I went in without an appt to get my wheel lugs replaced. they had them all in stock. very reasonable price and super fast service. highly recommend to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Duluth Tire. We had issues with two flat tires on our camper and we needed to get new tires and Nick made it happen on the same day. He went out of his way to help us. Even though they were busy he treated my husband and I like we were his only customer. After purchasing 4 new tires he got us on our way in no time. If I am back in the Duluth area I will not hesitate to purchase more tires from them. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Nick and the rest of the staff for the great experience!

The crew at Duluth Tire and Accessories is awesome! We were in a pinch from out of town with a nail in a tire. After being turned away from a few other small and big auto places, the Duluth Tire team fit us in. Quick fix and seamless repair! Highly recommend this team and shop in the Duluth/Superior area.

I'll give a bit of simple breakdown....There was a nail in my tires and it was a simple patch fix which they did. However, as I was leaving to go to the gas station I happened to noticed that they put on the wrong valve stem cap so I returned to get it back. And sadly, the tech whom removed my tire scuffed my wheel which I'm totally not happy about.I don't like to leave reviews like this but in terms of professionalism, treat any job like it's for your own vehicle in the future. Now I could've made a big stink about it but I'd rather not. Based on these matters this is why I'm rating they company as a whole. It's quite disappointing given I had service done in the past from the same shop.To the tech who works there future reference: treat every car like it's your own.

I am from Duluth Mn. Do not buy tires from this company if you want a warranty on them. I bought tires from them and noticed the tread was wearing out faster than expected so i went to them and asked them to warranty them. They said they did not write the mileage on the receipt so could not warranty them. I explained that it is not my fault and they said they just started to put mileage on receipts last year. I said this is not right, how many warranties have ya dishonored because of this suspicious practice. All they would say is we can't help you.Service: Tires

Took my semi to get two tires put on , was in and out extremely fast , they located another tire that needed replacing and was very grateful because of that. Thank you Duluth Tire Service , Highly Recommended !

After bringing my car here for leaky tires and there inability to fix it properly I went there again today to get it fixed for real they told me they didn't have time when there were no cars in any working areas and all the employees are standing outside smoking. Every time before we tried to make appointments they always told us just come on in. Please don't go to this place

Seems like the place to use! The first tire shop I went to sent me over to these guys, and they took care of everything I needed. They dismounted and fixed a leaky tire and then mounted a smaller trailer tire, for a reasonable price and quickly - even without an appointment. I'll be back.

Jeff is amazing. I hit a rock and bent a rim and was worried I was going to have to buy a new one. But Jeff knows his business. He told me he could fix it and made an appointment for me to bring it in. It was all fixed up in minutes and they didn't even charge me anything for it! Such amazing people. They totally made my day. I'm surely going back again if I need anything else done with my car. Highly recommend them!

I was kind of disappointed with the tire change... I changed all tires and within months there was a slow leak from the rims. I had to re seal two tires and had to pay about $50-$60.I said ok let s just call it bad luck. Now my front right left is doing the same. I am disappointed with the fact that it s even happening.I don t expect free service, but please give 100% when you change tires to make sure the rims are cleaned and sealed properly. I don t think I will go back.Nothing against anyone, I do like the people there, but the tire work for me did not met the expectation.Service: Tires

Very very pleased once again with Duluth Tire. Have been coming here for years with multiple vehicles, and have always been greeted with incredibly fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy people. Today I came in for 4 new tires and a new interstate battery, which Jeff took care of for me. Not only did he explain everything that was needed, but he gave a wide range of possible options for repair. I don t take my cars anywhere else in Duluth, and if you value your money and time, you wouldn t either!

I got a flat tire on July 4th out in the middle of nowhere. I called Duluth Tire on July 5th & they were able to get me in and out with a whole new set of tires that afternoon in about 40 minutes. Professional, no fuss, very reasonably priced.

recently a dump truck with trailer hauling a bulldozer pulled into our shop yard in Iron River WI from the UP. he had blew 2 tires on his trailer and wrecked a wheel and we assisted him and no one in Ashland could help him. I called Hunter and he said to call the shop right away. The shop was busy but had 2 tires and a wheel for him and could help. We loaded everything in our shop truck and Duluth Tire took care of him quickly. This guy from UP was grateful for all help from us Northerners and was back on the road. This a great shop to deal with! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Failed to clean and seal the rims properly in mid-2020 so that BOTH tires had a slow leak and went flat during a cold snap in early 2021. We had to get it towed to another auto shop (Thompson's), where they did the job Duluth Tires SHOULD have done. We'd thought Duluth Tires had given us bad tires and were prepared to have to drop more money to replace them. A less scrupulous auto shop could have just let us. Thompson's told us what was actually up, and we spent a lot less on a proper clean and seal than we would have on more new tires.(Also, years ago a guy at Duluth Tires laughed at my brother and suggested he was lying about the speed he was going when he hit a pothole, based on the damage. In reality, it was just a really really really deep pothole that messed up a LOT of cars before it was fixed. It left a sour taste in my brother's mouth, because why would he even lie about that?)Service: Tires

On a family vacation and had a flat tire. They got us in at 11 am and we called when they opened. Only waited 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I don't recommend this place, I dropped off a tire to get fixed, the guy told me that he couldn't repair it. And charged me 140 dollars for a new tire and didn't even put it on my car, I had to find a jack and do it myself!!!

Cuatomer service to theae guys is of the upmost importance. They went out of the way and stayed until after closing time on 2 different occasions to get both my vehicles taken care of.
