I recently had to return a company car and was on the market for another Subaru Forester. A mutual friend recommended Prime Auto where I just purchased my own! I assisted my daughter with a car purchase from Phil at Prime Auto Group LLC and was blown away by his professionalism, poise, and concern for her needs before, during, and after the sale. The product was high quality but she encountered an issue after the sale that Phil addressed and resolved, without out reserve, and exceeded her expectations. Phil is a class act and very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from his company.

I purchased a like new GMC Terrain I was aware it had a salvage tittle but the price reflected that Phillip was on time and very knowledgeable answering all our questions we purchased the car almost a year ago and the air bag light came on being a safety issue I took it to the Dealer got it fixed and contacted Phillip to see if he would help he said we take safety issues very seriously and reimbursed me 100% of the bill on the spot no other Dealer would have done that only mistake I made was not contacting him first can t say enough about this place

I purchased a vehicle through Phillip last spring. I felt that he was very personable and easy to work with throughout my stressful time of trying to find a new vehicle. Visited the dealership and found what we were looking for. Philip did everything he said he would do. And so far everything is OK with the subaru forester we purchased. Anyone looking for a vehicle should stop by and look.maybe there is something there that will work for yourself or family....

It was a great experience.They were friendly and respectful.The communication thru Facebook and Phone were on point.They even helped out by going to get our loan check from the bank. I said to Philip on the phone "I'm driving down from Duluth to buy this car, I really need you to tell me everything you can so I'm not surprised or disappointed by misrepresentation." I obviously didn't want to waste a day driving down and back.Philip was completely honest and went into detail about the condition of the car and all repairs that were done. I drove down to look and the car was exactly as described. He was quick with the paperwork and the sale went smooth. I would buy from Prime Auto again.

This is a 1 year review after I bought my 2017 Toyota Sienna fro Prime auto group. I have not had any issue with the car. It drives smoothly from day i got it, my wife loves this car. Keep in mind this is a salvaged title car but it has not mechanical issues. Philip was professinal and patient during the whole process. I will definately buy from them again and very much recomend them.

I purchased a vehicle through Prime Auto Group towards the end of August, 2022. After now using the car for a little over two months, I am happy to be able to leave a 5 star review & note it has been nothing short of a wonderful vehicle.I also had a great buying experience through Philip, who was able to help me feel confident in the vehicles condition based on prior history reports + repairs made, which allowed me to feel I was making the right decision for me.I have already recommend Prime Auto Group to friends & family, and hope to collaborate with Philip again one day down the road.

We bought a 2013 Ford Transit Connect cargo van with a salvage title from Nick for $7800. The process went well and the price was fair because these are difficult to obtain. I believe that Prime Auto Group cautiously chooses the vehicles they sell and they offer a free 30 day guarantee for added peace of mind. We had researched the prior damage to the vehicle before looking at it.We are converting the van for occasional travel - we have owned it for a week and love it so far.As an aside, masks are not worn at this dealership. We don't know if this was an accidental omission for that day or a political/religious statement. If it is the latter, it does not work for business in the general public. My husband has COPD. Covid-19 threatens his life, and possibly mine also. Masks help keep my germs away from others and their germs away from me.

I had my first experience with Prime Auto Group this past week. It was a bit more challenging as we were working on a purchase for my son who lives in CO. Philip was our guy and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will refer he and his team to others in need of an auto. Ad on Facebook market clearly said it was a clean title, we set up an appointment, and found out it is a prior salvage title on the car when we got there! Big waste of time! Apparently they only sell salvage cars.

This is NOT a honest dealership! We bought a van from this dealership and immediately discovered a major oil leak and other issues costing $1800 in repairs. Then when spring came, discovered that the AC didn't work and the lines had been CUT. Another $4000 repair. These issues should have been disclosed as they existed at the time of sale. We will never deal with this group again. We were scammed.

Buyer beware. Phillip is dishonest and misleading. My son responded within a half hour of a car being posted in the evening. He asked to make the first appointment to see it. He explained to Phillip that we live almost 3 hours away so to please keep in contact with us. Phillip purposefully misled him into believing we were the first people to see the car. He contacted Phillip the next morning before we left and again when we were within 1 hour of arriving. Phillip assured him both times our appointment was still on. Once we arrived a half hour early, Phillip was in the process of selling the car to someone else. Phillip must have known he had another appointment before us and hid that fact. We would NEVER have driven so far a distance if we knew he made other appointments before us. Phillip was well aware of this fact and purposely misled my 17 year old son for his financial gain. We understand when buying a used car, it is on a first come first serve basis. If Phillip was honest about the other appointments before us, we would never have made the long drive. Phillips dishonest actions left us with a wasted day of driving and a crushed 17 year old who trusted his lies and ruined his first time car buying experience. Sadly, he has learned a lesson that some people will choose greed over being honest and respectable. But congratulations Phillip, you did make your sell.

Bought a car for my father from Prime Auto Group about a year ago and am very happy with a choice, had no problems with a car since...loved their quick response, reasonable price, great attitude and positive interaction. Registering and transferring title went smooth fast and easy right at their office ...Definitely recommend them!

Found a hard to find Toyota Sienna XLE AWD on Facebook Marketplace. After a few text messages and phone calls with Philip I scheduled a time to test drive. Everything went great and I ended up signing a purchase agreement. The only issue was some missed detail cleaning that was taken care of when we picked up van, so far so good, thanks Philip!
