Steven D was the most helpful and knowledgeable driver. He went way out of the way to help us in a crappy situation. -20 and stuck an hour from dukes. They drove an hour to get me and drove me an hour further away to a location that made my trip easier and his longer. Best tow experience I have ever had. Would not hesitate to use call Steve at Dukes. Best tow truck driver around. Also best price as well. Win win win. Thank you so much!

Called Duke Boys to tow my car after the ball joint slipped out and was sitting on the tire. They sent Ron and he was very careful to not cause more damage to my car, and he had to use some impressive problem solving in order to do so. I would definitely recommend Duke Boys, and I will be calling them for any of my future towing needs!

Thanks again to Steven today. Out of 4 tow truck company s I called. They were the best. The other 3 didn t bother to even return my call. He was there in less than 15 minutes. And was absolutely fantastic!!! I appreciate his help today. These guys are Top notch!! Good job Steve! Amazing work! Big Kudos

Leslie WMy friend locked her keys in her running truck and needed to get on the road for an 11 hour drive. We called every towing service in the Duluth/Superior area and all we received was full voicemail boxes or no answer to a 24 hr emergency service . The last call was to Duke Boys. What a wonderful bunch of professionals starting with the man who answered the phone to the tow driver (ANTHONY) who was as kind and proficient that we could hope for. Thank you sooo very much Anthony and overall Duke Boys for saving the day!

5 stars isn't enough! Fast and friendly! Steven reminded us to lock the doors and stay warm while we waited. Got us back on the road and on the way to the repair shop in record time. If you find yourself on the side of the road, this is the place to call. THANK YOU

Had to get my kids car towed after an accident and they took advantage of someone in need. They couldnt give a straight answer on cost until we got back to the shop. Spent close to $300 for a 7 mile tow back to their shop. Then was able to find a tow back to South range WI from their shop for half that price.....Thanks Duke Boys.

This place rescued us as we were visiting from Minneapolis. The tow truck driver, Ron, towed us to O'Reilly's where we bought a new alternator and then went out of his own way to put it on for us. It was amazing!! He is a life saver and a true asset to his company! God bless Ron and Duke's Boys!! A million thanks!

5 stars to Dukes towing. Having a bad day and they came thru for me with in 30 min or so. Steve was awesome! When he called to confirm my location he was friendly, upbeat and clearly working his tail off. His attitude turned my bad day into a great experience relieving alot of my stress! Thank you guys!

My towing situation was not an emergency, yet Eric was dispatched by the friendly person who answered my call and arrived in less than an hour. The smaller truck was necessary in case he needed to get into the garage to tow my vehicle - a great option not every towing service has available. Eric was obviously very competent, and he carefully and methodically set about hooking up my vehicle - so many steps to the process! His training and experience were evident! He was also very kind and personable, even helping me with car care advice during our conversation and sharing his observations about the readings on his battery charger with me, which I could then pass on to my mechanic to help with diagnosing the vehicle's issues.I have nothing but great things to report about Duke Boys towing service, and Eric, and would highly recommend them!

Steven was awesome to work with! Very fast and easy to communicate with! Suggested that the company could take further look and inspect my car to see what is going one with it, so that was extremely helpful.

Friendly dispatch and driver. My pick up was done in a very timely manner which I had 2 in 2 days, only waited about 10 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Tyler from Duke Boys Towing saved us! We just had an unfortunate flat tire that left us stranded about 40 miles out of town. One call and they were on their way. Tyler did an excellent job and was very careful with our car. He brought us and our car to our preferred location and was super polite. The whole process was about as good as it could get when we were having a bad day. Thanks guys!

Just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the Duke Boys. We needed to tow a vehicle from our parking ramp this morning and Erik came to the rescue! He was able to remove the vehicle and maneuver through some tight corners with his impeccable driving skills...He is the man!I'd like to thank both the dispatcher and Erik for their prompt and excellent customer service!

I crashed my motorcycle and Dukes not only picked my bike up for me but put it all the way in my garage for me. I never saw the owner Darrin but I was informed him and another crew were there to assist. Thank you so much for amazing service. I would recommend Duke Boys to anyone!!!

Couldn't thank Duke Boys enough. They helped me when I was in a crisis. Abby answered my calls at all hours and helped me get my car back to Minneapolis. Anthony their driver got it back to my home the same day on a sunday. They were so kind and so helpful. I highly recommend them.

Duke responded extremely fast! They were very helpful and compassionate in a time of need. Anthony was nothing but professional and extremely helpful in a time I was not in my right mind. Will always use dukes in the future
