Because i heard so many stories. Most not good, but over all after having really bad credit and no lending power it helped. The financing is on the high side and vehicle maintenance is on the low end. So my only complaint or suggestion here is bring your potential car into get an inspection before you settle. The car i got looked decent but after a couple months i noticed it needed a lot of work. Things they usually don't maintain themselves and aren't in warranty. So be mindful of these things if you cannot afford any repairs right away. It's the only downfall i have with the car. The people are great and they're very accommodating if you communicate with them. They definitely helped when i needed it. Yep the vehicle maintenance and condition is the only issue i have.

Amazing experience there today. The manager Rhiannon was so helpful and put our anxiety to ease from the first second of our interaction. We drove away with a beautiful reliable new to us ride, and couldn't be happier.

I think some people have experienced a bad experience but in my experience I think the people are friendly and polite and they do there best work to get you back out on the road again yes it may have high prices for there vehicles but they need to take a chance on loaning there cars out and hope to not get screwed over so I d say give them a chance you just never know if it s a good experience until you get it a try.

A friend was in a bind & desperately needed a vehicle, & they preyed on him!! Selling him a $2,400.00 car that dashboard lights were all on (needed tons of work) & he ended up financing $12,200.00 when all was said & done. He returned it couple days later due to how much it was going to cost to fix it (another $3,700.00) and they were combative & rude. I will never go there again!!!

Scott is an excellent salesman. Super friendly, and helpful!!! There were a couple hiccups along the way but he managed to get them figured out and get me out of the shop with an amazing SUV! very happy with the excellent service he provided. and also very happy with my purchase! very determined to help me get the best vehicle for me. and definitely will be telling friends to come here for all their car needs!

Just another big company taking advantage of people in tough spots in their lives. They charge you two times or more the actual worth of the car. The cars all seem to have issues which guarantees it will break down costing you money you don't have. The they will repo the car and you'll lose everything. That is how this company works and that's why THEY pick a car for you.

I have to say that this has been one of the best experiences of customer service I've had. Brian went above and beyond helping me out. The vehicle I originally wanted had a mechanical issue so he went and found another better vehicle for me. Then came in on his day off to finish paperwork. Nice to see customer service still exists and with a smile and no BS. Thank you so much. Love the Avalanche!!

I came here knowing I didn't have great credit. I was approved for financing but the downfall was I only had 2 cars to choose from. I was desperate for a vehicle so I went with one of them. The process was time consuming. I arrived there at 11 and was there until 2. All said and done they are giving me a new battery for the car but the fob for it doesn't work. They're giving me a name of someone who can sell me another one for cheap. The cost of the vehicle was twice the listing from the Blue Book but I had no other option. I'm hoping this car lasts me many years.

Great service at this location! Dealers Scott and Brian were very friendly and informative, walked me through the process of buying my first car. As a young girl with not much car knowledge, I was nervous going to a dealership alone. But I was able to find something in great condition at a pretty decent price because of them- not the type of dealers to try and up sell or trick you!I did have to deal with long waiting both times I visited this location, but all in all it was worth it!

Our car got towed back to car hop and Scott one of the salesman drove our car around the block to park it and our bluetooth transmitter was gone in the time it was drove around the block, what a coincidence. It was in the car an hour before it was towed and it was locked the whole time as we had the only set of keys until they were handed to Scott. If you decide to buy from this place stay away from that thief!

I would never not ever no matter how badly I needed a vehicle would I EVER go to car hop. The guys are so pushy there. HUGE CROOKS! Won t fix nothing even tho every vehicle has came out with multiple issues. I ve had multiple friends finance vehicles through them and they ve ripped them off completely. Taking advantage of people that are in very bad situations and may need a vehicle asap! I hope nobody ever comes to this carhop as the sales men here are crooks in Duluth! Brian and Scott are very rude and unprofessional. They act like Car Hop is the best dealership in Duluth to get vehicles from even tho EVERY single one of them are LEMONS. never and I mean never finance through them no matter how desperate you are. Please save your credit and go somewhere else

My recent experience with Carhop exceeded my expectations by a lot!! Scott Leach was my salesman and he went above and beyond what typical sales man do. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and I drove it home. I was at ease and comfortable thru the entire process. The atmosphere was pleasant and he was very polite. I would definitely recommend!!
