Came by today with exhaust system problems. Turned out my first cat blew up and clogged the second one, causing an innumerable amount of issues. They handled the problems professionally and efficiently, and charged reasonable prices. Quality welding work too. Would recommend 100%.

Bought a brand new vehicle and had an exhaust leak not even one tank of gas in. Stealership couldn t get me in for 3 weeks they said. Stopped by Kenwood Muffler today and was greeted nice at the door. Told them my situation and they fixed a loose clamp on the spot with no charge. Great people and would highly recommend!

Friendly & efficient. Brought my car in just to get the heat shield reattached; my car was in the shop within minutes and fixed. I was there for less than 10 minutes total, and they didn t even charge me for it. I m so appreciative and will recommend this place to anyone who needs exhaust work. Thank you!

This place got me in within 30mins to install my aftermarket exhaust. Jesse, who worked on my car, even let me assist to line it up correctly (since I'm particular). It was installed in about 15mins. Charged me honest pay. I would highly recommend this place and would come back for future work!

These guys were great... friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose my issue even though it was out of the scope of their business and suggest a shop that was able to fix my problem. Definitely be a returning customer.

Car was broken. I had no clue what was wrong so I brought it here to see what was up. Turned out to be left front strut was severed at the top. Same day I brought it in they had it fixed. Is good.

I was riding around with a junk exhaust for over a month before I even called. First words coming back through the phone after describing my issue, "Bring it on in. We'll get you taken care of." I waited another month because I guess that's how I am with fixing vehicle issues (not suggested).Called again and they reiterated the same sentiment, "Bring it in, we'll get you fixed up." I brought it in on a Thursday morning just as they were opening. Told me they would let me know shortly what we are looking at.Communication was constant and consistent. By Thursday afternoon I was fixed up and ready to rock. My schedule was packed and they were more than accommodating with a Friday morning pickup.People talk about under promising and over delivering. I have to say, the crew at Kenwood Muffler crush that. Throughout the process, I found myself overwhelmed by their response, effort, and quality. To the point I'm hoping the only car issues I ever have again are muffler or brake issues. Cannot understate how happy I am with their service. They have a lifelong customer in me.

I showed up to Kenwood Muffler & Brake Center with a sheared muffler and no appointment. They got to my truck quickly and cut/spliced/welded a new section of exhaust at a very reasonable price. Beautiful welds and professional service. Would highly recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Brought two cars here over the past year and received excellent service each time! The first had muffler and pipe issue and the second a flex tube. Both jobs were completed in less than two hours and prices were way cheaper than I thought either would be. I'm glad they are in my neighborhood.

I was referred to Kenwood Muffler by a dealership in town and I am so happy I came here. Jesse and the rest of the staff were super friendly. As a young woman who admittedly does not know much about cars, I have had issues with other mechanics making me feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. I had the complete opposite experience here. I needed a catalytic converter replaced and the process and issue were explained clearly to me. When there was issue with the part itself, I contacted them and they were quick to respond and replace the part. They communicated with me very well and listened to my questions and concerns. I don t typically write reviews, but it is hard not to when the service was so exceptional. Jessie the service guy had my vehicle up on his lift and my muffler pipe repaired in under 20 minutes. I left my info and walked down to grab a coffee quick thinking it would be maybe 30 minutes to an hour. Nope, I had barely made it back and my vehicle was parked outside done and sounded great! They were quick, efficient, up front, did not over charge me, and honestly had some of the best service I ve ever experienced. Shout out to the workers at Kenwood Muffler and Brake! This is for all the local clientele who want a really good, affordable experience with a likable crew to work on their car. Kenwood muffler has had my business for over 10 years now and I'm satisfied every time I go to them for. They're always very clear on what they're going to look at. They do not overlook your problem and diagnose the whole car without the customer's consent. I would not look any further to try to find better suited business to work on your car. I had to have a hose replaced on my brakes of my 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Kenwood muffler. They have the job done in under an hour for an amazing steel over price. While I waited in the seating area, I felt very welcomed. I would recommend Kenwood muffler to everyone.

Limped my car in on a flat tire because it was the only place close enough that I wouldn t completely destroy my tire driving there. Turned out to be the best decision I could have made. They filled all of my tires happily and I decided I might as well get my oil changed while I was there. The entire service took them less than 10 minutes from me arriving and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Fast friendly service! Great place to get auto repairs done. My back brakes locked up so I had it towed to Kenwood Muffler and Brakes the night before and called them about it in the morning. They had to replace all the brakes on my vehicle and my vehicle was ready that same afternoon. I was absolutely amazed! They did a great job and what I was charged for labor and parts was fair and reasonable. I will definitely go there again and recommend to anyone in need. Thank you!!!!

Amazing place. Dropped in without an appointment to get an estimate on an exhaust fix. Within 20 minutes my exhaust was fixed & I was on my way. No more loud rattles. Super friendly & knowledgeable employees. Thank you Kenwood Muffler! You're the best!

Thank you so much! I was out of town and visiting Duluth with my fiance when are breaks locked up and tore up are wheel. Break job gone wrong the day before down in the cities put our vacation in jeopardy. The kind daughter of the owner of this nice family drove all over town for almost two hours locate a bolt for the calipers. Saving our vacation, restoring our faith in humanity and getting back on the road. Highly recommend. Thanks again from the Acura MDX owners.

So helpful, and super informative. They checked in often as they worked on my truck and replaced an O2 sensor. I walked in and they had me out of there in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Kenwood, Muffler, Abd Brakes it s an awesome place to take your car in there the most friendliest people ever I have an Audi and typically he doesn t like to work on Audi s but he did Jesse is the owner and he his wife and daughter all work there and they re just super nice people and they get the job done really good and I called and was able to drop it off the same day and it was fixed the next day definitely a thumbs up

I have not been more disappointed in car services ever. I was having issues with my vehicle and brought it over to them as I work next door. I wanted them to take a peek at my alternator and let me know what the issue was. I brought my car in around 12:00 & didn't hear anything from them so I walked over at 4:45pm and was slapped with a 500.00$ bill. that was with a "discount" because I work next door. nobody told me they were going to work on my car, nobody called and communicated with me what was wrong with my car nor did I okay them to start working on it. I walked out of there without my car because I did not have the money to pay that. I called them the next day and explained I felt taken advantage of. I'm a 24 year old girl and nobody communicated anything nor did I tell them I wanted them to fix anything. I was looking for a quote essentially. the man was extremally rude to me told me he was going to "rip the alternator out of my car." I then told him it was my mothers car and that car was not in my name & and to do nothing further until she calls. The way I was treated was not okay and I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. the manager was nasty and rude to both me and my mother. go anywhere else !!!

Great place to take your business too. Estimates are accurate and they do and amazing job. Took my Chrysler 200 to have the exhaust done and they did and amazing job, car sounds awesome, got it done in a timely manner and all the welds are perfect. Will be going back.

The staff at Kenwood Muffler and Brake is awesome! They are always quick and accommodating, even when it s a stop in. They re professional and do lasting work that s done at a quality level. They re great with new and returning customers as they truly seem genuine and caring about helping. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for car tune-ups and help!
