Not your average rural convenience store! Their selection of Asian groceries puts most supermarkets to shame. I'm really glad I found this place, since it'll save me from having to take a trip down to the Cities for a lot of specialty groceries.

Love this store. Owners are friendly and very helpful! All the staples needed to make the best meals ever. I love to cook new things but usually have to travel out of town to buy ingredients because Duluth doesn't have much for ethnic cooking.

Not your average gas station! Lots of specialty items and Asian food selections. I have also heard good things the Phillipino food on Saturdays but have yet to make it.

Always like to support local, and these guys are always super nice and are truly about providing convenience. Nice to have a gas station out of town. I go here as much as possible to keep them around. Also gotta try Nay Nay's! 5 more stars!

Love this place so much. Owners are A+. They always have all the oriental and Filipino good ibcould ask for. Always friendly and always have th best unique products. Couldn't ask for a better place.

This is an independent family-run gas and convenience store. Very friendly. They carry an amazing variety for being a convenience store.The owner runs a pop-up kitchen, weekends from fishing opening through the end of deer season, with a hot Filipino meal to go. Call or check her FB page for the schedule so you can experience this hidden treasure of Duluth.

A small little Asian grocery store that carries most common items and some you can't find elsewhere. The couple that runs it are great people and very friendly as well. Definitely recommend checking them out.

The owners are super good people. Love the Mom and Pop atmosphere. Literally Mom and Pop do it all. Summer time home made Filipino food is amazing.

So very friendly people. Wide selection of Filipino and Asian foods supplies. Clean and we'll stocked store. Kind of a little gem. They have recently added a liquor store there too. Also available is homeade Filipino Limpa in the frozen case. We took some home recently and deep fried them. They were amazing. If you are patient the owner, Beth, can cook you a hot meal. Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I absolutely love stopping at Gnesen's on the way up to the cabin! We get our bait, stock up on AMAZING lumpia's, and all the odds and ends we need for the lake. Beth and Glen are some of the kindest people I've ever met, it's like seeing family a few times a year when we get up north.

The Gnesen Convenience Store is a family run business in Gnesen Township. The owners are Beth and Gren. They are some of the greatest people out there.They offer gasoline, diesel, and propane fuels. No pay at the pump, though. I like it because you get to interact with someone, like the good old days.In addition to the items you would expect to find at a convenience store, they offer a variety of asian food goods that are hard to find outside of the Twin Cities. They have a great liquor selection, and really cold beer!Beth is a great cook. She recently opened Nanay's Kitchen, which offers some of the most amazing Filipino food you can find in the area. If you are in Duluth, the food will justify the short drive up Rice Lake Road.

Friendliest owners around, prices reflect it's.location but better than going to town. I'd rather pay a little more to support local owned mom n pop shop anyways

Surprising little store with the basic goods and a liquor store. The pumps are not pay at the pump but are the old style pumps. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms was clean.

The people that run the place are really nice it is the perfect place to stop if you want a snack or you need something common. I would definitely recommend coming here.
