Fantastic service and honest. I recently flew to Minnesota from the West Coast to pick up a New motor coach that needed all new tires. Peter helped me locate hard to find Michelin s and had them installed in a timely manner. Peter was also able to save me quite a bit of money compared to the other tire stores around town. I wouldn t hesitate to use a Bauer Built Tire again, and I will definitely refer them business in the future.

I never like to do bad review but you take advantage using my cousin because he doesn t speak English you telling him tire price 620 when he finish you charge him $949 let s be real that s not nice.we work hard we sleeping on the roadGod watching you remember that

I came here for alignment and they did nothing at all.I went back and asked them am having an issue with the alignment. There is an oldMan who talk to me rudely.also their service is quite costly. I went to another shop in Chicago to fix the alignment problem.I will not recommend anyone to be here.

Sent my driver to get 2 new tires put on, driver asked to never send him again to this place, everybody is rude especially the shop manager, were giving my driver hard time entire time he was waiting for EFS payment. Unacceptable.

Manager was really rude. I give it a 2 start because the girl in the front desk and the guy that fixed my tires were really nice.

Had a flat tire on my way to work, pulled in this shop and asked for help. They were friendly and helped me put on my spam tire on even though they don t service small size vehicles. Super friendly vibe, thank you for helping me out!

Got me right in, and talked me out of a tire I didn't need. Aired up a low tire, and picked rocks out of tires. NO CHARGE!!

Very bad shop because they give me wrong information .If I repair this shop they will charged me $11000 but I lucky I went to other shop just $1200 . Please don t repair this shop.
