I went to Journey for the first time this week. I was very amazed with the customer service and integrity. I had an oil change. They got my car in right away. It was done in 30 minutes. The oil change was very affordable with the coupon I got in the mail. Willie was very pleasant. I recommend them to my family and friends in the area. I definitely found my new place.

The auto mechanic, Ron, that serviced our vehicles was honest, quick knowledgeable and friendly! The shop was clean and busy! Our experience at Journey Auto was a pleasant no hassel one! We will definitely return for future services!Thank you very much & have a good day!

Journey Auto Repair in Andover, MN did an excellent job with our equipment. They were able to get us in for a State DOT inspection on our truck and trailer when no one else could. They were professional, efficient, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY affordable. I will be returning here in the future and I highly suggest seeking them out for your automotive or commercial needs! You will not be disappointed!

I went to Journey for the first time. I was very pleased. I had an oil change. They got my car in right away. It was done in 30 minutes. The oil change was very affordable with the coupon I got in the mail. Theservice advisor, Willie was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Brought my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 to the dealer and long story short I just wasn t trusting they were telling me the truth. Received a flyer in the mail for Journey Auto Repair and called them to see if they d take a look. They not only got me in very quickly but they also saved me $500. The dealer wanted to replace pads and rotors and Journey said my rotors were just fine but the brake pads and the sensor needed to be replaced. They did the work perfectly and it was done the same day. Friendly and trustworthy and that s all I ve ever wanted from a repair facility.

This place was great. First off they didn't mansplain or treat me differently because I am a female. Second they got my car in quick and gave me options for different ways to repair my issue. Took my car in to get a downpipe installed... They had initially given me a good quote, and a solid timeframe in which the car would be finished. HOWEVER... None of it went as quoted. I was supposed to be getting my vehicle back within two days time with a quote of 985 dollars. This is also a relatively difficult job so I wanted to make sure they knew how to do it... I asked, they said "yes! Have done this many times on these cars!". They lied. Ended up calling me multiple different times for questions (and for breaking something). In the end they ended up not reinstalling the O2 sensors because it was "a tight fit". I was fine with that as I knew I could do it myself... Took me 30 minutes... However, fast forward a week and a half past the original date I was supposed to be getting my car back I am finally able to go get it AND they wanted to charge me an extra 250 dollars. Poor business and lack of trust throughout the entire procedure. After arguing with them for 15 minutes or so I ended up only paying an extra 120 or so but I was still unhappy with the entire situation. Extremely unprofessional and rude as well and very big liars. Also quite important, not only did they not install the O2 sensors, but they then wrapped them in a plastic bag... Inside the engine bay... So that melted onto the sensors potentially making me spend an extra 300 dollars for new sensors. They also only plugged half of the holes where the O2 sensors were supposed to go so I walked away with two exhaust leaks as well! Sorry for the lack of organization in this message but please do not go here!!!EDDITED ADD-ONProceeded to call me and and extremely rude about the review that I gave. Like I said, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Driving home after a very bad day at work I happen to get a very large BOLT in one of my tires right next to Andover Auto care and of course it was after closing. I happened to see a couple gentleman and went to talk with them.. at which point they generously offered to plug it. I just want to say thank you very much to Luke for helping me out and turning my very bad day around. It just shows a little kindness goes a long way.Service: Auto tire replacement

Was charged more than quoted and one of the issues was reported fixed and it was not. Was never called that car was ready to be picked up. Car still making them same noise when I left the parking lot. Nice and courteous staff though.Add then...3 weeks after.getting car back my lug bolts snapped and broke. Called shop 3 times...no return phone call regarding this issue...cost me $800 to have my car repaired.Will never go here again and will never recommend this shop to anyone. My car left with more issues than it started with!Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

Mark and all of the folks at Andover Auto Care are amazing. They have bailed me out of countless jams over the past several years. For some reason, we have not had the greatest luck with some of our vehicles, one in particular. I feel they have gone above and beyond to help us out.Some of my repairs have been minor all the way up to replacing an entire engine! They worked with me every step of the way! Even going as far as calling all over the country to find a motor with the best possible warranty. They do everything they can to explain the issue and work with me on the cost. I am typically a pretty handy person and like to do a lot of my own auto repairs. It is so amazing to know that I have someone I trust that will help me on the repairs I feel are above my head. They don't even laugh when I explain the moronic things I have done to diagnose my problems!!!I have rated them five stars only because that's as high as I was allowed. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them for as long as I have vehicles! Now that I have kids driving, I will be sending them here as well. If you are looking for a truly trustworthy repair shop, please give Mark and all of Andover Auto Care an opportunity to impress you as much as they have impressed me. I am not a person that is impressed too often, nor do I write reviews, but these guys have earned it!

Purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper from Andover Auto Care and I'm very happy with the service and care Mark and Ron gave me. I have three other cars that will need service over the next few year and I'm happy to say I have found a good mechanic close to my home. Thanks for great service you don't find that much these days.

I bought a truck from Mark about a week ago I let him know the brakes were squeaking and I had bought the parts for the truck I asked him how much he would charge to put them on he said free so not only did I get a truck that runs excellent I also get a free break job after buying the truck I didn t have much money so It truly was a blessing thank you to Mark and everybody else. I will be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family!

Best auto service in the state! I swear! They are upfront. Clean honest family people. They are prompt and always busy but always seem to find time to follow up too! Easy to talk to about prices or whatever is going on with your car!

Do not buy any vehicle from this place! I bought a Pacifica, drove it for not even 4 months, and the vehicle is shot. I drove over 2 hours to come get this car, heat didnt work, radio was shot, just a number of things wrong! The inside was absolutely disgusting! Was told "homeless people live in the cars sometimes" then got mad when I wanted to bargin the price because of all the issues. Super bad place to do business and I should have went with my gut instinct and not even wasted my time! 3,000 down the drain! Lights were on and the machanic would not let me see what they were. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

My husband and I, plus our daughter and her husband have been using Andover Auto for many, many years and they have never failed to impress me with their expertise, thoroughness and willingness to help, even on short notice (like today thanks, Doug!). Often I will drop a vehicle off and just give a verbal instruction as to a certain noise or smell that the car is making and the mechanics manage to figure out the puzzle from the few clues I give them! I completely trust that they won t repair something that isn t broken and often they have given me an honest opinion whether to pursue fixing something that isn t worth it, given the age/mileage of that particular vehicle. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect (and being a woman, that is BIG in my book). On the extremely rare occasion when a part failed prematurely, they have stood behind their workmanship, fixed it, and not made excuses. Car repairs are a fact of life I get that and so do they. I just want to feel confidence that my car will be properly fixed so I can get on with life. Thank goodness for Mark, Doug, Ron and the other guys at Andover Auto who continue to bend over backwards to go the extra mile. They will have our business forever!

Great mechanics. Have been going here for over 5 years now with 3 different vehicles. Everyone has been friendly, break down what needs to be done, give time frames, and keep me updated on any work being done.

Matt was very up front and fair. Just an hard working shop with old fashion blue collar wrench turners. The kind of shop that you can feel good about when you leave. They have my business.

I had short notice and needed my truck fast...front brakes grinding bad. I called and they got me in fast and got it fixed. No extra charges or add ons. And no work missed for me. Thanks guys for the excellent service!
