Great outfit. I love these guys! Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and eager to help if there's a problem. The service department is fantastic. I got in a bind and Ed, the service manager went out of his way to accommodate me. Some of the parts I needed were on back order. He was able to track them down and have them flown in so I could get my unit back up and running within a few days. I highly recommend them.

Class operation from start to finish! Especially appreciate service manager Ed for the best service you could ask for. Him and his team are fantastic and I've always had a great experience with them. Have purchased a few machines from them and couldn't be happier with their Sales and Service in almost every interaction I've had with them. Highly Recommend Matt, Ed and all the Team at Bobcat of Duluth!

It was such a great experience dealing with Bobcat of Duluth. They listened to what I wanted and even sourced a tractor I chose that was not on their lot. The communication was quick, transparent and informative. Their customer service and delivery of my equipment was amazing. I wouldn t hesitate to work with them again.

I went to this store for their expertise about a part I needed for my loader. A part was ordered for me based on the photos I supplied and a discussion based on their expertise and not mine. When the part arrived, it s obviously the wrong part. When I said I couldn t use it, the salesman kept telling me, this is the part you asked for. Never mentioned a restocking fee, never mentioned we should figure this out before we order because we re going to charge you for all of this if it is wrong. My loader was assembled with hydraulic lines in a different order than the diagram. They re the experts not me. I asked to get a refund for a part I couldn t use and all the salesperson could say was, well you asked for it. Sorry, but I came to your store to solve my problem with your expert advise. In short order they refunded half of my money but kept money for shipping and restocking fee and blamed me for the whole deal. And acted like I should take the part I didn t need and not even get a refund at all. Pretty impressive service Bobcat. If you go there looking for their advice and they steer you wrong, you are going to pay the price, word to the wise.

I bought my first tractor about 10 years ago, and upgraded to a slightly larger model in 2018. I've honestly never had a negative experience with the sales or service team. They are always willing to answer all of my questions about my machine. I REALLY enjoyed the service school -- gave me some important insights!

The sales team is great! I, not my husband purchased our tractor. The staff could not have been more respectful, informed and listened to what I needed. I would highly recommend to other women that are looking to make their yard work easier to check out the team at Bobcat. I do enjoy our Kubota.

Matt and his crew are great! I've been a customer since 1999 and have purchased (5) Bobcat machines from Bobcat of Duluth. They take care of any issues and help you out if you need something fixed right away. I'd never buy another brand of skid steer and let alone from another dealership. Thanks Matt and crew

I ve purchased two pieces of equipment here and have had a great experience from sales and parts and service. The people are knowledgeable and have directed me based on my needs. Will definitely go there when my next piece of equipment is needed.

Zero Stars (Not One), I was working with them (Joe) on a new tractor $20k & they sold it out from under me. Would not return phone calls & emails promptly, when he did it was 1 day later. Clients don't count with them only sales. I'd find another dealer

Fantastic customer service; they always keep you up to date on how things are going with servicing your machine. They listen to your needs and help you find the right new machine when the time comes. I won't buy from anyone else!

Service is terrible. Details . Brought my skid steer in the first week of July for bearings to be put in. Guy says we re kind of backed up may be up to three weeks. I say ya I understand but let s do it I need to have it to run my business. Finally after waiting 8 weeks I call to get a update. Service dept says oh ya were busy your machine is next in line to be looked at this week. I call the next 4 weeks in a row they say same thing yours is next in line this week. Now we re up to 12 weeks. (3 month). Forget about it for a couple weeks then call I back. Oh ya we looked at it how do u want us to proceed. I asked why they didn t call to ask me. Said they got busy sorry. (14 weeks). Tell them to go ahead. I Call two weeks later. Someone s more important project came up. Yours is next in line. (16 weeks). Finally call the manager Dan and tell him the story. He doesn t really care says they are busy. I tell him we re all busy the difference is when my business gets busy I hire staff to take care of it you should do the same. He says ya I look into it. He calls me back tying to act like a hero saying Great news yours is next to get worked on Finally after four months I can come get my machine. - Icing on the cake I call the accounting dept and talk to the accountant you know the guy that handles all the financial stuff for the company and ask him if I can pay with a discover card. He says. I ll have to go ask someone , I don t know. Really, really your the accountant?? Moral of the story. Do not bring your stuff there to get worked on. You will get screwed

I took delivery of my Kubota tractor today and I am 100% satisfied. From the zero pressure knowledgeable sales person to the personable delivery man. It doesn t get any better than this! Thank you!

Great service! Parts technicians are very knowledgeable and NEVER grumpy....even when you don t know the model/parts numbers. Matt, the owner has put together a very good team. A great local company where you don t mind spending your money...

Brought my GR2120 (from South Dakota) in for service and repair to Bobcat of Duluth. Ed Johnson, Service Mgr., is very knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent communicator. His staff completed the task at the timeline they promised. Very happy with the service! Thanks Ed and staff!

Wild bill in parts will get you setup with anything you need. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I've only dealt with the parts department. I'm sure the rest of them are great too!

My Kubota BX25 tractor is an outstanding product, and Bobcat of Duluth has ably provided the service required to keep it in tip-top condition. I have enjoyed interacting with each and every person I've met there.

This was the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with... I should have trusted my gut on that first day and went somewhere else... I am not pleased at all with Bobcat of Duluth... they sold me a tractor they didn't have... waited two weeks to go in a sign the paperwork...Waited another week to get it delivered... Wasn't delivered on the day promised but the next day... It showed up missing attachments... I talked with the salesman because the delivery guy called him... One part was forgot at the store the other part had to be delivered when it came in... when it came in??.. I was never told they didn't have it... A week later I got a survey from Kubota... Wasn't favorable to Bobcat of Duluth... I received a call the next day from Mike... Was told I'd be waiting a long long time for the attachment.. it gets way worse...but too much to write... Let's just say I will NOT be referring Bobcat of Duluth to anyone

I was In today and bought a new 54" Kubota zero turn. After trying to buy a mower for over 3 weeks dealer to dealer in Duluth, I just have to say that I was immediately noticed and was driving a mower within 5 minutes testing. Other places acted like they did not care or your privileged to be there. I don't take spending 5K plus on a lawn mower lightly and neither do the great people here.I would give 6 stars if i could. Mike was A+ and i am excited to pickup my new mower. Don't waste your time elsewhere if your looking for a zero turn. Tim

Very poor customer service and sloppy mechanics they break wire looms and don't fix them ran wires not where they were from factory ,then don't fix properly put fuel tank in now Guage don't work ,alternater doesn't charge dew to them breaking connectors .they say they washed engine bay and engine don't think they used water over all very poor place to get work done

Bobcat of Duluth is awesome! They have a knowledgeable service department, helpful parts department and an excellent sales department. Also Bobcat equipment is the best there is.
