I needed a fuel filter for the boat. They had what I needed in stock and were open when the Marina was not. You can get parts for boats at Napa and the price is usually fair. I gave them pans let me know when you guys run out and I will bring more!

I was in town working on a Research Vessel and needed some specialty parts. This Napa had what I needed to complete the repairs. Great job going out of your way to help me with that. They said they had it and they delivered!

O'Reilly guy here but if I need parts right away Napa is my second choice over any other places. I might go to Napa now because I don't like masterforce and they're horrible at O'Reilly. Thank you Napa.

Very rude parts salesman I asked him for a fuel injection installation kit and he asked me what vehicle it was for i told him but i said that did not matter because I was going to use it for what it was for he said well I can't sell you one and we also don't have one in stock and well I guess the website lies now I was looking at the site while I was talking to him about it. Very rude guy. He definitely would not sell me the what I asked for and it said it was in stock. And he told me it wasn't in stock until after he asked me what vehicle this was for. Don't think i will be visiting this store again for awhile!

Stopped by twice in two days for help with a fuse and then a battery test. Both of the employees that helped me were super nice and very kind. Napa is awesome and I m grateful for their help!

stopped in to get a trans oil line hose made for a 2018 big truck that the dealer didn't have and these guys made one for me in about 10 minutes! well done and thank you for insuring that we had that truck rolling in the am! again thanks !

Upgraded to full synthetic, on sale, napa platinum filter and strap filter wrench. Very helpful staff, quick service. Cannot recycle oil here though.

They had a little oops on my order but fixed it next day. Most items that are not in stock can be picked up next day.

Okay stores Napa has always been high on prices. Brick-and-mortar stores take notice the internet is eating your lunch.
