OMG Brandon and Sean are awesome they couldn t get us financing for the car we really wanted but sure enough they were able to find the perfect substitute simple process no pushy sales men highly recommended to anyone looking for a new to you car

Forgot the guys name here but he showed us around to a few cars and wasn t the typical used car salesman. Wasn t pushy or anything. Someone bought the car we were looking at that same day so we have yet to do an actual transaction here. But it s one place we will watch to see what comes in and possibly buy if the right car comes along

I will definitely shop Duluth Motorsports for my next car given my experience with Sean. I found the perfect car for my granddaughter and that s saying a lot! ( I m pretty picky and OBVIOUSLY safety conscious) At no time did I feel pressured and he gave me all the info I needed to confidently decide to buy the low miles Honda CRV I d seen on FB Marketplace. Talk about painless!

Great service, very friendly and open. Especially Sean and the other tall guy. Been bothering them for more than an hour after the end of their work time. Tested few cars down the Miller Trunk hwy Due to other circumstances we haven t made a deal, but I definitely recommend these guys if you want to buy used car.

The Best dealership I know so far. Out of all the dealerships I have tried non would work with me. And Duluth Motorsports did I really appreciated it a lot. Great service nice cars. I am really loving my Nissan rogue that I got from them. Easy to work with. Just overall great would totally recommend to anyone.

Edit: You sold me a car that almost killed me when the engine caught on fire less than a month after I bought it. I'm not complaining that you had a bad day. I'm complaining that you Inventory cars that are dangerous.

I had been shopping around for a car for a while and was recommended Duluth Motorsports by a friend. They had a car I liked, I drove it, they fixed what I wanted fixed and I bought it. The vehicles they have seem to be carefully chosen and even though my car is 8 years old, it definitely doesn t look like it s a 2015. Easy process, Sean and his team were very nice. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle and as a 28 year old woman, this was also my first experience at a dealership where the employees talked to me like I was a human being, which was refreshing after several condescending experiences other places in Duluth. I would come back should I need to buy a car again!

Sean is a great guy to work with, most of sales is selling yourself and he really didn't have to, he's just a great guy. With that being said he takes really good care of his inventory. The only downside is the amount of inventory he has. Customer care with better quality product is his main concern. In other words his only downside is also his strength. Definitely would buy here again!

Douchebag sales manager will tell you what you wanna hear just to sell a vehicle, not one ounce of honesty. You'll wait in line just to ask a question They don't answer thier phone ever. Understaffed with just one crook. Save yourself and buy elsewhere, in response to this places dishonest response to my review, I would like to state for the record that I was explained the insurance process AFTER I paid the down payment, I did not sign anything nor was it explained to me that down was non refundable until 5 weeks afterwards and I didn't get my refund until AFTER I lodged a complaint with the consumer protection agency. So that just proves how corrupt this place is

My wife and I went and test drove a 2004 Toyota Corolla LE and instantly knew it was the right vehicle . Was taken care of in all aspects. Guys were super nice and understanding of our budget, unlike some places around Duluth I've been to. Worked out a deal to trade in our truck plus cash and was a quick, painless experience. Would highly recommend going here to purchase a vehicle. All of them are in great shape and fair prices. Staff was helpful and made you feel welcome. 5/5 stars.

Sean was a more than helpful service provider!!! He helped us Wisconsin folk through a confusing titling issue. We found a great used car with low low miles and zero to no exterior or interior issues! Plus he worked with our budget and got us out the door quickly! I highly recommend seeing these guys before you buy from a big box dealer.

The sales manager Sean and the rest of the team at duluth motor sports are very helpful and knowledgeable in meeting my every need from the financing which Sean worked diligently at getting me approved for my new car and down to getting me into it I'm very satisfied with this 5 star company I will refer family and friends to and will now go to for my every need when it comes to my vehicles. Salesperson Sean went above and beyond with helping us with our new-to-us car, especially in dealing with some minor issues that happened just off the lot, despite our having signed a no-warranty agreement. Great service and sales!

Once I found a car that I was interested I called and scheduled a test drive. I picked up the car at 9:00 am, took it for a test drive, and brought it to a auto shop for an outside inspection. After I returned I met with Sean and worked out all the details. I drove off the lot with my new car at 12:30. I would recommend Duluth Motorsports to anyone looking for a low pressure sales environment.

This was my first of 5 stops in looking for a new car. But Sean was really nice and took care of us so well that we didn t need to check out any more places. I expected the car buying process to be a hassle, but Sean made it a nice experience. Would definitely recommend this place if you re looking for a reasonably priced used car.

Had a really great experience here. Sean and Brandon really care about helping people, not just about making a sale. I went into Duluth Motorsports to possibly trade in my vehicle. They let me test out a car I was interested in, talked to me about options, and stayed late for all of it. There was never any pressure or rush, and they offered me great advice. They are as honest as they come, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Plan to return in the future next time I need services they offer. Thank you!

I cannot express with words just how amazing working with Brandon and Sean at Duluth Motor Sports has been for me. They went out of their way and truly bent over backwards to help me solve a very difficult car situation. Their customer service is truly top-notch and the car I got from them was perfect. If you are in the market for a new used car, or needing to sell your own, do not hesitate to let them help you. They are the best of the best out there.

We got a great deal on a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. New tires, mechanically sound, and he gave us the roof rack off of a van we looked at but didn't want, at no additional charge. Shawn was very accommodating. He stayed late 2 days in a row in order to get us the van we wanted in time for our trip. He was patient as we test drove each vehicle down to I35 and back. After purchasing, we took off on a 4.5 hour long trip with no issues. It runs and drives great!

I bought a car back in September and have nothing but problems with the car. Not even 1 month in had to rear arm changed, now the shop is telling me the car is going to need an engine replacement. Not happy at all with the car I received for the amount of money I paid for it.

I just bought my first nice vehicle from them and Sean was the greatest! After being there for most of the day he did everything he could to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted and never showed impatience after what ended up being a very long day! Highly request this place!

Both Sean and Brandon were great! They were helpful and I didn't feel pressured in to buying a car like at other small dealerships. I test drove on a Monday and because of my job was not able to get back to sign papers until Thursday. They rolled with the punches. Kept in contact and were willing to hold the vehicle. Really couldn't have asked for more.

I was so excited to buy my car at this dealership. I always like to buy from local businesses. When I got my car, the First problem after I bought was, there was no navigation like the advertisement claimed. First, when I talked to them about it, they acted like it was nothing.Trying to continue to be a good person, I decided to ask for the 3 months warranty instead, and forget about the false advertisement of having a navigation. So I got the warranty.I don t know about cars, so it took me about a month to notice something was off on the car. But that was still less than 600 miles since we got the car. We took the car to the auto repair, we had to wait a week to get it checked out which then put the miles under 700. We found out it has a bad transmission that needs to be changed.The warranty does cover about $1000 of the cost and they want us to pay over $900 for the rest of the cost.I went to the owner to explain the situation, thinking he was a honest person. The smug look on his face just shows his dishonesty.When I raised my issue and explained that, I did let the navigation issue go to keep the peace but with a bad transmission on the car that I only drove for less than 700 miles, and to think that I paid over 11000 (includes registration and other fees). I did not expect that they would sell me a bad transmission car or I would have such a huge issue already. There is so much going on with everyone, being honest with your customers must be a key right now.The owner had this pompous look on his face while talking to us, saying things like he paid for the warranty (which is less than 200 for the whole 3 months, if that) and that whether the car has a navigation or not, it doesn t matter. The manner at which he spoke to his customers was unbelievable. He was so impolite with us and had an unbelievably smug look on his face which just says he thinks he can get away with false advertisement and selling a bad car to someone who works so hard for their money.So I gave him the keys and left.Now they have 15 days to give me the car with a good transmission or 30 days from 6/3/2020 to refund my money. Otherwise I m going to sue and I will make sure I involve the media to ensure there is a fair case since he clearly thinks he can get away with this one.Thankfully I have a recording of our whole conversation which will show how rude he was and how his facial expression doesn t show any care in the world.I did take the car for inspection before I bought it but I just found out after the whole transmission problem that the auto place I took it to doesn't do a transmission inspection.

We bought a car there last weekend and worked with Sean. We did our research on the vehicle, asked a lot of questions and did our part in making sure we made the right purchase. Sean was very helpful in the process, he answered all our questions, looked into things for us and let us test drive the vehicle twice. The buying process was fairly simple, Sean made us feel as ease, he was really nice and knowledgeable. So far so good!

I just purchased a used Jeep earlier today and I am MORE than impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Sean! Not only did he greet me with a contagious smile, he was patient, honest and determined to get me the best deal he could! It's not always easy for a college student to purchase a vehicle, but Sean made it possible. He made multiple phone calls and crunched numbers to meet my financial needs. Between my wife and I we've bought 3 vehicles from Shawn now, and the process has been a cakewalk every time. Shawn knows financing inside and out, and I know he got me the best deal possible. He even worked some touch ups into the deal for a few scratches on the bumper! I've sent quite a few friends his way and have heard nothing but good things from them as well. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're in the market for a 'new to you' car!
