Please ask me how these crooks took advantage of a single mom of a special needs child. I was ripe for the taking, when I brought my little twins in to buy a truck that I needed for work. I don t know much about cars, and I don t know what catalytic converters look like. The truck was loud, but they told me that is was the dual exhaust. I didn t care. I just needed a super crew to fit both car seats in the back. Well, one of the tail pipes came off, and I brought it to my mechanic weld back on. He said it would be easy, but when he put it on the lift, he told me that he could not legally touch the exhaust, because there were no catalytic converters. I asked what he meant (thinking that they got stolen, because that has been all over they news and social media), and he informed me that someone had removed them and straight piped the exhaust. I immediately contacted CarTime, and Justin Fricke told me that they had taken the truck in on trade, and their inspection report did not note the absence of the converters, therefore if I had no proof that I didn t alter the exhaust myself, and they would not do anything about it. I am now stuck with a truck that I cannot legally drive, nor can I legally sell, but these crooks can continue to take advantage of stupid women. Make sure to bring someone who knows what a catalytic converter looks like before you buy a vehicle from Justin. He is the owner, but his name was also listed on the inspection report that he provided to the attorney general s office. If you need to offload your illegal vehicle, bring it to them for a trade, and they will sell it to an unknowing mom, so that she gets stuck with it instead of you. If you don t know cars, you are the perfect customer for Justin. They will just provide you with an as is form to sign, which is still illegal if the vehicle has no cats, but they will hold firm, and there s nothing you can do about it. I would personally just avoid this place, but if you are dumb enough to buy from them, like I was, take pictures of every angle, including, and especially the bottom.

Very friendly service department. Clean and comfortable waiting room. I was able to get in the same day I called and have the car repaired and finishes all in the same day. Shop rates are very reasonable and they only repair what is needed to keep my car running safely and not wreck my wallet.

They did a diagnosis on my older vehicle. They couldn't find the cause of an intermittent ringing my engine was making. As a result they didn't charge me for the visit. It was very sweet of them.

CarTime altogether is just an amazing place! We bought a car there 15 years ago and we drove the same car back in there to get another one! That one too seems to be holding up as well!! It was an easy finance and they made you feel right at home with a pop or coffee !!! I was PROUD of the car that I drove off the lot with! I have been going here for years and just LOVE this place! All of the employees behind the counter are so very kind and knowledgeable. They truly care.Also, I just left there today and wanted to give a shout-out and thank you to Coledon as his customer service is over the top! He came over, sat down, and explained everything going on with my vehicle. I went in for simple and had to spend much more, but safety comes first. He also was so professional as he didn't talk loudly at all about concerns nor my bill, as I've been to places where they almost shout out your total for all to here.I will 100% continue to go to CarTime, customer for life.

This place is a scam. Couple years ago, brought car in, grinding noise under hood. They told me transmission 3000 dollar fix. Second opinion from competitor. Wrong! Wheel bearing 275 dollars. Wipers on car quit, wife brought to car time today, they said wiper motor over 300 dollars with labor. We didn't pay it, brought car to competitor. Wrong again car time, loose connection 40 dollars.If you don't know cars, they scam you.

This place is GREAT. We drove an hour away just to see a vehicle. They price their vehicles well, they check their vehicles, and also clean their vehicles. It is very difficult to find a used dealership that actually takes care of their cars and customers! The drive was definitely worth it because I drove home with a new car! The guys working we re great and super helpful. Thank you Steve for helping me out with that Buick! Tell the finance guy I said thank you as well! You guys are amazing!

We purchased a Toyota Sienna from them about a month ago. They were up front about a couple things wrong with the vehicle and let us take it to a mechanic to get looked over. About a week after purchasing it, the radiator cracked. It seemed like very poor timing. Even though they were not required to, they fixed the radiator and charged us only 50% of materials. They were easy to work with and stood by their product. I would feel comfortable purchasing a used car from them again!Service: Auto maintenance

Several months ago I left a local restaurant and noticed I had a low tire. I stopped by this business, and they found a way to fit me in and immediately patch the tire.I just bought a full set of tires from them, and car is handling beautifully. They told me work that needs to be done, but didn't pressure when I said we'll hold off until I decide.They have been kind, professional, and not overbearing, I think I found my new auto shop.Service: Tires

I brought my car in last week, it was having issues and not running correctly, I had no appointment. The CarTime team called and asked questions, they communicated with me every step of the way and they were able to get my vehicle done prior to the weekend. They always have great customer service and I ve always had great service.

The staff here are super professional! Awesome service, trustworthy. I've been here several times to have my car serviced. This time I went in for new tires. That got me in same day and because they didn't have 4 tires in the brand they quoted me when I dropped off, they upgraded the tiles at no extra charge!! Love this place. They do what they say and my car is ready on time or before. Loyal customer.

We had THE BEST experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Steve went above and beyond to help us find the car we were in search of. In fact, when we test drove one of the cars on the lot, it was a beautiful car but was missing a few key pieces to what we needed. He spent the next couple of days researching the car for us and found one elsewhere. He arranged for a trailer and truck to drive to the Metro Area to pick it up and deliver it here. Everything was super slick and we so appreciated his friendly, personal service. I 100% recommend CarTime for sales and service!

Went here to get an Alignment of my tires and they came back and sed I needed to replace my front end would of cost me 1200, went to another mechanic instead and was told nothing was wrong with the front end. That mechanic charged me 125 dollars. Car time will take advantage of the lack of knowledge people have about there car and will scam you into having expensive repairs done that you don't actually need done.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I have been taking my vehicles to this place since 2003 for oil changes and some service work. I am so pleased with their service. They are always friendly, fair and just fun to talk to. I took the car in this morning with no scheduled appointment and they fit my vehicle right in. Wow...Awesome service again. As a BONUS...the allow their customers to exercise their God Given Liberty and choose not to Mask Up. Thanks Again Cartime. I'll be coming back again for sure.Service: Oil change

My Wife and I were in the market for a second car and were looking at some more inexpensive options. I ran across a suitable vehicle on the Car Time website and gave them a call. I spoke to Steve regarding the car and told him we would like to have a look at it. 20 minutes later we were there and he had the car parked front-and-center, did a walk around with us then sent us on a test drive. Less than 45 minutes later we had a new (used) second car. Steve was very attentive, helpful, and knew his stuff. The next time we are in the market for a quality used vehicle this is the first place we will be going! Do yourself a favor and have a look at their inventory and visit with the staff. The professionalism of the folks is outstanding. Thanks Steve! Keep up the great job!

If you ve lost hope in the kindness of others or true customer service, head to CarTime in Dundas, MN to restore your faith. When my car failed shortly into a roadtrip to see family, Jarod at CarTime was an absolute life-saver. He was kind and helpful - coordinating a tow and setting us up with transportation so that we could continue on our way as planned. We have always had excellent service and honest advice from Cartime. We have never felt pressured to fix anything which the service department has brought to our attention. I feel as though all people are treated respectfully and that the service is outstanding. We have had several repairs done at this business and are confident in their ability. Bought a car here while the experience of buying here was painless the vehicle ended up needing things like brakes , sunroof didn't work day one , serpentine belt. Which all should be serviced before putting up for sale. 25,000 car btw and they won't haggle on price.Well if a mechanic checked it out they missed easy things and your warranty doesn't include worn pads just calipers. Serpentine belt didn't break until after warranty and the indicator pin didn't start really making noise until after warranty. Both issues I was assured, oh it's the moisture and from it sitting. As far as I read sunroof wasn't included in the warranty. You dropped the ball.

Called about a car they had listed and said it was in great condition. Drove 40 minutes and when i took it for a test drive it needed work. I told them about it and they said the parts were on order and they knew it needed work. They do have competitive prices but I would definitely take the vehicle to a mechanic if you do not know what to look for before you purchase it. Would have gave them a better rating if they didn't waste my time and would have told me beforehand the car needed work.

My wife Karen and I made a 90 mile drive today to Car Time in Dundas MN to look at a 2015 Ford Edge we saw advertised online. We have been looking for one of these in a particular color and option package and their add had it. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that the car was exactly as advertised with no hidden flaws. We were greeted with a smile by Gabe at the door. He asked how he could help us. The area just had a significant snow storm the afternoon before and they were still working on cleaning up the lot. We told him we were interested in a specific car, and they dropped what they were doing to get that one cleaned off and warmed up in less than 15 min for us to take on a test drive. My wife loved the car. Gabe and Luke (the owner)gave us a great offer on our trade in and we bought it. Karen and I had the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Gabe and Luke were great. My wife had fun and went home ecstatic, and she normally hates the car buying games. I can't say enough good things about the place and people. It will be our first stop the next time we are in the market for a new car. 5 stars! Thanks so much.

I walked in to get 2 tires mounted and balanced on my truck. I had bought the tires online to save money. They told me they only install tires you purchase from them. I understand they are liable for the work they do and the products they sell, but you just lost an easy $50 from me. Big O will mount tires that are less than 6 years old and the correct size so that s where I ll be going!

I have been very pleased with the service at Car Time for my whole family. I recently took my daughters subaru out to them and because the issue was more complicated and time consuming than originally thought and more costly than the original estimate they gave me a great deal on the labor. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Also they are usually able to get you in quickly for an appointment have the best waiting area in town.

I have purchased all my cars from CarTime and always bring my car down there for service. Even though it's a bit of a drive from the cities, the fine work, customer service and pricing are completely worth it. Everyone there is so kind, considerate and helpful. I always recommend the service center and the dealership any chance I get. I love the guys at CarTime and wouldn't even think of taking my car anywhere else!!

Once again the guys at Cartime were awesome! I got new tires and brakes. They explained what was going on with my brakes and took care of it. They never fail me with their quality work. I don't go anywhere else and would highly recommend this place! This was a great car buying experience. When we first called, it was rather late in the day, and Jared was willing to stay past closing hours to help us find the PERFECT vehicle for our means. Everything was up front, explained clearly, and we really got the feeling that he was actually trying to help us; we weren't treated like just another customer in the daily grind.Would definitely shop here again!

I have been very happy with all of the services I have received from Car Time. My best experience with them was when they told me that a suspension part on my Honda was okay after the Honda dealer told me it neededd to be replaced. I really dislike paying for auto services that are not needed and Car Time saved me some money when the Honda dealer was trying to sell me something I didn't need.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Battery, Oil change

First class used vehicles for sale at wonderful low prices and vehicles in wonderful condition!I will be buying a good used-newer car here soon; but, three family members bought newer used cars here and have not had problems with them!
