We have shopped at Krenzen for over 15 years now and purchased several vehicles from them. We have never had a bad experience in the buying or servicing processes. It s a friendly no pressure atmosphere. 66 Tom has helped us with all our purchases and has been incredible to my family and treated us as family.

Wonderful experience! As a woman looking for a car on my own, it was a delight to work with Rachel Meyer! She was incredibly helpful and within moments I felt like I was taking a test drive with a good friend. She answered all of my questions and had some ideas and tips I hadn't thought about when looking for a new car.The front office was communicative and welcoming. The finance department were helpful. Highly recommend!

Very detailed breakdown and diagnosis of my vehicle. The technician called and explained everything to a T.We ve never been disappointed in the service of our five Honda vehicles and all the past Honda s we ve owned. Very personable technicians and people throughout the Krenzen dealership!

I set an appointment a couple weeks back for a factory update. I arrived 15 min. early today for the appointment. I was greeted politely and was told my car would be done in 45 minutes. Well, it was done in 45 minutes. Very nice people at Krenzen Honda in Duluth. I was very pleased with the polite, quick service. Thanks Krenzen.

Great service!!We have had our Odyssey Van for 21 years. All our service has been performed at Krenzen Honda. They are always courteous and friendly. The workmanship is excellent. They are trustworthy and honest. Pricing is very reasonable. I am looking forward to continued great service!!

I had some service work completed and a few items that were missed during delivery. The service guys are great, the salesman (Tom Spehar), is great and I'm not likely to do business anywhere else in the Northland for my new vehicle needs!

When my rental car got stuck on the way to the airport due to bald tires, an individual from Krenzen stopped to help push me out. The individual noticed the tires were bald and said the car likely would not make it to the airport in the snow. The individual gave me a ride so I could make my flight on time. I m not from Duluth but if I was, I would certainly support Krenzen given how kind their employee was. Thanks again!

My family has been buying our cars here for a long time. This time I got a 2013 Honda Accord. Before purchasing it they had the oil changed and brakes done as well as gave me a full tank of gas. Curt was super nice to work with and answered all of my questions. The front desk ladies were plesant and made sure I knew about the drawing they had going on. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks everyone.

I have leased my vehicles since 2000, and my experience with Krenzen Nissan in Duluth has probably been the easiest and quickest of all. Wayne and Gary were wonderful to work with, and Nick was awesome, too. The Showroom Floor was spectacular with all the vehicles to choose from. I'm so glad that I chose Krenzen Nissan for my new vehicle! The best dealership around!!

Called 45 mins earlier before my scheduled appointment to let them know I would be late. The service advisor informed me that it was fine and to come on in anyway. Waited 30-45 mins to have my service performed and I was back out the door. Highly recommended

Upon arrival, it was very apparent krenzen Honda was a very helpful, organized and professional business compared to marthaler Honda of Ashland Wisconsin. It was worth the extra 100 miles round trip to have service done correctly ,for once. I'm certain I am not the only one that has had one or more poor experiences with marthaler Honda of Ashland.

Always a great experience! The service check-in team are always friendly and thoroughly explain the work to be performed. The work is completed in a timely manner. The bill and recommendations for future service are clearly explained. The lounge area is always clean and tidy. Customer service staff are kind.

Go visit Tony for any service needs. Easy to talk to and communicates like a normal human.He will tell you if S is hitting the fan or if it s not (in a professional manner.)He is also knowledgeable about most things. I got lucky and all my repairs were covered by extended warranty s which he helped me figure out. Truly grateful for his help. Changes the experience of your typical dealership repair service experience.

Third Honda from Krenzen. I worked with good sales people. They helped show all the nuances the vehicle has. Have used their service center for years. Best place to buy a Honda in Duluth.

Went and test drove the Rogue and had a great time. Facility is very clean and Randy was wonderful. He promised to give us a call back at a certain time and he did with lease and purchase numbers.Good prices compared to other dealers in town and certainly a potential for my next car.

Came in to get a recall taken care of and get a extra key for my new to me Honda Pilot. They were up front and honest about the key being on backorder and even reached out the day before the recall appointment to make sure I didn't want to reschedule so I only had to make one trip (it's 1 1/2 hours away from me so it was appreciated). The experience at the dealership was good, was in and out relatively quickly. Wasn't bothered by over zealous salesman while I waited which is nice. Overall decent. Will be happy to come back for my key when it shows up.

Thank you Krenzen for your help with my two boys who were in need of new vehicles! My oldest son, Bryan met with JT yesterday, and was very happy with JT taking the time showing him cars and finances with the different banks and credit unions to fit his budget. My oldest son is excited to pick up his new car from Krenzen next week. My youngest son, Andrew was truly happy with the service JT did for him. My youngest son says "JT is the go to person" because JT worked hard and kept Andrew updated with any issues and finding solutions to help him purchase his new truck even when my youngest son's own "Credit Union" was not willing to help with solutions to purchasing or taking out a loan for his truck. JT was awesome! Thank you all at Krenzen and especially JT for taking care of my family for all out auto needs you will continue to have repeat customers from my family for a very long time.

Awful! They sold a car with an undisclosed oil leak and then damaged the car rims in their shop. $5k+ to repair and taking them to court! Absolutely awful experience with dishonest people!

I inquired online and went to Krenzen to look at the vehicle I selected and Anthony was my sales guy. I have never felt better purchasing my Rav 4 through here, I got a great auto, great pricing, and was never pushed into purchasing it.

EVERYTHING WORKED OUT FINE AFTER A FEW MISS UNDERSTANDINGS. TONY BISKEY IN SERVICE HAS BEEN A REAL HELP IN THIS ORDEAL WHEN MY OLD HONDA WENT IN FOR A RECALL AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME TAKE IT HOME. HE HAS BEEN A REAL HELP. THANKS TONY. HOPE EVERYTHING KEEPS GOING GOOD WITH THE NEW USED CAR.

Incredible costumer service! They kept me updated with the delivery of one of their used cars that hadn't come in yet. I inquired on it first and they turned down people that wanted to put cash down on it before seeing it, as we told them a previous dealership sold a car out from under me. I feel as though Krenzen treats their customers as family! Jake Toman was my salesman and I feel he did an excellent job taking care of me to get my business. This is the second car I've bought from Krenzen. Fantastic place!Thank you!

My first car buying experience with Krenzen was amazing! Walked into the dealer with an idea of the cars I had seen on the internet and what I was looking for. Pete knew the inventory and went above and beyond to make sure my first car buying experience was nothing less than a 10 out of 10. I bought a car and decided it wasn t the best fit for me so I called the dealer back and asked if I could exchange it for a different one. Pete and his team made it happen within a day. No hidden fees. No up charge for return. Took amazing care of me and I m loving my new ride! Thank you for the honest car buying experience and going above and beyond to look out for me with financing! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Krenzen!
