TLDR: Employees were being babies about the cold weather outside and refused me service. Also gave me the wrong battery size.Deleted my first review but this was experience last winter!Came in cause my car battery was screwed, they gave me the wrong battery, employees refused a service for no reason other than in their words it was "cold and dark outside". I had to convince these clowns to jump my battery in the "cold and dark" weather outside just so they could help me out when I was practically stranded. After this I literally had to go to another O'Reilly who would help me out cause these incompetent bums can't handle the cold. 0/5 stars.

This is the last place you should go for parts or even tools. I've had parts ordered wrong on numerous occasion ( I dumbly chalked it up to a genuine mistake instead of the incompetence it really was) and the last straw was when I bought some ramps and tried to use them for the 1st time a few days later one of them literally split the back into 2 pieces. I went in to see if they could help me out to get something else right after the snap and the 2 guys behind the counter refused a refund then just instantly started laughing at me saying the ramps I bought were trash but yet neither of them bothered to say anything about that a few days prior when I bought them

Rating 5 stars for my second trip.The first trip last night was very disappointing . I am a young driver and have only needed new wipers once before this. I knew the size when going in and needed help picking the right type of connector for my vehicle. ( which I did find out later is a odd one) The gentleman that was there was not very helpful I had mentioned that the connector may have been broken because the wiper did break off I was met with a "probably not" and no follow up questions besides make and model of my vehicle and telling me the size I needed. Now instead of walking to the wipers with me just kept saying these are not the right ones when I would bring them up because extc.. I ended up with the wrong ones after all of that. I know now that they will also put them on for you. In my first trip I was too anxious after purchasing to ask and the employee made no mention if I needed help,I felt very brushed off. Today my experience was much different I think I may have spoken to the manager( In a green shirt) and he listened to my issue, apologized and suggested a blade with multiple connection types included and was even cheaper! They refunded me for the difference which I greatly appreciated because I had payed with cash and I dont think I was offered a receipt the first time. Sam was very helpful and put my wipers on with no problem after realizing the connector was weird and needed to come off.( not something I could of ever figured out on my own. I looked at all the instructions on the box and even looked up multiple videos and everything was different mostly because they were the wrong wipers)All in all I am happy to have wipers before this blizzard gets any worse.

Haven't had real good experiences in a variety of the stores over the last few years but this one was extraordinary. Trying to help my brother find wipers that evidently were pretty rare for an older car and the guy at the counter was very helpful and looked up the ones that the book said it should have fit and then tried to help us put them on when it was obvious that they weren't right. He did everything if he could and was actually able to find one variety that worked for the back window but unfortunately not the front. He then gave several options for other stores in the area that might have a possibility. Very great service

Tired of coming here, year after year having to having their unenthusiastic employees order me the wrong part and then give me attitude every time I come in the store. I had Marty order me a torque converter,after going into detail on year make and model, he ended up ordering me the wrong one.He then had the nerve to say he might not accept the return for the wrong part, Receipt in hand, part un-used.in short he didn't want to own his mistake and he wanted it to cost me. Obviously this establishment has a large tolerance for inexperienced employees with bad attitudes. Going to Napa or advanced auto parts for me and my whole family from now on. Napa has lost all our businesses.

Absolute wonderful experience with these guys! The store manager,Leigh was very informative and helpful when explain g the differences between parts and warranties and Joe was extremely helpful in walking me through repair process of repairing brake lines myself and made sure I didn't buy anytning I didn't need!!These guys are all great folks, very knowledgeable and truly caring people. I would recommend O'Reilys over ANY automotive store hands down!!

Very helpful! We are from the cities and our battery died while on our anniverary trip to Duluth. Cody helped us exchange it out so we could get back to exploring Duluth and was very friendly and courteous. Also, overheard another employee, Marty, interacting with the customers and was being friendly and quick to assist walk in customers. Would definitely come back for anything in any future Duluth stays!

All things greeezy! I think yes,,, i think no,,, yes im thinking worst ,, mayb the worst vibe of any building in the city, could not pin point the exact vibe of the vibe never even have been in the place only have rode threw the lot after hours, so let that tell ya something . Best to stay away if your a vibe kinda person. But wait mayb the vibe came from all the garbage in the lot or the oil slick for whitch apon the garbage rests. I have always said if i managed a biz the property would be spotless pieriod! Id be willing to trade my labor of picking up the lot for some of the vanillaroma trees any way yes bad vibe dirty lot all things thot.... Close it down....

Took my daughter s battery to Batteries Plus, couldn t tell me if I had a good or bad battery, found this O Reilly 4 blocks from my daughter s house, battery failed 3 times after Codi tested it and my alternator, Codi gave me a reputable repair shop 2 mins away, bad battery and a bad starter. All fixed. Thank you

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We brought in our 2011 Toyota Prius to have the battery tested and low & behold it was shot! The guy there came out and replaced our battery and we were on our way quickly!!!Thank you O'riley Auto Parts!!!

Wrong oil filter plus my car needed 5-w30 they gave me one quart of 0-W20 and 5 quarts of 5-W20. Now I am spending $140 for changing my oil instead of $70.

Costumer service was fenomenal amazingThe guy working there was super awesome i just went to check my alternators and battery then I realized one bulb was burned out and this guy just replaced of course I pay for it but this guy was very kind don't 10 of 10

If a place is closed it means it is closed aka not open for business. One of your employees keeps coming to a place before hours and pulling on doors trying to get in. And when he does come in during business hours he makes comments that make female employees uncomfortable and just stares at them this needs to stop immediately.

Worker couldn't get the battery checker on the battery and refused to take out dead battery. Offered me tools but they were thrown in a box unorganized, with trash on top.
