me myself, have not used anybody but Abra autobody. I think they're wonderful people. they do great work.They help as quick as they can. It's just a good clean atmosphere. I had just got my escape back from them. It looked awesome thank you Abra auto body troy

I moved to the Duluth area from Colorado in September 2023 with an expensive new car pretty well beat up by hail. It took a while to get a new hood due to the car parts strike back then, but it finally arrived and it's been returned to like-new condition by Abra, withtheir attention to fine detail work. This couldn't have come out any better, and I highly recommend Abra for auto body repairs. Well done!

I didn t get any autobody work done, but I did unfortunately have my car battery die in the music go round parking lot next to their business. I decided to take a chance and go ask if they had jumper cables or a battery pack and without hesitation, several of the guys working there, helped me out. Evan in particular helped me to O Reilly s to pick up a new battery brought me back to my jeep and helped me put it in. He stayed with me all the way until the Car started back up. They saved my day. I really appreciate it fellas.

I was very impressed with the staff, they were very professional and seemed to really know there there stuff. Kept me up dated as to the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well as outside. Would highly recommend them to others.

They did a great job! I grew up with the saying: leave it better than when you got there; they by FAR exceed this; I can't tell where the problem ever was and they cleaned my car!Thank you so much for being friendly, affordable and keeping me in the loop the whole time!

These guys and gals go out of their way to help you in your time of need!The accident took place during the supply chain craziness. I was prepared for the long run knowing Abra would be along for the ride waiting for parts.See photo before and after, amazing repair job. There was tremendous damage done to drivers side front of my Jeep. Lots of bent and broken bits from being hit by driver running a red light.ABRA was so helpful day of accident. I called knowing they were very busy and backed up. They were super helpful, even giving me the name of towing company to use. ABRA took possession of my Jeep the day of accident and it was great knowing it was in a secure area.The gang at ABRA worked me into the schedule and started working with my insurance company on the estimate. Their professional estimate made the insurance process smooth and easy. The repair went slick as parts were ordered and delivered in an amazing fast period.Their fit and finish work is "Show Car" quality, just look at the pictures!Highly recommend them, they answered the phone whenever I called and we worked through all the issues. My expectations for the time period were very realistic with all the crazy part shortages you hear in the press. ABRA got the parts in a week, and a week of work gave me my Jeep in under two weeks!Use these guys the next accident you have. We don't plan on accidents so when dealing with the stress of the accident, ABRA is in your corner to work through the process. Know that in the end you will get an excellent and professionally repair auto back!

My family has had to use Abra a number of times over the years: deer, hail, car accident, etc. In 2023 I personally had a buck hit my car and then golf ball size hail 8 months later.We are never disappointed. They work very well with my insurance and the jobs they do are always outstanding. There's been a few times where we have not involved insurance and Abra is still wonderful to work with.I totally recommend the company!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our 22-year-old 4Runner looks like brand new. ABRA matched the color exactly. All the dings and marks are gone. They also completely cleaned the interior. If your vehicle needs body work (major or minor).there is only one place to go: ABRA.

The work was done in a professional and timely manner, the truck looks great! Unfortunately, the positive battery terminal was loose when the vehicle was handed back to me. This resulted in stalling out in the middle of a busy intersection to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. I will happily use ABRA again. I will also be checking my battery terminals before receiving a worked on vehicle. 3 Stars.

Although it took 6 months to get an appointment for my repairs, once I got in they did an excellent job. After getting my car in they discovered a few more damages than what they first thought and they needed to order more parts. They were very good with communication and keeping me informed and up to date with the repairs. My car looks great now. We ve always been happy with the work we ve had done at Abra. I had an excellent experience with ABRA. Communication was great, I received updates throughout the process and when something had to be tweaked, they got it in right away and took care of it. Very pleased with setting up appointment and obtaining new parts for repair. Coordination for car rental and return went smoothly. Quality of repair work and painting is excellent. I feel ABRA are the best. My Honda looks just great and what I also liked was they kept me informed on what they were doing and when I could pick my Honda up!! Was so very impressed start to finish from how flexible they were with getting me in for an estimate on my schedule to handling everything relating to my insurance claims. There were two separate claims. I was called multiple times with updates on my car and it was done ahead of what I expected. Since my car was drivable I needed to wait a couple of months to have the work done but it was worth the wait. Car looks perfect! And their customer service was outstanding! Thanks to Tim for making this unfortunate experience of auto accidents into not such a big deal. I will definitely be back if I ever am in need again and I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent job on my BMW repairing the damages from hitting a deer. They handled all the insurance mess, the car looks better than new and the staff was amazing. This will be where all future body work will be done on my vehicles. I really hope I won't need them again, but if I do this will be the only place I go.

I had broken the rear windshield wiper and motor on my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox and it had to be replaced. The customer service manager Joel Andringa ordered the necessary parts and called me immediately when they came in. This may sound like a small potatoes transaction. However when your approaching 88 years of age, it is great comfort to be treated with confidence and dignity. Checking out was also very pleasant as they had my deductible records all in order.. A first class operation.

Another great experience! After being ticketed 3 times in 3 days by the city of duluth for not having my front license plate mounted, abra was able to order me the part (which does not come stock with my vehicle) and install for less money than the tickets!
