Needed a battery heater. Even though it's late in the season and a slightly niche part, they had the correct one on hand. The associate also tried it on a battery before I bought it to ensure fitment. It is very helpful only going to the store once!

Very helpful. Had what I needed. Good selection and willing to give advice. Always has a few people in the store helping customers so the line to check out is never very long.

Very disappointed!! On a time crunch, made a special trip to purchase a vehicle part (as we live out of town). Brought the part home, opened the box to install it and it was a WELL USED-OLD PART! In the future check every purchase made there for a new item in the box. This required another trip to town to obtain the NEW part! Frustrating & disappointed!!

Not a bad O'Reilys, but definitely not the best one in town. Usually, I have to get parts ordered from this location as they don't have them on hand. Staff are fairly friendly and reasonably knowledgeable.

Our salesman was very polite and courteous. Knowledgeable and helpful. He even offered to put on our wiper blades. And gave us very useful pointers to help us get them on ourselves.

Today we needed headlights both sides they had 5 bulbs out on both sides well we had to come back to get more bulbs but the woman that helped us replaced all the bulbs both times she was very helpful and knowledgeable, thank you Violet.

I have zero idea what or how to do anything with autos. Larry was such a wonderful help. He didn't let me miss anything before I left the store. He saved me from all sorts of troubles down the road. Larry is an absolute asset to this company. I wish him nothing but the best.

I needed to fix a broken motorcycle clutch cable on a Sunday. The 2 guys in there were able to advise and sell me what I needed to get me home. Very helpful.

My 18 year old daughter who knows nothing about cars purchased a new wiper blade here. She asked if they would help her install it and they said it was too cold outside and they would not. I'm guessing it would have taken them 15 seconds! Awful customer service and plain LAZY!We will take our business elsewhere in the future.5/6/23UPDATE:I decided to give this store another try, hoping things had improved. The clerk who "helped" me was rude, short and put out that I wanted help. I didn't catch his name but he had shoulder length hair and was very unkept. The only reason I mention his appearance as is it may help management to identify this individual and hopefully reprimand him. I am so disappointed and angry!

Great friendly informative service. Clerk explained all the different types of batteries available to me, didn't pressure me for a higher ticket sale, and installed the battery for me! Super kind and easy care.

I was asked what I could be helped with before I got 3 steps in. I said battery cables? I didn't know what I needed. The gentleman that helped me looked at my battery,I didn't have my meter with he retrieved one to use. He troubleshot for 20 m�n.! He also gave me a sensible diagnosis and explained things. He could have sold me a new unneeded battery or something. I'm overwhelmed with the service here and intend to go back today and tip the young man who spent time helping me. There are honest vehicle businesses in Duluth. I haven't always found this to be true. Smiled all evening

Talk about service! I had a cracked coolant tank and went in to buy a new one. The first location I went to didn t have one in stock, but pointed me towards another branch. When I got there, the guy had called ahead and everything I needed was waiting there ready to go. He didn t mention doing that, and I didn t ask. He took it upon himself to make it easier for me to get in and out. Many thanks!

Great service and help from the Assistant Manager. I had troubles at another O'Reilly that got me the wrong car battery and would not even install it for me due to the cold weather conditions.I decided to head to this O'Reilly and they were great with assisting me. The Assistant Manager really went out of his way to help me out, it was freezing outside and he was quick and efficient in his work. Really appreciated his hard work in these cold times!

Violet was NOT Helpful. Incompetent, rude and unwilling to help resolve an issue. Violet should look up the word Customer Service because she does not exhibit this at O'Reilly 302 E Central Entrance. Not good when there are several alternative auto stores within blocks of each other. I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else and tell everyone else to do the same as well.

I found what I needed and quickly left. 7 or 8 staff I counted that day, and only one other customer.No greeting when I walked in. No assistance, so it took me about 15 minutes to find exactly what I needed. When I checked out, it seemed like I was bothering the staff. The entire visit was sketchy. I still watch my bank activity because the guy who checked me out had to take my card.I would visit again, but not ever this location.

The folks here are generally pleasant, and knowledgeable. I will say in my experience they hardly ever answer the phone though, and if it rings long enough it just goes to an automatic hangup. Quite irritating, best option is to call another O'Reilly's store and have them look and see if the Central Entrance store has it in stock. It's not the best, or the right way to look up a part, but it works if you need to use that store.

Went here 6/29/21 at about 415. There were 4 people ahead of me. Waited for 10 minutes. One guy was just talking on the phone the whole time, the other I think was searching for something for the 1st customer, I did see a 3rd guy go into the back. The 3 people that wernt being helped all left without getting waited on so I took their lead and left too. Went to autozone down the road and was in and out in about 2 minutes

Fast, friendly, and honest service. I like that they don't push unnecessary items when asking for help or advice. Fair prices and usually will have what you need if you can't find it elsewhere.

The parts techs are always helpful here as has been my experience with both stores in town. Also, on a couple occasions, staff have helped troubleshoot and offered suggestions which saved many hours and dollars.

For the non career mechanic, they MAY be able to help you figure out what you need. I have worked with Chang, a very helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic individual. If you have questions and he is in, he can point you in the right direction.

Alan the manager and Mike the assistant manager at the grand Ave location have certainly done a good job at making sure the customers are taken care of and getting something in store asap if it isn't at that time

The people at this really go out of their way to help absolutely every time I go. Even if it's not the same person working. Not like AutoZone up the street. Those people their actually have ignored me. Like night and day difference in customer service.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will always work with you to find the lowest price on parts, and I've never had a problem bringing something back on a warranty claim.
