So helpful and quick! We are from out of town, had a bit of an emergency tire need and they were so quick to replace the tires on the rims we brought in. 10/10 recommend!

I enjoyed my experience purchasing from Bears. Working with Cody was a great. Cody is knowledgeable of the products offered at Bears and he listened to what I wanted. He showed me a few options available for what I was looking for. As well as showed me the bumper on display that I chose to get and what it would look like installed on the truck since an employee had one on their truck. I thought it would look sweet on mine and so did Cody. They were quite fast on getting the bumper to bears and installing it was fast too. I m happy with the ranch hand heavy duty bumper I purchased. I got it a little cheaper than listed since was paying cash and paid in full. It is going on two years now and it s still holding up really well for me. I contacted Bears for a matching rear bumper and they re able to get me one at a great price. So I might just have to get the rear bumper as well.

We have gotten several sets of tires from Bear's. And I have them rotate my summer and winter sets. Every time I've been extremely pleased with their customer service. And every time I have been treated with courtesy as I ask questions. If you are a woman and have ever been treated like an idiot at any kind of auto store, you won't have that experience here. Bear's was also super great when there was a mixup with the key to my sons new to us beater car (gave them the door only key not knowing it wouldn't start the car!) and had the tires put on in a timely fashion even though I'm sure that put them behind schedule. I can't say enough nice things! Highly recommend.

Great place to spend 2,500.00 on a lift that takes 8hrs and they keep your truck for 5 days. Then align it completely wrong and still charge me for it. But for case of argument they did say it could stay another day and they would align it correctly the time to align it completely was 3days ago! I just needed my truck away from these people! Now its at another shop fixing it right. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!They do it nice but they do it twice and charge you for it

Fixed a nail in my tire on short notice, professional, fast, courteous. I'm. Ot from Duluth but if I'm even there and in need again, I'll be back.

I bought my snow plow here a few years back. Never had any issues with it, other than wear and tear. I had to have some service done this year, and was a little handholding for me. They did the work just as expected. Price is a little higher than I wanted to pay, but that s the cost of having equipment like that.

I had a brake controller installed on my Toyota Highlander here so I could safely pull a camper trailer. The experience I had was exceptional. Some high points: 1) They picked up the phone and did a fine job sourcing the specific controller I needed. 2) They gave me an estimate and stuck to it when it came time to pay 3) They went the extra mile when it came to getting me scheduled for an installation on a time frame that worked for me (i.e. ASAP).It was a breath of fresh air to get this kind of service. The fella I interfaced with there at the desk (did the research, put together the estimate, got me scheduled) was a young man, Gen Z young. He handled himself quite well. Cheers!

Not happy with this shop. Spent almost $2000. Left truck there locked, ram rod employee must've thought the door was unlocked and must have pulled my door handle like roping over an 800 twin and broke it. Went to pick up the truck, paid for it, walked out to the truck door handle gonzo. Went back in they tried saying they didn't do it. Owner offered to get me a new door handle at cost I said ok and I will install it myself. Now he won't return my calls, sweet. Scheduling the initial job was wonky. They had plenty of notice of my truck model but did not have the right parts on hand and had to chase them down day of. Also charged me $100 labor to put Timbrens on the front (a 6 minute job when everythings apart already for the job like it was). Normally wouldn't care about the latter petty stuff but not happy so mentioned it all. Will be buying a lot more stuff else where.

Ken and his team went the extra mile for me on my lift kit install. Very impressed by their work and how they stand by it. This is the second lift I've had installed by Bear's. Will go back for my next Ready Lift kit in the future. A+

Just bought a MVP3 stainless v-plow. Love the plow!! Didn t like the way something was done and asked them and they fixed it right away I even bought few more things for my truck that they all in all did a great job for me.Thank you Ken and your team!!!

Great customer service. I had bears install a plow for me and it was a difficult install. They kept me informed as to how it was going and stayed late to finish so I could have my truck back.

Never had a problem until ken decided to charge a bogus 92 dollar cleaning charge I repeat my business with these guys just to get screwed out of my deposit .. thiefs..
