Thank you for the quick service to fix our Nissan Altimas windshield. City auto glass made it easy to file a glass replacement claim with my insurance and especially helped with the fact that originally it was showing I had a $1,000 deductible when I had for glass coverage. They helped me work through that and did an amazing job on my windshield!! I will be using them from now on over others.

Will always go with City Auto glass. Called to make an appt and was able to narrow down the time to a 4 hour window. The guys called earlier in the day and were accommodating with adjusting what stops they were making so I could finish my errands. Living near the business, when they came they asked if they could take my vehicle to their shop for the windshield repair for ease and better results being in a more controlled climate. They offered to take my vehicle for me, and returned shortly after finishing. Great results and great ease with getting it taken care of

Had a few minor cracks in locations that were not repairable, so Dylan and their team were prompt in getting me scheduled for a window replacement. The entire process was smooth and was well communicated. I've had previous windows replaced by Safelite and I didn't have a bad experience, but it felt like that typical corporate "get in, get out" mentality, whereas City Auto Glass made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you have any glass repair/replacement needs!Service: Auto windshield replacement

City Auto Glass was excellent. From the time I called to schedule service to the service itself they were efficient and helpful. They even stayed on the phone as I spoke to our insurance agency to be able to answer questions that I couldn t. The windshield was replaced in only one hour! Very impressive. Really good people down there. They were polite and fast at what they do. Got me in and out fast. I believe they got me in before my appointment too and that was a big help for me so I could do other things that was planned for the day. I have used City Auto Glass services on three different occasions and they are always so helpful, speedy and have over the top service.Joshua came and replaced the rear glass on my Acadia recently and he must have saw I had a replacement wiper arm in the back of my vehicle and he installed it for me. I have had that wiper arm for 8 months, with intentions of replacing it myself, and never got around to it because the nut wouldnt come off. What a weight off my shoulders. Thank you for your over the top kind servce!

Had the moonroof replaced on my 2012 traverse after it spontaneously shattered. I found a good piece of glass on eBay and provided it to City Auto Glass, they installed the glass at an excellent price and did good work. Would recommend to family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and they are very quick and efficient! I was on my way to Duluth for vacation and got a cracked windshield and my insurance company got me in contact with city auto. Experience was great from start to end. They also provide loaner cars!

This is the place to go for windshield work. I can t say enough positive things about the team at City Auto Glass. Their staff and customer service are incredible. They all have such great attention to detail and you can tell they care about the work they do. I got my windshield replaced and all the driver-assist features recalibrated and everything works flawlessly. Drove through a massive storm last week and the new windshield performed perfectly. I drove 60 miles to have City Auto Glass work on my car and it was worth every mile. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

Amber was extremely helpful setting up my appointment and ordering my new windshield and Rob couldn't have done a better job arriving at my house and installing it. And to top it all off, the final price came in WAY under my initial quote. You can't beat City Auto Glass for price or professionalism!

They were great! I live 150 miles away and was going to be in the area that day. I called in the off chance that the stars would align and they would have a windshield and time to change it out. Able to make appointment for auto windshield replacement right away. The staff dealt with my insurance company, installed my window (with all security packages) in an hour. This was my second time using city auto glass. My repeat business was due to the exceptional service I recd previously. I was equally impressed the second go round, from start (appointment scheduled) thru the pick up.
