My 20yo college student, daughter came in for an oil change. 2 minutes after leaving, she called to ask me why all these warning lights were coming on. I advised her to return immediately cause I assumed she didn t have oil in the car. The entire trip was 2 miles. When she returned, they had discovered that the tech( on his first day) didn t put any oil in her car after draining. They cleared the codes, filled the oil and sent her on her way as if it was no big deal (them:seems to be running fine). Anyone who knows anything about cars, no oil is like have no blood in our body s. They were lucky she reacted as fast as she did to call me. We have a claim in with valvoline but are having trouble receiving any response. We have had the car looked at by experienced techs and even had the cylinders scoped. So far we aren t experiencing any issues but who s to say there isn t damage that will show down the road. Who leaves a new person unsupervised on their first day? Also, this is a huge deal. Most cars would have seized up before getting down the street. I need valvoline to right this wrong!!!! This is their service and damaged our car from not performing the service correctly.

Have been coming here for years. Friendly, professional, knowledge employees. Efficient and thorough every time. Communicated with me as they went thru their check list alerting me of future maintenance. Highly recommend this shop. Very reasonably priced. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. You can't go wrong. It actually took longer to write this review than it took to change my oil.

This is the only place in town I will go to get my oil changed. It s not even the closest to my house, but it s worth the extra drive and the wait (if there is any). Staff is always so kind and courteous, even when you can tell it s been non stop for them all day. They are very thorough with the entire process and they keep you informed throughout. They check the essentials and inform me if they think anything needs to be replaced or done.I am heading on a road trip soon and they noticed my rear wiper blade needed to desperately be replaced, so I did that with them. I was grateful they caught that. I mentioned getting the tires rotated and was ready to do that also, but when the staff member checked the tread, he informed me that they actually did not need be rotated at that time. Even though it would have only been like $30, I was grateful for their honesty and trust them even more now.Yes it is a little pricey, but there are always coupons on their website and it s worth the money. It s convenient , honest and the the staff is very kind.Whatever $ you save by using the coupon, go ahead and tip that wonderful team with! They work hard and deserve it!

HORRIBLE. Went for a simple oil change. Left with an half unattached skid plate that starting dragging when I was halfway across town. Car jerking everywhere, sounding like a jack hammer. Going 10 mph with hazards on. Pulling over multiple times to use an ice scraper to push it back up an inch. Talk to customer service and they say I can come right back in. NOPE. I m told to wait for 4 other oil changes. Even though I explained I have work in 30 minutes, groceries in the car, and an anxiety driven trip back to see them. No apology. No money back. Just attitude and eye rolls. They even had me drive over the pit with this problem and I got stuck! Morons. No explanation of what happened, no explanation of how they fixed it. What a joke. Next time try an apology, a refund, and maybe respect my time! You should be embarrassed.

We had quite a wait on Wednesday but I also chose to visit during a busy time. Once our van was pulled in to the bay, they checked everything out. They honored the coupon I presented to make it much more affordable and every single employee provided excellent customer service and behaved in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. They had my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan running much more smoother than before. They provided a synthetic oil change, light bulb replacement, inside cabin filter change, tightened the bolts on my battery upon my request, and also a transmission flush for a little under $300. Wish this crew was near our home in Missouri. I can see why they were busy. Well worth the wait!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Been coming here for years, seems like over time the employees are getting worse and worse at doing their jobs properly. Went in today and was lied to and given the wrong information multiple times. I don't know where you guys find your employees but they don't know what they are doing half the time.

Only been once. Shawn the manager runs a tight ship. The effective communication between the employees is a thing of beauty. They show you all the steps / are very professional! Starting to be more and more impressed by Valvoline oil changes! Give these guys a raise!!

Not sure what happened but the quality of the service went way down hill. Very unprofessional. They did more screwing around with each other then actually working. My basic oil change took twice as long as it usually does. Long line out the door as the service is very slow because they feel it s more important to sit around vape and crack immature jokes all day. I was super annoyed when I left.

Stopped in since it was not busy when I left the bank drive through. The tech explained everything, including weather I needed to get out of my car or not. Did some checks and we replaced lights but they told me the cab filter of my vehicle was good until the next oil change. Also put air in my tires to vehicle recommendations. Said everything else look really good.Service: Oil change

Took like a 60 minutes to get into the garage, they were busy and short staffed, got a full synthetic oil change. I was in the garage for about 15 minutes then on my way. Nice people that work there, they'll get you in and out but you'll have to wait if they're busy.

Absolute garbage service!!!Disrespectful!I personally think they're running a racket as I don't even think they changed my oil I will never go back to this garbage place worst ever If I could have gave them 0 stars I would haveDid I mention they are absolute liarsNever again!!!Update: after leaving review of my terrible experience, and no response from the company. This tells me just how much they value return customers, They don't!!!!I really think they could care less about happy customers.A business that functions like this can't last or sustain customer base.They lost me!!!

Friendly staff and good service. Just knocked off two stars for the price. Over $130 for an oil change is crazy. Half the price back home in Iowa with my local mechanic for the same vehicle; and does the same things with topping off fluids and checking tire pressures with the change.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!Under no circumstances under the sun does it take 45 min plus to perform an oil change,Waited in line for over an hour to only see one car exit one of the 3 baysThis is the second and last time I will try to give them my business!It s an oil change peopleBoth times I waited over an hourNo cars were completed in that timeAnd I backed out and leftNever againYou d think they re rebuilding engines in there !!!

Super friendly and amazing employees! They did a really good job and were looking out for me and my car by keeping me well informed on their findings. I would definitely recommend going there. The only downfall were the prices, which may be out of their hands but it was also one of the most expensive oil changes I have ever done on my car. So, I would recommend going, but only when you're ready to spend more then usual. It may even out with how good of a job the employees do though. That is for you to judge.

Went there on a lunch break to get my oil changed before the weekend. Even though all 3 lines we completely packed with cars they were efficient and extremely kind to every single client. Of course I ll be back

Fast, efficient work with oil changes. However, when I asked if this location does tire rotations, and the response is a very annoyed I mean, we can and then trying to talk me out of doing it, clearly because they didn t want to do the work, it s somewhat off putting. Also, the employees were constantly swearing at each other (in a friendly, joking way) for the duration of the visit. Good work, but maybe step up the professionalism.Service: Oil change

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this location. We had a female employee that helped us and I, unfortunately, cannot remember her name. I think it was maybe Ellie? Either way, she was very kind, and courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and had some great suggestions for us. She didn't try to push anything on us or upcharge us in a pushy or rude manner either which we really appreciated. She let us know that she saw some things we may want to get checked out as well. We will absolutely come back to this Valvoline, and when we do I hope she is there. :)Service: Oil change

A group of very young kids working. They were all out smoking when I pulled up and took a bit to get into the bay, there wasn't anyone waiting and the bays were empty. I've now been here for 45 min, the oil is changed and I've paid but my hood is still up.I'm not totally confident in the training. I could not believe a synthetic oil change is $130! I had a coupon for $10 off but it's still double the price of when I had my oil changed at a dealership last time.

I already did chat with customer service the day I visited, on June 9th. They said they would address the situation, but I figured it would be fine to share our experience.We come here for our oil changes all the time, full synthetic. My husband has a 2021 Ram 1500, and his mileage was at 9,8xx that day. It's recommended you rotate your tires at 10k. Okay cool. So we tell the girl working that we would like a tire rotation too. She actually looked directly at him and said, "Seriously?" And we're like yeah, we're here, can we do it? She said to not do it until 10k miles. We were going on a 8 hour round trip road trip, yes, we would like it. She said our truck takes a certain key that she doesn't have. At that point I looked at my husband and said I 100% do not trust her if she's going to be taking any of the tires off this truck.I personally won't be going back to that location.

I paid $83.00 for a bad experience. Alex the manager told us to never come back to his store after my husband asked them to also drop the drain plug on my Tacoma when we noticed they were using an e-vac to drain the oil from my truck just to be sure all the oil was out. Alex, who wasn t helping us in the first place, walked up to the truck and said I won t pay for a stripped drain plug. Then walked away. After that he came to the computer and wrote a note into the computer and walked away. When it came time to pay the bill, my husband asked the guy who was helping us what he wrote and of course it was that they won t be responsible for a stripped drain plug. Some words were exchanged between my husband and Alex (I ll just leave it at that) and it ended with Alex telling us to never come back so we won t. My husband and I are both mangers and we would never have said the things that Alex said to us to a customer (I guess if I wanted to get fired I would). I was just the passenger, so I got to watch the exchange unfold and honestly my husband wasn t a perfect gentleman, but Alex was definitely making the situation worse. After all that, I m concerned my vehicle wasn t treated well either.

I went on a Friday morning for the first time. Was not sure what to expect. They were thorough and quick! The price was way less than I expected, too. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car here and they took almost an hour for an oil change, (they claim to do it in 15 ). Anyhow, once they finished they let me know they stripped the oil plug and said this happens all the time as it wears down . Recently my car started leaking oil, after taking it to Toyota they let me know the damage was beyond repair, now I have to pay almost $800 for a new oil pan. Learn from my mistake of taking my car here, do not trust them with your car, take it to a trusted professional instead. P.s. I don t usually post reviews but this made me so angry so I felt the need to warn everyone from coming here.

I waited about 45 minutes in line, (I didn't mind, I had emails to sort through) granted it was during the afternoon. The gentlemen there worked very quick and we're very nice. They checked my lights and my fluids and topped them off.

I would like to thank the staff for their lack of desire to help a customer. While arriving before their closing time they refused to change my oil. After driving an hour to get to their location and waiting at their stop here and wait to be helped sign several minutes while the staff avoided eye contact pretending to be busy. Somebody came out and told me that they decided to close early.... I guess their hours are whenever to whenever we feel like it. Well, they will not see me or my business in the future. I guess they are doing so well they don't need it. Again thanks for nothing.....
