Slow to get back to me - I broke down and had to leave my car there and was frustrated because communication was slow. It felt overpriced compared to my mechanic, but they did a good job and fixed the problem. They were nice when I talked to them.

Claimed my car wasn't fit to be on the road so he refused to work on it. Since then two different mechanics have worked on my car and claimed Ed's probably just didn't want to do the work. However, he and his wife were very pleasant people to talk to.

Ed's been fixing my broken cars for 13+ years. He is the most caring and most knowledgeable mechanic I know. Many times he has diagnosed the problem right over the phone!

When I drove out to my appointment. There was no one there, The business appeared closed even though they said that they were open. When I called them and no one answered. I left a message I m still waiting to hear back.
