Called the dealership to ask about details of a few cars that were for sale. Ron answered all the questions I had and gave me everything he knew about each car. Ron was very honest and open about the cars and what had been wrong with them and what he had done to them. Drove two hours to test drive them and bought one of them. Went out to start the car, and the battery had died. Ron took care of it right away. I am very happy with my experience and will check again if I ever need a reasonably priced automobile again.

Can't say enough good things about Lowell's. Bought 3 vehicles from Ron. Trustworthy, excellent service, goes above and beyond every time!!

The best auto repair shop I have ever been to! There are 2 gentlemen that work there. One is Ron who is also the shop owner. Both guys are really nice and courteous. They keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle, and give you a full break down of the costs of parts as well as labor. Ron has gone the extra mile to help me. I am truly blessed that I was connected to this place. I am VERY appreciative of everythimg they've done to help me, and to keep my vehicle running.

Bought car with understanding that the ac would be fixed if needed, well the pump died and blew the engine. I got nothing but a chance to buy back my old car.Not helpful nor do they have good ethical business practices. Totally disappointed, never buy from again. Use caution, I recommend going to Bartels, have bought 2 cars there and no issues.

My 2003 Jeep Liberty's ignition went out. Imagine heading out to a meeting and your key won't turn!! FRUSTRATING! I called the local dealers and they couldn't even see my car for a 1.5 weeks and quoted me an extremely high price! I own my own business and cannot be without a car for that long ... as my work days vary with driving all over the place. Curtis Like helped me by getting my car, ordering parts on Sunday and fixing it in one work day! It was quick and extremely affordable. Thanks so much!

This guy is destroying the bad image of a typical used car salesman. Ron is straight up honest and a man of integrity. I would buy a vehicle from him every time.

Haven't bought anything yet but I'm looking at getting a 97 f150 that needs some work, the guy told me up front what was wrong with it, he is a nice guy that is willing to work with people ya don't see much of that anymore.

Always quick to solutions for automotive needs if Ronny can't help you he will make sure you leave at least with a number of someone he thinks would be able to help you very personal staff and treats everyone like a friend
