Daughter bought car and within a week both front struts were making noise and check engine light came on. Brought it in dealership they denied anything wrong. Brought to another shop and verified front struts were bad. Informed dealership and was basicly told to bad. She had bought a used 2015 impala and they were not going to help her. Could fix this for 300.00 parts and labor for 15000.00 dollar car but wont stand behind it. Will never do bussiness there again. Its been just over a month ago.

Cannot find a better saleman than Chris Tyge. We have leased 4 trucks from Webber, and each time Chris has gone above and beyond to get us into exactly what we want. Will definitely continue to lease from Webber as long as Chris is around!The service department has always been great, very well organized, and quick with resolving any issues that may come up. Quick-Lane staff is great! In and out for an oil change in less than 15 minutes each time!

I had the worst experience from here I had my Jeep in to get a calibration done and to check my service shifter warning light. Mind you they had it for 3 weeks and when I picked it up they told me that they cleaned the plug-in on the shifter hoping that it would help with the warning light issue. When I picked it up the button part was popping in on the shifter and the next day as I was driving to work the whole thing fell apart. So I called back to Webber and they said they would look at it but to pull up to the service door so we could get a technician to try and get it into park. After being there for 15 minutes they said that I needed a new button and it would cost $975 and it wouldn t be here for 2 days. Not sure why I have to pay for it when it wasn t broken before I dropped it off. I will never go back to them they were rude and the service manger was just as rude. I would rather drive an extra hour for better customer service.

We had serious issues with our van while visiting Detroit Lakes (we live in the Mpls Area). The staff there was very accommodating, great communication and took care of our issues for a much better price than I anticipated. It's scary taking your car someplace new, but I was very pleased with the service. Highly Recommended!

The pictures say it all. I was told that I hit my truck with a 2�4 or a pipe or a tree branch. Had repair work done wish I would have brought it somewhere else. They didn't keep it inside when said they would. It was outside when I got there.

Bought a hellcat with 740 miles on it( still under all warranties). Found a paint mistake that was caused by the dealer( confirmed by dealer documents). Had to drive 7 hours one way to return to dealer, just to have a parking lot freshly coated with tar. Will have to drive another 14 hour round trip to pick vehicle up with no expense paid by dealer (other than the paint mistake they caused). Brock the owner very unwilling to compromise or help his customers. Very quick to pass the blame onto the customer.Very difficult to work with. Very very disappointed. If your planning on buying from them you're better off some where else.

I've driven a Yukon XL for 20+ years and finally made the move to a Jeep Wagoneer. There were only 2 within 250 miles of my home. Drove to Webber, met with Chris Tyge, test drove the vehicle and purchased it. Chris was great to deal with and the transaction was smooth. I would highly recommend Webber and Chris!

I had the best car buying experience�of my life at Webber Family Motors last week. My salesman Justin went above and beyond to make sure I left with no worries or questions. He was honest, patient and a no pressure kind of guy. He is very knowledgeable, and��took as much time as needed to make sure I understood how to work everything in my new vehicle�before I left.I would recommend Justin to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle�that wants to be treated with honesty and respect. You can tell that he loves what he does and makes the whole process enjoyable. The business staff were great as well. Jenni was very professional and efficient. I thought I would be there for hours signing papers but I was in and out quickly due to her organization and speedy work ethic. She was also very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. This is how buying a car should be! I never once felt like my time was being wasted or that I was being taken advantage of. I got a very fair trade value for my old vehicle�and Even saved some cash with rebates available. If you are looking for a new vehicle�call Justin, he will take good care of you! ...like family, but better because there is no drama!

Just bought a 2022 Ford Expedition Max from Webber Family Motors. Had to drive 8 hours to go pick it up. They were ready for us when we arrived, and we completed the transaction quickly, yet unhurried. Sara helped us on the front end with internet sales, Glen with the paperwork, and Chris was the salesman and showed us how everything on the new car worked including linking up our phones to Ford Pass. They were all very friendly and professional. Certainly, I understand that the consumer doesn't have much leverage when buying a car currently with all the supply issues. When it comes to the price, value, and negotiating, I feel like my wife and I were treated quite fairly. It was a great experience and we love the new car! I hope to establish a long term relationship with this dealership and these people. Thank you Webber Family Motors!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle from Webber. Paul D. was great to work with. He was not your stereotypical car sales rep. He wanted us to feel comfortable in our buying experience and not make us feel pressured.We were given the recommendation to check out Webber from a close friend who has purchased his vehicles from Webber over the years. We were not disappointed. They have a clean, family friendly atmosphere and they stand behind their vehicles. Our used vehicle we purchased had an issue within the first week and they told us to bring it back. They fixed the issue with no questions asked and at no charge.We have had some not so fun car buying experiences over the years in Fargo/Moorhead. If you are in the FM area and are looking for a more small town, fair price, comfortable buying experience, look no further and drive 45 min down the road to DL. We will be back again in the future and recommend your dealership to others. Thanks for a great experience when navigating the sometimes stressful and very important decision of buying a vehicle!

After calling several dealerships, leaving messages, and not getting a response, it was great to get prompt call backs and texts from Sara. When I got to the dealership, I had the pleasure to work with Dave who was also very nice. While I didn't buy from them (someone else purchased before I decided), everyone I dealt with there were very friendly and thorough. So trust them to provide you with the communications and service you deserve.

We recently moved to this area and were looking for a Jeep dealer. We located a vehicle we liked on the website and called them up. Chris Tyge answered the phone and verified they had the vehicle. When we arrived it was out front ready to go. Chris made the whole experience from the phone call to driving off the lot an easy and quick experience. Usually very happy with serviceLast visit involved checking air conditioner check as wasn't cooling enough. The mechanic advised to put in a $500.00 part to try and if that didn't work to check the condenser.Did not have sevice done.Felt they should have been able to analyze the problem with their equipment instead of using process of elimination.Had some more service done a a day ago.Was very happy with their service.Everyone there is so helpful!They have a great crew.Also they have rides back and forth for their clients which is so great!

New to the area, so always leery about a dealership that I know nothing about. Went in to get my truck serviced and worked with Alex. he was very honest and trustworthy. In fact I felt so comfortable that I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Webber, even though my truck was repaired. My salesman was Chris and he was really great to work with. In the finance department I found another great person in Glenn. All told, I could not be happier with the people I met. Will use the service and purchase all my vehicles from them

Tried to put a deposit down on vehicle as from out of town. Told us to just start paperwork and they would keep for us. Started paperwork got twenty miles from dealership and they called to tell us they sold it

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Webber Ford. We asked to have the vehicle cleaned and the gas tank was almost on empty. Inside the center armrest, there was a significant amount of dirt. Also the bed of the truck was not cleaned. They did change oil. However there is less than a quarter of a tank of gas in the vehicle. The salesman was personable and pleasant. However he seemed to have a little authority regarding negotiating a price. The sales manager was disappointingly brusque and argumentative. Some Customers would ve simply walked away and continued shopping elsewhere. So if you really want it, buy it from there. If you want an exceptional customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere.

This is the best car Dealership I have every worked with. I received a fantastic price on my car. Never felt any pressure to purchase, and all of the staff was really friendly. I actually had a problem with my car after 300miles, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. Will do business with this dealer in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a car ask for Steve and tell him Levy sent you.

I purchased a car from Travis Roland at Webber Family Motors in Detroit Lakes. I found the car online and it was an incredible deal. I knew I was going to purchase it unless I discovered something unforeseen when I got to the dealership. After I drove the car and inspected it, and confirmed that it was exactly what I wanted, I told Travis it was a go. They could have collected my money and sent me on my way. Instead, they detailed it, inspected under the hood, put on some new windshield wipers, and changed the oil. Everyone at Webber was exceptionally friendly and they handled the transaction very efficiently. Need I even mention the different types of coffee, popcorn, and freshly baked cookies?! I highly recommend them if you want a great car buying experience, free of that old negative car salesmen experience.
