Highly recommend Duluth Dodge, all the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Not to mention they did a dealer trade for me and I got my brand new car delivered the next day! I ve done all my service through the dealership (oil changes&tire rotation) it s always done in a very appropriate and timely manor. I can not thank my salesperson Tony Kozlowski enough and all the staff at Duluth dodge for making this purchase so smooth and easy for me. The finance team was great and efficient. 10 out of 10 recommended buying your vehicle from here. I never felt pressured and my salesman made sure this was the right buy for me, also answered all the questions I had with all his knowledge of selling vehicles over the years this experience was a breeze. Thank you everyone at Duluth Dodge!

I was was it giving great customer service by this fine young gentleman by the name of Bob Anderson. Highly recommend him. He told me what I needed and was able to explain to me and get me down to a workable monthly payment plan on my loan. Got all the paperwork and ready so when I got there all I needed to do was really test drive the vehicle and then which was very well cleaned up. And then sign the paperwork with the finance manager who was also a very fine gentleman. Ohio recommend Duluth Dodge to my friends and family who are looking for vehicles. I hope to one day again when I'm running to buy my next vehicle experience the same customer service and Speedy that I was that I received this time around.

We love dealing with Duluth dodge. All the staff are friendly and treat us like family. We do our buying with Tony and then of course Bobbie is in on the deal. We love going in stopping by just to visit when we start are in Duluth. The dog Lucy loves it too she runs around and gets treats and greater buy everybody. Would totally suggest anyone buying a vehicle to stop by and check it out . Staff is super nice no pressure family friendly.

Very good service, Jerry answered my questions via text in a timely and effective manner. Ross, a technician, was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had for him. Purchasing the vehicle was easy and low stress. Support after the purchase was great even after the vehicle was in my hands they made sure I was taken care of.

Jake and crew were friendly, patient, courteous and listened to our needs when selecting a vehicle. They weren't pushy and if they didn't know an answer to a question, they researched to find out instead of making something up we wanted to hear. I would whole-heartedly recommend them when you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

We had a great experience At Duluth Dodge today. I was looking for a used car, messaged Amanda Hoffman there about a car we wanted to check out. She was great! She knows her stuff , very friendly, funny. The kind of sales person my husband and I like. We ended up buying the car, the whole experience there was great . Highly recommend Amanda at Duluth Dodge.

Made a last minute stop into Duluth Dodge in hopes to find a decent priced, reliable family vehicle before our upcoming vacation. Chris & Bobby were excellent to work with - I didn t feel rushed or pressured, and they were able to get me just what I was looking for all while being friendly and knowledgeable!

I would highly recommend Duluth Dodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful also not pushy at all. The salesman even called a few times to see how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns.

I bought a vehicle from Duluth dodge granted it was a used vehicle I was informed by some of the staff at Duluth dodge that the problems my car has were known when they sold it to me. The new manager Logan doesn t want to work with me on helping fix this issue. So guess my next step is to contact the better business bureau.as far as the staff most were pleasant the receptionist was very crabby and not friendly what so ever.

We set up a test drive and were met by Max, who was motivated and very friendly as he helped us out with the test drive and the details of the vehicle. Craig crunched the numbers for our situation to set us with their Financial officer Logan who continued to explain more in detail what we were committing to. Overall we enjoyed meeting the staff and would have no issues going back.

I took my daughter in looking for her first car. Which we all know is a huge deal.Right when we walked in we were welcomed in and had a salesman with no waiting.Tony whom is absolutely incredible to work with helped us find a perfect car under mydaughter's budget.He was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I will be back to buy from Duluth Dodge because of this excellent service they did.We also meet Bob he was excelled and explaining everything to my daughter and I.I say say Tony needs a raise bob he's is fantastic

Bought my car almost two months ago and still don't have my spare key. I originally posted a 5 star but do to being back and forth now several times just for a key and get excuses everytime just replace it and move forward also the lady that works the front desk glad I did not deal with her the first time I ever went she is so rude does not smile when greeting customers or say how may I help you instead she stands there throwing her hand on her whip hiffi g and saying what do you want in just a nasty unprofessional tone makes me never want to do business there or tell my friends to shop there the whole situation is becoming unprofessional.

Good service but maybe have more personable people be the face of dodge when you enter working the front desk. Very crabby receptionist every time I go in. Acts like talking to you is the last thing she wants to do.

Wow! Buying a car can be stressful as well all know but I will say I had the best experience. The team was so diligent about making sure I chose the right vehicle for me and the family and really did an excellent job at making sure it was my choice and not just a sale. The customer service was amazing and I felt so welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend Duluth Doge if you are looking to buy a car!!

My salesman Tony K goes above and beyond for me even when it doesn t directly benefit him. I highly recommend asking for him when you are in the market to purchase a vehicle.
