Amazing service! The staff here is always so helpful. I have never had a bad experience and I'm about 15 years deep with Discount Tires, spanning several states. This location especially is great though :)

Great tire shop. I have been there 3-4 times for new wheels and tires and a TPMS light issue. They are always friendly and helpful. They get busy but they have a lot of staff. Easy online appointments. They text you a link that allows you to track the status of the work and they text you when the work is complete. There was an issue with a repair done and they refunded the cost without my even asking. Very impressed.

I have been so impressed with this location of Discount Tire. The employees have always been so helpful, respectful and conscious of my time. Ethan helped me yesterday. He was welcoming, easy-going and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like a valued customer. Thank you.

Discount Tire is the best place around Duluth, maybe even all of northern mn, for your tire needs, hands down.They'll always take care of you. They always give to a deal. They always work with you to get you what you need without breaking the bank.They're always polite.I've shopped around, and I've done Firestone & Tires Plus.. they don't even come close.They are sometimes busy... I completely understand why, considering how wonderful every experience I've ever had with them has been. Schedule an appointment.

We had a bolt in our tire and needed it plugged ASAP since we were leaving town the same day. We were in and out in less than an hour, all thanks to Damien and the rest of the team! Amazing customer service, everyone was so kind. We re very grateful, and highly recommend it here!

Went there, checked in for a flat repair, was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I said is it okay if I leave and get some things done since I have both my kids with me, they said yeah that s fine. Go back after an hour and fifteen minutes and they told me it would be another hour and a half. How does that even make sense? Thats not how a queue works. Will be purchasing my tires and warranty somewhere else next time.

Called in about getting new tires for my son's car. They didn't have any appointments for weeks. They told me to be there when they opened and they would get it done by days end. Well, took them just under an hour. Great job guys!

Store has been extremely accommodating to me on 2 occasions now when I was in a situation where I needed a tire fixed so I could drive the 200 miles back home. Would recommend them any time to anyone in Duluth. There's a reason they are always busy. Awesome customer service

They were willing to give me a better price than what i got quoted at tires plus and they were able to get my vehicle in right away. All the guys were super nice an super helpful!! Definitely a 10 outta 10 recommend an I'll definitely be going back any time i need tires!!!

Squeezed us in last minute on a Friday after a tire blew out on the interstate during a road trip. John was the associate and was very understanding and accommodating. They took care of us in about an hour with new tires.

Nick and his team are true professionals. Their guest service and commitment to the customers is excellent. They get you anything you ask for, be it budget or the very best and they arent pushy. That being said they will give you professional advice. Their managers work along side the staff and turn wrenches themeselves. They get you the best deal, they advise you on all those details you wouldn't think of, and they stand behind their products. I will never get tires from anyone else in Duluth!

I had screws in two of my four tires but was going out of town for the weekend so I made an appointment for my wife to bring my car in over the weekend. Due to a poor plug job by another dealer, they weren't able to fix the tire so I needed a new set. The did a FANTASTIC job over the phone of explaining the tires so I could make a decision. My wife was at the shop with our 9 month son, she said the staff did everything they could to help her, keep our son busy, and get them out as fast as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone and will go back again. I should also note that the reason we went here to get our tire patched was because of our fantastic service during previous appointments.

My daughter was driving from Mpls to Grand Marais - and got a flat tire about 40 miles south of Duluth. 5:45 pm. I called a couple tire places that were open until 7pm. One said no techs were there, the other said they were too busy. I called Discount Tire, even though they were closing in 15 minutes. Mitchell said they were closing soon, I explained the situation. He said tell her to come in, I ll wait for her & fix it. And that s exactly what happened. I am so impressed by Mitchell s customer service! He didn t have to wait, but what a great guy! He turned a bummer situation around in a heartbeat. My daughter would ve had to stay overnight at a hotel and likely missed work if Mitchell hadn t been so kind. I m still smiling from this Thank you!!!

I was already a fan of the Discount Tire franchise, but this place really went above and beyond to keep us happy. We got my wife's 2013 Kia Soul's tires changed for winter tires, and we'd intended to keep her old tires for next summer. The staff at this Discount Tire inadvertently recycled her old tires, so they gave us an entirely new set of all-weather tires for free. Incredible, personal service. I'd especially like to thank Travis for looking so hard for our old tires and keeping us in the loop about what was happening. Great job, guys. We'll certainly be back.

They rarely disappoint except for one time they refused to install my bigger tires that I brought in. They said they didn't fit my truck which wasn't true. They didn't try. I went to Duluth Tire and had no problem getting them installed. That's the reason for 3 stars. I won't bring anymore pickups there for AT tires. The same happened to my son too. New manager??

Last week at this store there was some miscommunication which created some problems and some dissatisfaction for me and my experience at Duluth Discount Tire. That is until Nick, the store manager contacted me and was so professional, resolving issues 100%. I've been a Discount Tire customer for many years now, the service is Simply Amazing!

They greeted me at the door, and gave me an estimate of how long the work would take. The time was spot on. Love my new tires. Easy to set up an appointment online while purchasing my new tires. Will definitely go back.

One of the most professionally handled services I have ever experienced. These folks did everything but buckle me up and point me towards home! Fast, high quality, and very thorough service. I was met in the parking lot by a service person who was anticipating my arrival. He explained exactly how my new tires and wheels were going to be installed, making sure i understood how my vehicle would be handled. The guys in the shop were obviously happy with their occupation, which ensured me that the work would be handled with the highest quality in mind. Thank you folks so much for such a pleasant, professional experience!

I had no appointment and the store opened a minute early. My car was inside within minutes and my tire leak was diagnosed and fixed within ten minutes of arriving. They did not charge me for the repair! I did not purchase my tires there, they said this was just a courtesy for their customers. Staff was professional and incredibly efficient. I'd leave six stars if I could. This is not a made up review. I am profoundly impressed.

Not from the area but I got a flat tire just north of Duluth. I called this place and they said they had time to help us right away (other places said it would take a couple days to fix the tire). After getting there they said it would take about 1 hour to fix and it ended up being only about 20 minutes. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this business.

We had a tire blowout on our 5th wheel. Called them 1st thing Monday morning to order tires. Associate said they would be in in Friday. Brought in all 4 tires from our rv and they fixed us up. Thanks for being prompt. It's much appreciated

Quick, friendly, and best in town.They offer variety of tires. Usually have deals on 4 tires at least twice a yearI've been working with them for about 10 years. I've had to bring a tire to them a few times that was covered by their warranty.
