The did excellent work - my car looks good as new. Customer service was easy to reach and informative. As a bonus they washed my car and detailed the interior. Definitely recommend Ogston s!

Had a light scratch from getting side-swiped. We pulled up to get a quote and they removed the paint with no charge. Will definitely be coming back if needed in the future!

Ogston's did an amazing job on my Jeep after an accident. It looks like nothing ever happened and the paint job blends perfectly!They also completely cleaned the inside of my Jeep, which I hadn't done in a while...it looks beautiful inside and out!!And thank you Tara for patiently walking me through the process, you were great!!I highly recommend Ogston's!Service: Body & Trim

Ogston s is a trusted business, completing all work needed after a car accident. They worked directly with our insurance company as well as assisted us with navigating car rental issues with the other insurance company. They kept us informed all along the way. Was so very pleased with the service here. Had to have a bumper replaced through an insurance claim and they were willing to also fit in a separate minor cosmetic issue at the same time. Delightful people and great work!

Ogston s was amazing! This was my first time ever having to make an insurance claim and have work done so I was lost with the process. Tara guided me through it and took care of everything from getting me in for an inspection to putting me in a loner car. UPDATE AT BOTTOMWe haven't had the work done yet but went in for an estimate as they had a high approval rating. We were pleasantly greeted by gal at counter who had us pull into the enclosed area at the front of their business. Another gal came out to get info and take pictures. She then invited us into her office where she worked up the free estimate. She went over everything with including if clips were broken inside fender, bumper or rear light info would be sent onto insurance. Let us know price of rear light if it should have broken clips in. Both gals were very cheery and pleasant to work with. If repair people are like them and their work is good I can see why they get a high rating. Will update after work is done. Yes, we chose Ogston's to do the work.UPDATE 7/20/21Had work done 4/20 the car turned out fantastic. When they say "color match" they really mean it! Checked spacing between parts replaced and everything was spot on. When I got in the car, I was pleasantly surprised that the whole interior had been cleaned. The whole car looked like it just came off the showroom floor.WELL DONE TO EVERYONE!!!

Ogston's was great after my auto accident. They were patient with my while my insurance company figured things out. Highly satisfied with the work performed on our Corolla. Communication of the process was seamless, and the timeline for our retrieval was flexible. Since we live more than an hour away, this was appreciated. Further, a complete wash and vacuum was performed, and while this is perhaps a small touch, it is the little things like this that make a difference to us as customers. Unexpected, yet appreciated. We continue to trust our vehicle repairs to Ogston's because we are treated fairly, the repairs are completed properly, and the entirety of the process is conducted with professionalism.Service: Paint repair

I am completely satisfied with the way Ogston s handled my repair. There was a bit of difficulty with getting in touch with Allstate and their lack of communication with me and the repair shop. I am willing to overlook that, because Ogston s did such a tremendous job fixing my car. They communicated with me and gave updates frequently. They had to take a bit of extra time fixing it because of the holidays falling on days during the week instead of weekends. And they also received a damaged chrome piece for the grill that they wanted to be right. All that was perfectly ok with me, though, because it showed me the quality of work they were putting into it. They also provided me with a loaner car even though my insurance company did not cover that cost. Ogston s gave me a loaner car as a customer courtesy and I greatly appreciated that. I don t know what I would have done without it. The loaner car was rather new, very clean, and comfortable. It heated up fast on these cold, cold days! To top it all of, my car was returned to me in much better condition that when I brought it in. Yes, the repairs were excellent, but it was also cleaned inside and out. Vacuumed, dusted, washed and waxed, the items on the floor (bags, stray water or pop bottles, my snow brush, and gym shoes) were neatly organized and trash was thrown away! A big THANK YOU to Ogston s for the impeccable repair and cleaning of my car. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. And thank you for being so kind and professional. I would recommend Ogston s Body and Paint to anyone!

Exceptional service, quality, and an acute attention to detail! After I was involved in an accident, I called Ogston's and spoke with Ashley. She was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle towed and beginning the repair process. Ashley assisted me with any of my insurance related questions and kept me updated each step along the way. She even helped me find the exact brush guard configuration that I wanted! I couldn't be happier with how my vehicle turned out and truly appreciate everything Ashley and the Ogston's team has done for me. Thanks again!

At Ogston's they treat you very well. They are friendly and willing to explain things to those who do not speak "Car." I was pleasantly surprised when they had completed the work nearly a month before they estimated it would be done. This was my first experience with a auto body shop so I cannot say how their prices compare to others, but their service is spectacular. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ogston's does amazing work! I recently bought a used vehicle and Ogston's did a complete detail for me. I have gotten multiple comments from people saying how beautiful my vehicle looks. It truly looks brand new and it is all thanks to Ogston's. They were so wonderful to work with and they made me feel so special.

I took my car to Ogston's after someone hit me in a parking garage, leaving a large dent in my bumper. I also had scrape damage on my door. They were extremely helpful and professional, made the process of coordinating with my insurance easy, and kept me updated with any changes to cost or timing. The work was phenomenal--you would never know the car had been damaged. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car while they had it. Cannot recommend them enough!

Recently dropped off a 2018 Mercedes for complete detailing and cleaning before we sell it, and was blown away by how new it looks and feels now! I was even afraid to drive through puddles on the way home. Ogston s staff deserve 10 stars. They are Trustworthy, Quality Driven, Outstanding in Service with EXCELLENT Communication (both verbal and/or via emails updating on progress or concerns) with a primary goal for complete customer satisfaction. Without hesitation, they said yes to repairing my accident-damaged Tesla S. Repairing Teslas can present interesting challenges, but Ogston s great staff handled each and every one brilliantly. So fortunate to have this GREAT business in Duluth.

After someone backed into my car, I used Ogston's to repair the damage. I can't speak highly enough about their service -- keeping me informed of when the adjuster had visited, when I could expect to pick it up, etc. Then -- the biggest surprise of all -- they detailed my entire car! I hadn't done the "after winter" clean-up, and it was a mess. To have my car looking like new BOTH outside AND inside, was an unexpected pleasure.

Having previously experienced their fantastic customer service and quality repair, Ogston's was the only body shop I would consider to repair my truck, after it was recently damaged. I was given friendly, fast service...even called me updates on the status of my repair! Thank you, Ogston's Body and Paint, for another fantastic repair and overall experience! I highly recommend them to anyone needing body repairs or paint!!

I have dealt with other auto body shops in the past and have experienced nothing but headaches and issues. At Ogston's, they were extremely helpful, professional, and most importantly repaired my car perfectly. You could never tell that it was in an accident. If you want your car repaired right the first time without any headaches or complications head up to Ogston's and they will take good care of you.

Ogston's is wonderful, couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. They were quick to get my car in and address my concerns. I was quite surprised to find that they had cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, it was a nice added touch. They took car of the rental car and the insurance company, I didn't have to do a thing.

If you are looking for a place to bring your car for some auto body work - look no further. I came here based on reviews solely and was not disappointed. Needed to have our rear door replaced on a Toyota Camry and the work is unbelievable. You wouldn't even be able to tell it was in an accident. The paint is amazing, even the finish on the new paint matches the finish of the factory paint. Quality work, very professional staff and very accommodating to my husband and I, who are very picky when it comes to work done on our car. They truly stand behind their work and their business - which is such a gem to find in today's society. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Jamie!

Assisted a friend in having her car repaired. Bruce and his team were the BEST! They did a fantastic job on repairing her car and went above and beyond in helping her settle a rental dispute. I am still shocked by the above and beyond customer service and care they have. They really have an interest in satisfying customers and the reviews tell it truthfully. They did a fantastic detail on my car and all the staff were very friendly.Definitely earned my trust and respect. Will bring my other vehicles in the future.

If you want your car repaired and returned to you better than you left it, bring it to Ogstons. I recently brought my car there to have a door ding repaired. I was truly amazed at how beautiful my car was when I picked it up. Not only was the ding fixed but my car was detailed outside and INSIDE! I feel like I am driving a brand new car. Thank you Ogston for doing such a wonderful repair and for your great service.

Ogston's replaced the glass in my sideview mirror. They were able to schedule me immediately as soon as my part was in. The work was done very quickly. Everyone that works there is friendly and communicative. I will definitely go there in the future if I need any kind of repair that they offer.

We had our van worked on recently and I can't remember receiving better customer service from a business. From start to finish they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Ogston to anyone who needs body work for their vehicle.

Joe, Bruce and Jamey are awesome! I got a door ding on a car I was renting - brought it up to them and they said they could take care of me no problem. Gave me an estimate for only $150.00 - was super happy it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg and for that price I wouldn't have to file it with insurance..... They got me in at 8 am - gave me a loaner car for the day and it was done by noon. I picked it up and it was like the ding never happened -Awesome Body Shop and Great Staff!

Ogston's Body and Paint! We are fortunate to have them in our area. Joe has built a business that is compassionate and meticulous. When we have had an accident, Ogston's brings our vehicle back to original condition. They truly do help repair not only the vehicle but the person!
