Mickey said he put on new tires, yet they are dated from 2017! Rear left tire is cracking already not even a full year later and already had to replace the front drivers side tire.

We are so impressed with how amazing our Toyota looks now. Do you want Quality and professionalisms? This is the place and all you have to do is start with a phone call or stop on by. We loved our rental and loved how it didn t smell like smoke and it was completely clean with a full tank of gas . This is the place we trust completely.

I have been working with Mickey for many months on a vehicle repair. Every time I call I hear a new reason why it isn't ready. The truck has been sitting, completely finished, for at least a month. All it is waiting on is new graphics (it's a company vehicle). Mickey always has a new/different excuse for what is holding things up. If you want good communication and prompt service find a different body shop!Service: Body & Trim

Mickey made the car repair experience so great! He took the time to explain things and communicated along the way. Its also very convenient that he is able to offer loaners if needed! I hope I don't have to get my car repaired again but if I do I'd go back to Mickeys first thing!

Outstanding work & service! Mickey set me up with a rental. I dropped off my vehicle, got in rental & left. 3 days later they called & I returned rental & got my vehicle back which turned out to be showroom beautiful! Cannot even tell i was in an accident! Thanks Mickey's! Your work is what makes me keep returning w/personal & company vehicles!

Mickeys is a sham. We brought our truck there for accident repair last winter. We were quoted 3 months to get the parts and have it fixed. The've had our vehicle for 11 months now! The communication is horrible, the office staff doesn't know whats going on, and Mickey's voicemail is always full. Whenever we get ahold of him he deflects and dodges - we cant get a strait answer as to why its not done. They are milking the insurance for storage fees and avoiding us constantly. We cannot get a strait answer out of anyone. If you're thinking about having them repair your vehicle - go anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

Highly Recommended!The first time I searched all over town collecting estimates and trying to find an honest, reasonable shop. I didn't want to be taken advantage of nor did I want to take advantage of my neighbors. I felt very lucky to stumble upon Mickey's.Once I met Mickey I knew I was in good hands. He is kind, honest, personable, helpful, thorough, precise, and quick. They had the best quote in town and the job both times was clean and professional. In fact, every person I've dealt with there has been incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend all your auto body needs to Mickey's Auto Body!The best! No really, the best auto body shop I've ever been to! Mickey is totally up front with how things are going and takes pictures along the way to show the progress. A genuinely kind and honest man. There are few gems in the world like him. Don't waste your time going to a big franchise or dealership when you can give this local business your business. You won't regret it. Oh yeah, and the work was flawless!

I found Mickey to be a nice concerned guy. He rents cars as well and I'll be calling him shortly re 2018. As I recall very affordable offers. He like to limit rental to 75 mile radius, but will make allowances if you say want to go to Orr or Grand Marias from Two Harbors. He understands that we are all not made of money.

I ended up getting in a snowy accident while visiting Duluth one weekend last winter. I called Mickey's as soon as they opened Monday morning as it was the closet body shop to the hotel where my smashed car that was no longer driveable. He managed to the tow the car that morning to get it in for the insurance assessment. To fix the car took 11 days from one Monday until Friday afternoon of the following week. From what I can tell the body work was performed professionally and well done, but I do have two serious issues with my customer service from this place that would prohibit me from giving this place my business:1. They do offer rental cars and they are cheap, but mine really sucked. It had over 230K on it which I didn't notice until I got headed home. A couple days later I noticed the front drivers side tire was essentially flat. Mickey and crew did not bother inspecting this rental car before I drove it two hours home back to the Twin Cities. After that I was having to stop and fill up that tire daily because of a dangerous slow leak that should have caught in a basic inspection at the body shop. When I settled up my bill I asked Mickey directly about giving me a discount since he sent me out in an ill maintained dangerous rental car and he declined. I would have been much more apologetic as a business owner for this serious safety issue.2. Mickey is racist against native folks and he shoots his mouth off around strangers about it. When he was finalizing the paperwork for the rental car he mentioned it had GPS so when it ends up stolen on the Reservation we can find it . His racist flunky who worked they said something like well aint that racist? and Mickey said, Well the first time I have a white person steal one of my cars I'll change that . I really don't care for racism and have Native folks intermarried into my family. This disgusting racist opinion that only Natives steal is a really stupid and disgusting thing to say to a customer who you don't know in a progressive college town in Minnesota. I simply don't want to do business with racist jerks and if you don't either avoid Mickey's Auto Body in Duluth.

This place employs a bunch of scam artists and bait and switch low lifes. Took my truck there to get a quality $500 underbody rework and the price was doubled and they only did the door edges and charged me over $1,000. A quality LineX job for the entire underbody runs arount $550. Run; don' t walk from this place. If he was so reputable, he would be BBB certified.

I had Mickey take care of my car while in MN. I live in CO and am sitting here wishing I had him here to fix my car...You will not find better, anywhere.

I never had and accident and didn't know where go went to three place until I found mickey's and very happy with him Vehicle is a 2016 Ford Escape Mickey updated me on all the work and took care of all paper work with my Insurance company I will differently use him again for any work that you very much for all the help you did through the repairs

Don't waste your time with this shop, for a company that's so professional they don't live up to that standard very well. I couldn't even get an estimate, I was jerked around for 45 days and was never given what I asked for.
