ProSource Auto Repair has a customer for life. When I brought my car in after having another shop work on it, they were able to find several mistakes in the prior repair. They worked with me and the other shop to repair my car properly. Their knowledge, kindness, and responsibility to ensure the safety of their customers is second to none. So grateful for them!

Was looking for a reliable new shop after my long time mechanic retired. ProSource was able to get me in without the week long wait I was quoted at other shops. Very pleased with the short turnaround repair time and cost. Also, the front office service (appointments, payments, etc) was fantastic. I even received a text when my car was ready to be picked up. Will definitely return for my next repair/service needs, and would 10/10 recommend to family and friends (and already have).

The guys did an awesome job on my 2014 Sliverado. I had brake pad low indicator rubbing on the brake caliper. They were able to get the new ones i had on hand installed with no problems. Thank you again, Jacob. As a veteran with the USAF, with a maintenance background, I really appreciate everything.

The customer service at ProSource Auto Repair is excellent! They did a fantastic job explaining the work that was needed and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was clean, and the service was performed in the expected time frame. Thank you, ProSource!

Jake and his team really seem to know their stuff and the service we received was second to none. ProSource helped us out while traveling when our Mazda CX-9 was having some intermittent starting issues. They got us what we needed and even fit us in to their busy schedule on a Friday afternoon.I wish they were in our backyard so we could use them regularly but I'd seriously consider driving a couple of hours for a significant issue if possible since I would trust their opinion.Thanks ProSource!

My husband and I were stranded downtown Duluth when the car wouldn t start. We called several places who couldn t get us in. But Prosource offered to squeeze us in and take a look to see if it was a easily-solved issue, which one of their employees diagnosed over the phone. They fixed our vehicle immediately once we had it towed over. We were in and out in a flash, and the repair was affordable! We re so thankful for their willingness to help and excellent service.

ProSource Auto repair was amazing! These guys are honest and genuine people! I m from the Hudson Wisconsin area and was passing through Duluth for a road trip and next thing you know my caliper bolt fell out. ProSource was booked out 2 weeks but squeezed me in and had me back on the road in less than a hour! This was the best shop experience I have ever had! They truly care about providing great service!

Best auto repair shop in town! Super friendly, professional and honest company! Had my wife s GMC Yukon lifters replaced. Helped me out of a tough spot. Took me in without an appointment and looked into a concern. Turned out everything was OK and didn't charge me. Great to come across some honest hardworking people. We really appreciated it.

My "check engine" light came on when I was driving up to Duluth. This crew got me a quick appointment, scanned for the code, and let me know it wasn't a showstopper. Great, quick service to get some peace of mind during my travels!

This business is more amazing than five stars can tell. They are friendly, flexible, prompt, efficient, and even fun. I'm from out of town, and my car broke down in Duluth. ProSource squeezed me in, recommended a local eatery while I waited, and gave me the same great treatment they would to a local. Bravo, and thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Pro Source Auto! I moved to Duluth for school right around the time my car was approaching 200,000 miles. Usually around that mile mark a lot of problems seem to come up and that was definitely the case with my Camry. Pro Source was able to get me in usually the next day and provided fast, reliable, and honest service. I have and will continue to recommend Pro Source Auto Repair to anyone needing work on their car! All the staff was nice and explained the work they did in a clear and easy to understand way. The people at ProSource Auto Repair were super nice and accommodating! I had trouble installing a front license plate, as my vehicle was from another state and had never had one installed before. I called up and they were happy to fit me into their seemingly busy schedule. Once they installed both the new front plate and my back plate, they told me that it was such an easy job that they wouldn't charge me anything for it! This made my whole day, I was expecting to pay and more than happy to, yet they insisted it wasn't necessary, despite providing the screws and service for it. I'm so happy with my experience, will definitely be coming back for future services!

Super friendly and helpful! We had a minor emergency with our car just a few blocks away and couldn t drive any further. We stopped in thinking we might have to leave it overnight, but they insisted on fitting us in to their busy schedule and refused to take payment when it turned out to be a quick fix that only took a few minutes. Every member of staff, from front office to the mechanic who helped us, were so kind. We ll be coming here for all our car repairs from now on.

It's true what they say, if you've found a good mechanic, you're one of the lucky ones! Jake and his team at ProSource are incredible. Jake went out of his way to assess my car's issue, and fixed it flawlessly within 2 hours of diagnosing the problem. Not only was the service prompt, it was affordable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge of vehicles (as has been the case at countless other repair shops). Thanks ProSource! You really are the best!

It takes a lot for me to log in and review a business, this isn't really my style, but it just has to be done. Jake and ProSource are absolutely, hands down, the best at what they do in all of Duluth. They give you accurate estimates, fair pricing, and timely service. Their work is unmatched and they stand by it. I have had a few different repairs done by them, both routine and fairly in-depth and they have been fantastic to work with each and every time. No doubt about it, if you're here reading this review checking them out, just call Jake and make an appointment.

Man, I wish we had a shop like Pro Source in Grand Rapids, MI., Jake and the Team really pulled a rabbit out of the hat for us. My son's Jeep took a bad mis-fire code, could have been a number of reasons, we tried to fix the plugs and coils, Jake and the team diagnosed the issue, got the parts and have us back on the road. There were no dealership openings for weeks. Jake and Brandon always take great care of me.Honest and full of integrity. They even came to help my fiance at the gas station when the ignition on our truck wasn't letting the key turn. I sincerely trust them with my family's safety.

We have brought several different vehicles to ProSource with a variety of maintenance and repairs, and haven't had a bad experience yet. Jake really takes care of his customers - he gets pur vehicles in quickly and communicates well regarding price and timeline. We love being able to support a local shop and have a trustworthy mechanic we can count on.

I was visiting Duluth and had a rattling in my engine and so I called to get an opinion if I could drive it home 3.5 hours then next day. He fit me in at the end of the day, diagnosed and fixed the issue (EGR) within 30 minutes! I was amazed to get in on the same day I called. The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly and gave great tips for what to see in Duluth/North Shore. The mechanic also weighed in on a question I had on a type of minivan was a more reliable purchase. Overall an excellent experience for a visitor, I would recommend that if you re visiting Duluth and need someone you can trust for a car repair, go here!

I always take my car to ProSource, even when there are other shops closer to me. Staff is always pleasant to deal with and never try to upsell me. Jake always takes the time to explain what's going on and go over different options for getting things fixed. Prices are reasonable and turnaround for repairs is good.

Jake and the team are very professional and have great customer service. Very clean environment from the waiting room to the shop itself. You don't see tools and things sprawled out everywhere and cluttered and the waiting room is very clean (you'd never guess it was a mechanics shop when you walk in the door besides the sign). Highly recommend ProSource Auto for anything you need done to your vehicle.Service: Battery

The best customer service I ve ever experienced, a fair price, and quality work. I had some pretty serious mechanical trouble and was only going to be in Duluth for two days. I needed a diagnosis, not only was Jake able to get me in for that, but they were able to repair it for me as well. They saved me a lot of headache and trouble, and a bunch of money! I couldn t be happier with them and I m very grateful for their work.

These guys are awesome! I have been going back here continuously for the last few months for various issues. Even on their busy days they are able to squeeze me in. I called for another issue recently with the startup of my car, and I am leaving on a road trip in a week, and even on their busy schedule they told me they will find some time to look at my car and assured me they will get me in to fix the problem before I leave, trust me no place else I know would go out of their way to do this! They value their customers and take pride in their work and it shows! They are super nice and make me feel very comfortable because I know they will find the problem quick and know how to fix it.

These guys are awesome. Brought my car in because the headlights were having issues. They took a look at it and realized the part that was causing the issue was under some kind of extended warranty so they called me and told me the dealership would fix it for free! They even called the dealership for me and argued with them to fix it since when dealership was being dodgy about it. 10/10 would recommend this place. Very honest and wonderful people.

Had my brakes done here and I'm 100% satisfied! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and they were able to change my oil for me at the same time. Very friendly staff- Jake was awesome. I will come back again, and highly recommend them to others!

I was up in Duluth for a few days for work and my check engine light came on. I wanted to stop into a shop to make sure I'd make the trip back down to Minneapolis so the following morning I stopped in shortly after they opened. They scanned my car and then shared that they weren't able to provide much help because they didn't have much experience with my type of car. Instead of just throwing their hands up and saying "sorry can't help good luck," they referred me to another nearby car shop that they felt could better help look into what was going on with my car. Although a very brief experience, I very much appreciated how friendly and willing to help they were and taking the extra step to provide the name of another shop they trust that I could look to for help. Would definitely recommend.
