Just wanted to say thanks to Josh Ross - it was a pleasure to work with him when buying our 2021 Honda Civic Sport! Josh was professional and took the time to listen and ensure we got the vehicle we were looking for at a great price. I appreciated that Josh was knowledgeable and that he took the time to explain our new vehicle s functions and showed us how to use them. Thanks again Josh, we will be returning to Krenzen when we re in search of another vehicle!

Highly recommend Krenzen! I m on my third vehicle from them (two leases and then purchased our 3rd leased vehicle) and both the sales and service departments are wonderful. After trying a few different shops in the area, we went back to the dealership for service and couldn t be happier. Everyone is so kind, the entire building is so nice and clean, and the service is quick and honest. 5 stars!

Great service dept at Krenzen. They do excellent work and they are great at communicating. It's an hour and a half away from here, but from now on, they are my go-to for service on my CRV. There is a local dealership here in Ashland but they ruined my engine and cost me thousands to fix their screw up.

This morning my car would not start. I thought I would need to have it towed but luckily it started after a few tries. I brought it to Krenzan Honda where I always take it and although they were completely booked they squeezed me in and had the car fixed before lunch. They have always been so helpful and quick. I highly recommend them for purchasing a new car and for there service.

What a great experience I had purchasing my first vehicle. I can't speak highly enough of the people at Krenzen! Friendly, helpful, and genuine. I was anxious about buying my first car, but never felt as though I was being sold or pushed into anything. The salesman was helpful, and the manager, Jake Manning, helped make the process a smooth one.5/5 will buy here again

I can not say enough good things about Krenzen Honda. Specifically I worked with Nate Greene and John Shykes. Both were exceptional throughout the whole experience. I purchased two vehicles for work with Nate and John, and was so impressed with their service and the Honda quality, I purchased a third vehicle from them for personal use, all in under 6 months. I highly recommend Krenzen Honda, and specifically Nate and John! In 30 years of car buying, I have never had such a fast, easy car buying experience that these two provided. Thank you

My relationship with Krenzen began 9 years ago when I needed to but my first car & realized how much car I could not get on my limited budget. Thankfully I was introduced to the world of leasing. As a single parent, leasing has allowed me to have reliable vehicles for the last 9 years that work with my budget. Krenzen & Honda are always willing to work with me & I always feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend working with Tom Speahar for any leasing or buying needs!!

Very enjoyable experience with Krenzen for our second Honda lease now. Most of the interactions were able to be completed via chat or email. Most of the paperwork was also filled it out from home. We did pick the vehicle up in person but they offered to come to our house and take our old lease and leave us the new one if we couldn't agree on a time.

These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, professional but down to earth, and have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Every vehicle I looked at was clean and in great shape. There was no fuss, no ridiculous haggling, and no unexplainable "fees" most dealers try to stick you with.John Shykes took great care of me and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting as well as what I was paying for and why. Honestly, these guys have a great thing going on. I don't usually take the time to review places, but seriously if you need a vehicle, this is the place to go. I highly recommend asking for John, he s the nicest, most professional salesman I have ever worked with, he made sure all my needs were met and I felt great driving off the lot.

My husband and I just bought a winter vehicle from here, we worked with Tim, and had an amazing experience. The Jeep was being worked on at a different location when we initially went to look at it and Tim was able to bring us there to show it anyway and put a hold on it for us. We were kept informed on progress and date of availability, when it came to that date we were in and out within an hour! He also noticed the keys would get stuck in the ignition on occasion and set a date for it to be fixed free of charge along with a cosmetic issue. After a few days of having the suv we noticed it was making noises and Krenzen took in back for a look, gave us a loaner vehicle AND replaced the problem within 24 hours. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable people. Honestly the best car buying experience I ve ever had ESPECIALLY on a used car.

We had such a great experience buying our car! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our salesman Dan Peterson spent so much time with us teaching us all the ins and outs of our new car. He helped us program our smart keys so the seat adjusts to where we each sit, helped program our garage door opener, and made sure we knew everything!! He surpassed our expectations and made us feel confident in our purchase!

Super friendly and professional staff! They called after I dropped off my car to remind me I needed an additional service and were able to complete it in that appointment. I live in Minneapolis and was visiting family but would drive back to Duluth to get my car serviced here.

As always, I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Krenzen. The staff was extremely helpful. At the beginning I hadn't yet settled on a vehicle and with such a large selection of models and trim lines it could have been overwhelming to try and pick the right one but Louie took the time to get to know me and understand my needs and helped me narrow it down to a few models that would best suit my lifestyle. From there I chose a 2019 Altima with all wheel drive. Then when it came to selecting a trim, Louie did a great job of breaking down the price differences between the 3 trims I was considering. It was the most transparent car buying experience I've ever had, the price breakdowns were to the penny and there were no fees like I've had in the past. I truly felt that Louie was on my side and genuinely trying to help me find the best vehicle for me.However, what stuck with me the most was when I came in for my complimentary first oil change. Louie had heard I'd arrived and rather than having me wait in the waiting area he took me into his office for a coffee to catch up. This personal touch will keep me coming back for years. Even though I've moved away from the area I will keep coming back to Krenzen to buy cars from Louie and wouldn't consider buying anywhere else.

I always feel valued as a Krenzen customer whenever I go there. They have helped me to find what I needed and what I wanted in a car, without feeling pressured to get what they wanted to sell. They take care of my regular maintenance as well, for a lot cheaper than most dealerships. I can't say enough about Krenzen!

Buying a car through Krenzen Honda was fast and easy! I m impressed with the genuine customer service I received from Nate and John. There were no gimmicks, they provided me with a lot of information and I was able to drive away with the exact vehicle I inquired about. I m very happy I went to Krenzen!

If I could give 0 stars I would their sales person was extremely rude when asking about pricing and denied sharing that information for no reason besides he did not want to. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had with a dealership.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was told my car had several recalls. They couldn't do the work, apparently, because i had to wait to be informed by Honda directly.When i finally got the letter and called to make the appointment i was told there was 2 recalls each of which would take 3 hours to complete. She said you don't have to wait here while we do the work.When i got to the dealership i was told i could have had a loaner car, but i would have had to have asked for it on the phone.I said, Nobody asked me if i wanted one? No, we don't do that, you have to ask us.I am not sure what kind of logic that is, how would i know to ask?So now i get to sit in the waiting room and miss work for 3-6 hours.Not really great service to keep a secret and then blame me for not guessing.

Scott J. Did an amazing job and he was so patient with me and deciding what car fit best for my family. He was so helpful with communication and finalizing the deal. Definitely recommend to friends and family. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because even with being pre qualified from our bank we were there 3:45 - 6:15 for just paperwork. But Scott did his best to keep us informed through the whole process. GREAT car buying experience.

My daughter Nicole bought her first car from Krezen yesterday. PETE, was the best!! Took so much time with her making sure she was comfortable and clear on everything! I was recently on a family vacation in the Duluth area when my car started to have some problems. Not wanting to take the chance to drive back to the cities with the kids in the car, I called up Krenzen Honda to see if I could get my car looked at. They said the had no openings for about a week but I could stop on by to see if they could fit me in. So I went there the next morning when they opened and talked to the service advisor Jake. Not only was he able to get my car looked at right away, they had it repaired within 2 hours of my arrival and I was back to my vacation before a few of my family members were even up for the day. I appreciate the great service and the peace of mind they provided me with, knowing my car was ready to make the trip home.

My family just bought another car from Dan Peterson at Krenzen Honda in Duluth, MN. Dan has always gone out of his way to take care of us. He even picked me up at home, on his way to work once, due to my schedule changing at the last minute. I love the no commission, no nonsense atmosphere. A great group of people, from Dan to the Manager (Scott) to the final steps with Finance (Gary). Oh, and the service department is top notch as well. Thanks!
