Customer service was great. The front end employees were helpful and communicated well on the issues needing to be fixed. The only problem I had with my experience was related to the scheduling system online which told me I had an appointment available for the next day. The local appointment calendar is not synced up to the nationwide scheduling system so I ended up waiting a few days longer. Price seemed appropriate when comparing to other mainstream auto shops.

I completely trust the front desk staff and the maintenance crew They give me an appropriate estimate of what they think is wrong with my vehicle and keep me updated on the progress. They do outstanding work and are the most incredible team I have ever had service my vehicle and make me feel safe!

My car was serviced recently and the gentleman who took my call was reasurring and kept expectations realistic. My car was serviced and returned to me with all "mission critical" items addressed in under 24 hours. Financing options were provided and approved, saving me much stress and worry. Moving forward I will never take my car anywhere else but to Firestone. They now have a loyal customer with me. 5 stars all day.

I had some front end work done on my denali and that mechanic had set up an alignment for me at firestone after he was done with it. They told me I urgently need my rear cv axel replaced and they were willing to do it for me for 800$. My regular shop, Thatchers in superior, checked it out right after this and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my rear cv axel..

Brought the truck in for work. Waited and paid a pretty penny just to have the same lights pop back on, etc. within three miles. Hopefully the return visit this weekend solves it or I m just wasting time and money.

Power steering problems and consulted with tech Bob who investigated and found are there other problems that needed repair. This is on the 2001 Chevy truck. Other shops in town had waiting periods of two weeks or more. Tires Plus had the option of leaving the truck there and would fit it in their schedule. All was repaired Within 4 days. Best option as I needed some transportation. I had confidence in Tech Bob to do the right thing. Repairs are pricey all over. I also received a 10% discount as I'm a veteran.

Bought a new car with Firestone tires in them in 2021. All 4 tires are separating with 37,000 Miles on them. They did not fix their issues.

We were in Duluth 6 hours away from home. Our van wouldn't start Monday night and we were able to get it in the next morning. The staff were friendly and informative.

I was looking for a tire installation center that was national because I go to university in Wisconsin but live in Missouri, and when I called this location I was treated with respect, dignity, and care about my concerns. I was told that there was a Firestone near where I live back home. So I brought my vehicle in and within an hour and a half the professionals were done with putting on all four tires I had purchased. The service, professionalism, care, and authenticity of character I received was well worth a good review and I am loving my new tires and will be back for various services! Thanks!

They told me they don't have the special tools to align my bmw. My bmw doesn't take any special tools. It's just tie rods and eccentric bolts. Incompetent people I guess.

Brought my truck in to have tires installed a front end alignment and a tuneup done. They weren t able to do the alignment because they said the tie rod ends were a little loose and quoted me $1000 to replace. The tuneup cost me almost $700 for 16 spark plugs and eight wires. They charged me $19 for a spark plug that I could buy from advanced auto for $4.99. Should ve done the job myself and saved $600. Within 30 yards of leaving the store my low tire pressure light came on. When I returned to the store, they checked all four tires and none of them were anywhere close to the pressures that were required by the sticker on the door of the truck. The rear tires were supposed to be 80 the front tires 75. I had one tire at 81 tire at 71 tire at 55 and one tire at 60. Pretty shoddy work for a business that does primarily tires. Definitely will think twice before coming back.Service: Tires

We were in Duluth from out of town and ran into an issue with our SUV battery and/or alternator. We got a quote from somewhere else and it was astronomical. We decided to try Firestone because it was near our hotel and the quote was a quarter of the price because they actually took the time to test everything. Turns out it just needed a battery and these guys got us in same day and it was fixed within 45mins. Amazing customer service and fair prices. Thank you for saving the day guys!!!!

Had a problem with my car and they were very professional and quick to getting my car back on the road. Had a serpentine belt come undone and they had a new one on and installed the next day. drove it 3 hours home after being repaired and had no problems. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend it to anyone nearby.

Jay and his team are LIFE SAVERS!!! I needed two lug studs replaced the day before I was about to start a cross-country drive, and they did everything possible to fit me in and get me back on the road safely. In the time sitting in their waiting room, they consistently helped everyone that came in the door and went above and beyond ti help fix their issues. They also were kind and patient for those that they were unable to help today. I highly recommend this Firestone team!Services: Tires, Oil change

Great, fast, kind service! Even when short staff and working long hours, the crew at Firestone in Duluth, Minnesota, was efficient, helpful, knowledge and provide excellent costumer service! The service provided was fast and well executed. If they could give a discount or find a cheaper method for costumer service, they did. My vehicle is happy and so are my husband and I! Great service!

Hard to beat their hours and days of operation. Traveling for work never makes it easy to get vehicle work done but they usually manage to complete my maintenance over the weekend without issue. Communication on parts and labor cost are always explained thoroughly. Even if something doesn't go as planned, they proved they will step up to make-it-right and that is very reassuring.

Nothing more annoying than when auto shops book appointments outside of the posted service times. I've seen this countless times. Pay someone to update the availability chart on the website or fire the person who's not doing their job. Don't allow old heads to just demand walk-ins and undermine the agreed upon service times on your site.

We got a flat tire during our stay in Grand Marais and could not find any open repair shops on Labor Day. The people at this Firestone were incredibly helpful and got us in on the same day. Cisco kindly talked to my dad on the phone to help us get the right tires; they fixed us up and we were on the road again in two hours. We highly recommend - thank you so much for your great service!
