I can t recommend Ape Hangers Customs enough! We were on a vacation ride around Lake Superior when we ran into an issue with the rear belt sprocket on my 17 HD Ultra Limited. PJ got us right in and even gave us a ride to the airport so we could continue on with our vacation. He probably would have got it done the next day but we had paid reservations so we left it and our riding gear with him. The man knows his business and our bike was ready to go when we showed up. The cost was very reasonable as costs go with a Harley. Thanks again PJ!

Ape Hangers Customs: The Best Motorcycle Repair Shop in the Twin PortsI've been a motorcyclist for over 20 years, and I've had my fair share of motorcycle repair shops. But I can honestly say that Ape Hangers Customs is the best motorcycle repair shop in the Twin Ports.The owner, PJ, is a true craftsman. He's meticulous in his work, and he always follows all of the manufacturer's specifications. He also has a wealth of knowledge about motorcycles, and he's always happy to answer any questions I have.I recently took my Buell Ulysses to Ape Hangers to have the tires swapped out. PJ did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the different tire options to me, and he helped me choose the best tires for my needs. He also did a great job of balancing the tires.In addition to being a great mechanic, PJ is also a great guy. He's friendly, helpful, and he's always willing to go the extra mile. For example, when I was at the shop, I realized that I didn't have enough cash to pay for the tire change. PJ let me borrow his truck so that I could run to the ATM machine.If you're looking for a motorcycle repair shop in the Twin Ports, I highly recommend Ape Hangers Customs. You won't be disappointed.

PJ killed it, completely saved my dual sport trip on the North Shore. Got a flat tire a few miles from his shop, gave him a call, and this dude ran to another shop to get a tube while I limped the rest of the way there. Changed it out the tube within an hour and got me back on the road. Cannot recommend PJ enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

We thought we'd have to wait months to get an appt to have tires installed on my husband's motorcycle but when he inquired online they responded immediately and we were at their shop 2 days later. So excited to have a good shop in the area! Friendly people, Outstanding service, professional and knowledgeable! We will use Ape Hangers Customs exclusively and will refer them to all our friends who ride. Thank you! We appreciate you!

Ape Hangers Customes is the best and ONLY place I will take my bike. Amazing customer service, quote is right on, PJ does amazing work and in a timely fashion. When there s something wrong with my bike, he doesn t charge me for this and that .he knows what s wrong, gets the parts and fixes it the right away. He went above and beyond on the service of my road king. Dropped it off last Friday for fork seals, oil change, tires, and a few custom add ons. He took it upon himself when I addressed i was having issues with my right blinker and found a wire that was not hooked up thank you again for your amazing work will be using him for all my future work!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

I live in the cities and was up riding around Duluth for a couple of days. My starter went out and Harley couldn t see me. I found Ape Hangers and he got my bike in right away, had the part in stock, and had me on my way in 2 hours!! I found my new motorcycle shop and I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Brought my bike there to get 2 new tires put on and the guys were friendly and good attitude. if you are looking a good place to bring your bike for service I highly recommend this one 2 thumbs up

Awesome guy! I needed a new tire while traveling and he went above and beyond to help me by picking up my tire from the dealership nearby and having it waiting by the time I got to his shop. He saved my trip and he did work, I couldn't ask for more.

I asked a question on their website one evening not expecting to hear back from them until morning I got a response within minutes and they answered all my follow up questions their communication and customer service is outstanding. They are very knowledgable and take pride in their work and place our safety number one they are top notch. They are reasonably priced your not going to get screwed over like you would at other shops. I highly recommend them. Neil
