Gene's Auto Body is the best shop. They are thorough, great at communicating and getting claims done, and worked well with the insurance company. The bodywork and repairs they did look great and work well. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Thanks for such a great experience!!!

Truck got hit down the drivers side and needed quit a bit of work done. I made contact with a bunch of differentBody shops and, just did not like either how long it was going to take before getting my truck in or how much it was going to cost. So I brought my truck down to Genes auto body they looked at it sent me the quote to get it fixed. And I can tell you this I m sure glad that I went with them. Got my truck back this morning and it looks better then the day I got it. Anyone that needs body work done I ll send them to genes before anyone else. I had what I expected to be a relatively minor event and was welcomed in quickly taken care of efficiently and the work was performed far more inexpensively than I imagined. Fantastic workmanship, great customer service and absolutely worth six stars out of five. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

Very well-regarded business. This shop is detail orientated & reasonable. It s clear they care about their customers. Had a great experience getting my black vehicle buffed & detailed, Scott did a great job. The attention to detail and thoroughness is greatly appreciated. These guys are amazing and really go above and beyond. They were nothing but helpful and patient and were more than willing to work with me on paying them, they even came and towed the car even when we live way out of the way. The repair is beautiful and was finished quickly, and my car looks brand new and they even gave it a cleaning inside and out. I cannot say enough good things about them

Nice people. Excellent service. Communicates with follow up calls concerning any possible delays. Our vehicle looked brand new after a deer flew into our front end! Very helpful with insurance as well.

I've had great experiences with Gene's Auto Body. They were able to get my vehicle in to be fixed on short notice, and at a good value. The owner was great about keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle, and helped me keep my costs affordable. We were on vacation in Duluth and needed a dent repaired and painted on a very short timeline before we had to head home. Not only did Mike fit us in, they finished the job so quickly that we were still able to go on a hike that day and actually enjoy our vacation! I brought my car to Gene's after denting the sidepanel. They were able to repair my car quickly and it looked great after they were done. I would definitely be a repeat customer any time I need body work done on any of my cars.
