Last week they installed an 2way auto start & there was a special where I got a second remote for free. Today I went back and got new speakers & a hideaway (amp + sub) I m just really impressed with the turn around time for getting things done as well as the quality & customer service. As someone who knows nothing about electronics, they really took their time to explain my options & cost differentials so that I was comfortable in what I chose. Highly recommend.

Upgraded stereo in an older Honda Civic to be able to have apple car play and they did an excellent job. I wasn't happy with a choice I made and they worked with me to choose a different display and was very happy with the end result. Highly recommend these folks.

I had my system installed over three years ago and when it started not performing up to par they readily checked it all over for me to determine what the issue was. If it had been a wiring issue they would have repaired it for free. Plus they have a cinema room that s isolated so you can wait in comfort. Highly recommend

I rarely post reviews but this deserved it. Not only did they set me up with an AMAZING car sound system (stereo and 4 new speakers) but went to bat for me to get my money back from the other place that botch it so badly. Will be a customer for life!

Had an upgrade to the stereo on my Harley.I am very pleased with the results. The sound quality is better. The customer service was above and beyond. He took his personal time and got all matching hardware for my fairing. My bike looks and sounds better. I would recommend Dad's for any electronic needs you have. He also came in just under my budget.

I dropped my friend's handicap van off and the guys installed the remote starter for him and it was done on time no problems picked it up the next day they were very nice and friendly at Dad's electronics I highly recommend them

Had a remote car starter installed by them a few years ago and had been very satisfied with it. It broke down recently and they got me in within a couple days and fixed it at no charge (I had forgotten, but I guess it included a lifetime guarantee). Very satisfied with the work they did and how knowledgeable the guy who answered the phone was. The latter kind of surprised me since usually when you call places like this the person answering the phone knows how to schedule appointments, but has no idea about the tech. This guy knew his stuff!

WHERE CAN I START ?! Charged us $400 over our original quote with no communication, DRILLED through our vehicle and when we caught it said it was normal practice for decades, we had to take apart every thing that had to do with the sound system and essentially redo everything. During this time, we found many unsafe and questionable items. After four trips to the shop, we talked to the owners about our experience in person and had pictures to strengthen our claim. We were unable to come to an agreement that is appropriate due to the owners being unreasonable, and lacking integrity. The customer should be satisfied not taken advantage of. We will NEVER recommend them again and have been repeat customers in the past. Several of our peers have already steered clear after hearing our experience with them. This is not the way to deliver services to your customers. Oh and I m sure the owners will have a witty response to this pointing the blame on the customer - they repeatedly talked down to me as a female and basically try to talk circles around you so that they do not take responsibility. I will be pursing ways to make this right.

I Would Not Recommend dealing with this business! I had purchased a car starter, which resulted in non-stop electrical problems! They owner did very little to correct the problem. I also was considering purchasing a surround sound system at the same time, but the Very Little Knowledge of his products and installation of them..... I had to sell my vehicle due to it's problems, with my new vehicle I went to competitor for a car starter, I had one issue and was immediately corrected! Dad's Outdated store, no displays, rude & lack of knowledge of his own business. Do Not Recommend

On the expensive side .. If you look around and see how much cheaper the same product is else where you feel like you just got ripped off .. They do know what there going good staff very friendly. Had a remote start installed payed just about 600 bucks for the top of the line couple weeks later the remote failed and wouldn't turn on or anything went back to see if there was a warranty they said no and it's going to be $250.00 for a new one I've always went to dads for my car audio needs but going to have to go else where witch is sad but I don't like to get ripped off.

Peter and his employee were AWESOME when we went in today! Somehow, my car decided to lock me out and I needed to get a resistor and do a little rewiring to make it start. Thankfully, Peter knew exactly what was needed and was so helpful in getting us the right materials to make it happen, and his employee even soldered the resistor for us. We would recommend DADS to absolutely anyone and everyone! We couldn't have asked for better customer service, especially 200 miles from home. Thank you for helping us get back, DADS!

DADS Electronics is a place I hadn't heard of, but won't soon forget. The man I spoke with was incredibly fair, helpful, and modest. My car had a problem that was overly complicated and he clearly mapped out the issue and how I should approach it without a hint of greed. Definitely trust these people with the work you need done!

Life savers! I was looking for an uncommon fuse. They had it and were very helpful. This has been a great company in our region for decades. There is no better customer service in the the Twin Ports.

I bought my subs from there about a month ago and th gentleman that helped me knew what he was talking about. I went to Best Buy first but they didn't know anything. I would definitely say to go here before Best Buy.

Always very friendly, helpful and they will take their time to answer your dumb questions. Unlike auto audio who thinks everyone is supposed to be an expert. Even if their stuff is expensive, it's very high quality. We put a system in ourselves and something was wrong with it and they fixed it in 20 minutes no appointment.

Heard nothing but positive things for years, finally decided to see what all the hype was about. Had my subs installed, and couldn't be more pleased with the work. Professional, quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Best place in town hands down. No one's been doing it longer or has nearly the same expertise. It says a lot when in this economy a family run store can be in business for 40 years. There's a reason for that. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the place to go for your automotive audio and electronic devices. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend anyone to come here first before you go to the big box store.

After moving into a new house I had to decide on either installing stereo speakers in the wall or again buying floor speakers. Jay and Darrin at Dad's helped by sharing their knowledge and installed some awesome speakers. It all went off without a hitch and I couldn't be more pleased.

These guys have nice things, however.. I drove from an hour and a half away to return some speakers on a saturday and they decided to close early. What a waste of time! Change your hours if you don't plan to be open at 4:30PM.

By far this is the place. Top of the line products. There experts when it comes to installation. Any problems with your product a couple years down the road, they'll take care of you.

Bad experience. Called to have my LED TV fixed and was told they could do it and would be reasonable. Brought TV in and then told by the Technician that it would be $500. I detest bait and switch tactics.
