These guys are amazing. They do very extremely high quality work and worked with my insurance company perfectly. It was such a pleasure to do business with them, I even brought by a couple other cars I own that needed some additional attention!! Every time, talking with either Eric or Steve- I'm treated with respect, outstanding communication, and absoule perfect customer service. Definitely the best body shop in Duluth! Don't bother with anyone else, seriously. Get on the schedule with those guys!! You'll be glad you did.

My truck, which was involved in an accident (not at fault) was sent to Twin Ports Collision about 3 weeks ago. The service of this family owned, and very reputable auto repair shop was kind, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They went beyond the scope of what was needed to be done, to include adding an extra tire, detailing the inside of my truck, and even had a check written out to me from what was left over from the insurance. The work they did on my truck was so professional to the point where it looks like it was never involved in an accident. Honestly, the entire process was painless on my part, and once they took the helm of fixing my truck up, they not only were professional, but they were noticeably genuine, which was great! It lets the customer know that what they re doing isn t some 2nd rate shop. Highly professional and proud of what they know, and love to do. Too everyone at Twin Ports Collision, my deepest gratitude!!! From the owner, to his son, and everyone that took part in helping my truck whole again. Highly recommend this business!!! Unfortunately, it s the second time I ve had to utilize their services (bad driving luck on my part ) , but very grateful I ve had them! Not only does my vehicle come back fixed, but it looks brand new! Clean to the touch inside and out. A new rental they loaned me was much appreciated.... Can t recommend these guys enough!!! They were friendly and help explain everything that needed to be done, even more so than my insurance company. They had a loaner car for use. The work they did is guaranteed, which made my insurance company pay out quickly. Family owned and operated, I recommend

I brought my 2018 Chrysler 300 S to TPCR for body work, paint, suspension and some other work. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Their customer service, knowledge, and quality is all top notch - I highly recommend them. They also used quality parts and walked me through the work completed. The ownership treat you like family and their prices are also fair. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and out and also included a lifetime warranty on their work. Thanks again TPCR!

Super friendly, easy to work with and most importantly they did a fantastic job on fixing the dent and scratches on my rear bumper! I will definitely go back if I need any other work done!

Not only did these fine service professionals fix the fender and bumper of my car that my aunt accidentally dinged up, they did it fast and with exceptional personal customer service. AND, as a bonus, they cleaned my car inside and out--the car smells and looks new again! Thanks Brad and Steve for a job well done!
