DM, RM/RVP need to fix the issue that has persisted for along time in this store. Or step down and find and regular job.

Great store, friendly and knowledgable staff. Nothing but good experiences there. Brian the manager has always been very helpful, even installed a warrantied replacement part on my car for FREE, without me asking him to, out in the cold. Great place, will be my go-to auto parts store.

I like the place. Informative staffs who can help with whatever I need on my project. I can find the products anywhere, Amazon, fleet, Walmart, but I can't find such amazing staffs the little store offers. Great staffs. I can't emphasize how much I like this store. S�vice makes the difference
