The Zenith Auto Glass team was so amazing! My car got broken into and they walked me through what to do Came right to my home to fix it and cleaned out the leftover glass. For a crumby situation they made it so easy and were so helpful. ZAG is the best!

The greater Duluth/Hermantown area is blessed to have some very good auto glass repair shops, and Zenith is absolutely one of the best. I tend to prefer doing business with a variety of different places and had never used Zenith before. They told me it'll take around 90 minutes, but they were done in just over 30. Very impressive!

Absolutely amazing service! Called at 2PM and was able to come in right away and had windshield replaced in a little over a hour! Very quick and the results are amazing! Pricing was almost $150 less then safelite and over $200 less then Arrow auto glass's quote. Well definitely come back for my glass needs!!

Just want to give a shoutout to Zenith Auto Glass.A rock flew up and cracked my windshield yesterday afternoon, and of course we are leaving out of town tomorrow. I was hoping to get it repaired before our trip but with only a day and a half notice, I didn t think it d happen.The ZAG team got my car in right away this morning, picked it up and had it back within an hour and a half. Full windshield replacement.HUGE shoutout to George and the team for their amazing customer service and reliability. I ll forever be a returning customer

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Lengthy review but it's necessary to illustrate just how wonderful Zenith Auto Glass is. A different auto glass shop in town replaced my cracked windshield. They then were unable to recalibrate the ADAS and eventually left it up to me to figure out on my own. I brought it to the local dealer and they were also unsuccessful in recalibrating the system. I was told I would need to purchase all new ADAS equipment for my vehicle. I refused to do that and drove my vehicle for a couple years without the ADAS, including no cruise control. I was told to try Zenith as they had been successful with ADAS difficulties previously. The first time I went there they went above and beyond in trying to recalibrate the system including trying multiple windshields over the course of a few hours. Unfortunately we weren't able to figure it out that day. After all of that effort/labor they didn't charge me a penny. Now an additional two years later I again got a crack in my windshield. Due to my previous experience with Zenith I immediately scheduled with them. When I dropped off the car I reminded them of the ADAS issue with my vehicle and told them not to worry about the recalibration as it certainly wasn't going to work. When George called me and told me that they were able to recalibrate it I was in disbelief. Again, a different auto glass shop as well as the local dealership were unable to fix this problem. I've driven this vehicle with no ADAS, no cruise control for ~4 years and now it is as good as new. I will never go anywhere else for auto glass work.

Super satisfied with Zenith Auto Glass. They were super helpful and professional from the first call. They assisted with contacting the insurance and explained everything thoroughly. I was scheduled for mobile service within the same week. The technician that came out was super professional and explained everything in great detail. We will be contacting them again with any other glass needs and referring our family and friends. Thank you Zenith Auto Glass for the exceptional service.

Great service! Stopped in with a class A motorhome with a broken seal on Thursday.. Help tape it up as we had plans for weekend with Family.. Was back Monday morning, gave us a loaner car and back on road to Colorado on Tuesday AM Highly recommend

Needed a last minute windshield replacement on our way up to the north shore and Zenith was able to fit us in same day, finished within 2 hours. They saved our vacation! Super easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Called Wednesday morning and Kacey handled all the insurance work on the phone in just a few minutes, then offered me a same day appointment.I took an appointment the following morning and the crew was ready when I arrived.George offed me the opportunity to watch the removal and reinstallation.Very interesting to see the process.When completed George and staff were not happy with the fit of the windshield and elected to order a different windshield and will reinstall when I make another appointment.This is a first class business and I am happy I chose Zenith Auto Glass.

Zenith Auto Glass is a fantastic place to take any vehicle! Zenith Auto Glass got me an appointment the very next day after one of my window regulators broke. They were honest with pricing and got the part for me the same day. They were even kind enough to fix an issue that had been caused by the last glass shop I had been to. In total they had me in and out in less than an hour! While I hope nothing else glass related breaks, if it does Zenith Auto Glass is the only place I ll be going!

So glad I used these guys. When I called the gal was very sweet and helpful. Helped with my insurance and got me scheduled right away. They gentleman was there to fix my windshield within an hour and did a great job. So glad to have had this experience. Thank you so much for making this easy. You all are great.

My wife and I waited 5 months for Safelite to resolve an issue they created by breaking a part for our car door handle while replacing the glass. I finally gave in and had our insurance agent contact Zenith for help. George, Doug, Luke and company found a part and had it fixed in 2 days. Great customer service and prompt response, unlike Safelite. I will recommend them to anyone looking for auto glass repair. If we could rate them higher than 5 stars we would.

I brought my truck in without an appointment to have a piece of window trim evaluated and they fixed the problem, explained everything in great detail, and didn t charge me anything even though they put about 30 minutes of labor into the job. Highly recommend very professional, very detail oriented. rarely do we get this type of customer service anymore.Take your vehicle here!

Zenith Glass is the best in town! When I call them for my glass work, I always get a real person in the office, and no automated system or call center. They go above and beyond with their service, and even have courtesy cars available. 100% recommend!

Great customer service and communication by Haley! They got my replacement topper window in quick, worked with insurance, and squeezed me into their schedule. They provided a courtesy car so I could get it replaced right away. The technician even installed the window to fit better than the original!

George and team did an incredible job rebuilding our boat windshield that was crushed in a garage collapse this winter. Could not be more impressed with Zenith's timeliness and professionalism! We had Doug and Cameron show up on a Friday morning to fix my car while I was working - within an hour it was done and looked great! They answered any questions I had and I was extremely satisfied. We were traveling to Duluth to visit family when a rock cracked our windshield on the highway. I called while still on the road and my appointment was booked and insurance claim processed before we got there. They also offered a courtesy vehicle so we were able to take our daughter to the aquarium while they replaced the windshield. The service was super fast and great quality.
