Showed up for price information and product choices for our truck. After talking with them about covers his no pressure style and quality of displays we decided to order one. After checking the inventory, finding exactly what we wanted, within 45 minutes we left with a professional installation. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, the price was very competitive but with the amazing service and quality product lines there's no competition. We will definitely be back to get a roll out bed from them having it installed there, especially at the price point they offer. Thanks again for everything.

Had this topper put on in 2021. The foam seal was wearing out and they were so helpful and speedy getting me in and out after fixing it.

Super great guys at store ordered a custom topper for my brand new truck and topper came and had paint runs, scratch s in driver side windows, color match was close but not 100%, rear door didn t latch correctly, rear windows that crank out have wire mesh on them for pets these were hacked up and very sharp, carpet liner was ok but the window metal was ugly! Corporate is the issue I asked the guys at the store to return half my money till they figure out how to make it right, and they call and I can hear over the phone absolutely not ( which if they did it would of kept me locked in for another topper but no)They said all or nothing so I told them to take it off and will see how long it takes to get my $3810 bucks back!!! Very disappointed in this radco situation! Will I go back I m not sure like I said great guys in store but where s the customer service like don t you want to solve my topper problem? Also this took my whole afternoon 1:30 to 5

I'm disappointed in the staff at the Duluth Radco store. I stopped with my dad to pick up a tonneau cover. No real issues with the cover or selection. The problem happened when we left. The battery in his truck died. The staff refused to help us. I guess its against store policy to jump start trucks. Who would of thought a truck accessory store would refuse to help jump start someone's truck. Can you trust a company/staff that refuses to help with one of the most simple things?

Ordered replacement latches for Leer topper due to frozen locks. Had to special order so all keyed alike. Parts weren't happening, and they kept me informed. Called back and had a junk Leer topper, removed latches and sent to me and received them the next day, and it was.only $10!Fantastic customer care, thank you.

Worker was very disrespectful talked at Me like I was his child I just need running boards He treated every body else in the store like a person thanks I got it done with O'Reilly with no discrimination or profiling I'm a individual who will be treated as 1230 pm wens 3/20/2024 thanks again

We called this place, and the owner seemed really nice, we ordered the accessories, set date and time. The work was excellent and we are now lifetime customers.I highly recommend this business.Peter W

These guys did a really nice job of ordering my new bike rack and assembling it within a timely manner. Went to them on a Monday, and they said it would should arrive by Wednesday (which it did) but they did tell me Friday at the latest. I liked most is the the honesty and forthright of these folks. Didn't intentionally waste my time like other jerkoff Duluth business' have.

Horrible. The store is closed. Called the phone number on the door-it went to the Radco in Blaine, MN. I left a message for a callback to order a matching rear seat cover. That was two weeks ago. Radco is not a properly run business.

I went in to have them order and install a tonneau cover and window visors on my Tacoma. It should have been no big deal. Greg, the associate who helped me, assured me I had all the equipment and parts necessary for the install 2 weeks later.In two weeks, Greg wasn't there, I didn't get my tonneau cover put on because my truck wasn't equipped with the proper accessory and the Installer wouldn't put in the visors because the glue needed to cure for 24 hours at 60� or better.I completed the purchase and had the Installer load the cover into the back of my truck in the box, so I could drive it home and lug it up 4 floors to stash in my apartment. I want to return this expensive stuff and now no one will answer the phone to let me know if they will take it back.. Because I am a small traveling medical worker and I don't know how to install it myself.I'm super disappointed.

When I pay just over $3,000 for a new topper I expect it to be worth that. The rear door had a gap on passenger side that i could see even from the rear view mirror. The carpet inside was fare from pare. Material hanging out and 2 small holes. When I opened the back hatch the aluminum edge was bent and scratched. After after waiting 3 weeks and five phone calls later and driving up there three times the best they could do was $350 to replace what is damaged. The customer service was nice yet lacked who came first and they would talk about personal other stuff outside of work with customers and others before things were actually getting done work-wise. If I wanted to waste so much time and money I would have just went to the DMV. Anywhere else you would go in life you can get a full refund or they would give a corrective action that would suit the situation. They need to take a class in business ethics cuz it's the worst service I've ever had.

Really bad customer service. Had issues with a custom topper order, I let them know right away but never a call back. Had to drive up there 3 times in order to try to get something done. Eventually just ended up returning the Topper and was told I would receive a check, its been 7 days since the check was "cut and mailed" and we have yet to receive it. I was told by Saturday last week. I called/texted the manager on Saturday with no response yet again. I called this morning and spoke with the manager who was to "look into it right away, and call me back" and YET AGAIN I have not heard back. This isnt a small amount, its over $3000.00 and it sure would be nice to get some input from the business as to where it is.

I hope their customer service is better in person than it is on the phone. I have called them a half a dozen times over 2 days to ask a simple question, and they never EVER answer the phone. I will be going elsewhere.

Radco is a great place for toppers and the many accessories for your Truck and SUV's. If products are not in stock they have it in a few days. Great helpful Staff!

They did an outstanding job on my lights, even figured out what was wrong with one of the AUX switches, would highly recommend them for anything you need done to your truck!!!

I recently visited Radco in Duluth after getting my first brand new truck. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of anything and everything for truck stuff. They knew exactly what to suggest to me to best fit my truck and what would work for me. I highly suggest anyone in the Duluth - Superior area to go visit these guys for your accessories.

Great service - they helped me square up a tonneau cover that we had installed ourselves. Should have gone there first! I'll make this my first stop when I need something for the truck.

I haven't actually purchase their products (trailer hitch) yet but I plan on it. I was impressed on how clean and tidy everything was inside the showroom area.
