When they told me the price for a simple chip repair, my eyes popped out of my head. This is my 3rd chip repair in three years, and the other 2 companies (elsewhere) did the job for half the price of this place -- while this place took half the time. Maybe I should be happy that they were quick, but if they take less time, they could charge less.

I had a wonderful experience with Arrowhead Auto Glass. Customer service is phenomenal there and if I have any more glass repairs I will most definitely be coming back. Their receptionist Heather is a lovely lady who I conversed with the whole hour I was there waiting. This is a small family owned shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can rest assured that the price is one of the best in the area. I price checked others before using them. The work was top notch and quick. Other places wanted me to wait two weeks, but they got me in the next day. I hope I never have a busted window again, but if I do, I'm returning here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I couldn't be happy with my services here. Their customer service in helping with my auto insurance to get my back window fixed was stress free. They also mentioned another repair needed on my car that they could fix, made it incredibly easy by contacting my insurance company for me, and had my car does within hours.I'll be using them in the future and am happy to have found this place.

I had an issue with rust above the windshield after a wind shield install. Steve the owner had told me the employee that did the install no longer works for him and that he would make it right and he just did that. He went above and beyond fixing the issue and making sure that to show that they do not operate in the manner that his employee did. I would recommend going to them for your glass needs. STEVE is fair priced and does not mess around when it comes to making sure customers are happy.
