Usually have to walk right up to the register and clear your throat to get any of the employees here to put down their phone and acknowledge you. Then, when asking for or about certain products they give you a blank stare and offer zero assistance. Last time I was in here I used their code reader. When the code popped up he said "you have an air leak in your fuel system" and then just walked away....! I asked for the code number, he rolled his eyes, plugged it back in and turned the screen towards me.Definitely don't come here for customer service...

Absolutely would recommend everyone to come here if you have questions or need help with your vehicles. Max saved me almost $1,000 by taking time to help me with my headlights, both low and high beams. It was a fuse and nobody else even attempted to check it. He spent more time than needed to help me be safe on the road with headlights. So appreciative of the time and attention to detail.

Poor and rude customer service. The guy with the long beard (brown beard) was a complete jerk basically said 2 words kinda arguing why I was returning my wiper blade. I told him it was too small and then he tried to sell me a cover for my back wiper. Why would I buy one from you guys when the dealership messed up and broke it that s when he copped his little attitude. The last time I was there you sold me a 12 inch wiper this time you sell me a 10 inch and tell me my car doesn t take a 12 inch if you look in your system it says 12 inch SMH Definitely will not be back. I m telling all my friends and family to avoid the store rude people working there need to be educated a little little more customer service Maybe groom yourself a little better and be more presentable especially if you re having long hair and a long beard SMH get over yourself your products and your company sucks Bunch of tools that work there

I understand that we all have bad days. But I found it unacceptable, rude, and honest, uncalled for the way my dad and I were treated. What ever guy was working 11/14/23 around 530pm. F that guy. Changing stores.

Very unprofessional I was the only customer in the store and the female cashier that was working was arguing with the manager I believe it was the manager he was swearing told told her to stop asking him questions super loud never once would did anybody ask me if I needed any help overall very uncomfortable experience

Most apathetic customer service I've ever experienced. Attempted to buy a battery for my car's key fob, was treated like a bother. Questions were answered by the staff member with monosyllables instead of helpful information and she just stared at me while I tried to figure out what I needed on my own. I put the battery back and walked out and went and got what I needed at Target for a fraction of the price.

Too expensive, only order parts when urgent needs, otherwise I will not go there. When there last time, buy parts worth over $100+ battery die, ask for a stuff for a batter jumper, he was rude and said they dont have a batter jumper....had to walk .3 miles home.

Used to love this place. By the way, 5 star reviews are from the days when service was good, unless fabricated. The past few months have been horrible. Sadly, I asked for help and was treated like I was a bother. I was also rushed during the sale. Last time I was here, about a year ago, the guys were so helpful and offered assistance right away! Also over priced.

Matt at the Andover store is why i have been using Oriley for many years. The guy took 5 mins from his day to help me over the phone when other managers wouldn't help. I really appreciate this guy and hope other management are paying attention to this man! Well done sir!

Staff at this location seems to have the habit of giving their customers a bad attitude and the looks to match when you walk in the door, seems like you have disrupted their day off just by being there? They've been short/rude with more than a few people I know, so for my money I'll take my biz and time to the next parts store.. I don't need a smile from these lil guys, however anymore attitude like I've felt and witnessed from them and one of them might just need a few new parts themselves! That's not what I needed from O'Reilly

Expert level employees for the most part. Always friendly always willing to help. If there's a complaint. Ever since oreilys entered our market the prices have done nothing but increase by taking out the little guy.oh well such is life

Stopped at the Andover location today because my traction control, abs lights and service stability message popped up on my 2006 escalade. The manager greeted me, listened to my issue, grabbed a diagnostic scanner and figured out my speed sensor needed to be replaced on passenger front....took a whole 5 minutes and of course 27.32 Inc tax for the part. The guy is a rockstar.......thank you.

In on Saturday 10/22/2022 to buy a part, 2 young men, 1 white with funky hair and 1 black, acting like idiots with about 5 customers at the counter, cracking jokes and being totally unprofessional. I d fire both of them.

Oreilly Auto parts in general is a good parts store, this location is no different they just have a few employees who get bothered when customers ask them to do their job.

I couldn't return my break rotors so I had to drive to the same location I bought my new rotors in Columbia heights thanks for making me drive back down to Columbia heights.

Their hours are always convenient. Staff is friendly. Free check engine analysis. For someone who doesn't know vehicles, they can help you find the right part. It's best to bring in the old part and compare with what you're buying before you buy it (this will save you a ton of time)

The Andover store has a couple of experienced sales people if you're working on some older vehicles. Have not had any issues there.

This store is close to home, has the parts I need and have competitive pricing. The staff is always quick to help me find the right bulb, filter or wiper blade to match my vehicle. I recommend them as your source for automotive supplies.

This is one of the better O'reilly's and they're all good. The guys (and girls) care about the customer and take steps to make sure you have the right stuff the first time around. I've found that they also stock some of the harder to find parts.

They had what we needed but 2 of the 3 employees working there were not wearing masks....I did not feel comfortable with the lady who checked us out, I should have waited for someone else.
