R & G Suburu was fantastic from start to finish. Great selection of vehicles. Justin, Drew, Mike, and the cleanup crew were all amazing to work with! Fair pricing, great communication, exactly what they said it would be. Easy paperwork and they took time to explain the car and all its features to us. Highly recommend this dealership!!Thanks to everyone for the wonderful experience!!

Going car shopping can be daunting task these days. If you find it's time to begin that process we strongly suggest you consider stopping at R&G Subaru along the way. We have bought 9 new vehicles over the years and I have never been more impressed with the whole process of securing a new car. Drew and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in all phases.If you like to haggle, be given the runaround of your trades value, get a lot of pressure to buy accessories and extended warranties ,etc then go elsewhere as you won't have to deal with that stuff at R&G Subaru.Our experience was straight forward from beginning to the end of the purchase. Before we took possession of our new Forester we were given a complete introduction to some of the features and help with any questions that we had. I urge you to stop in and check out the quality and value of the Subaru line and give Drew Larson a shot at your business...you won't be disappointed!

There are good trained mechanics who love what they do. Then there are the lemons. We got the lemon. Customer service is excellent, then there is the lemonheads.. Room for improvement, get off the computers and look..

R & G Subaru car dealership is a great place to buy a great car! This was our fourth time buying a Subaru and we have always been pleased. Service work of previous vehicles, two Bajas and a Limited Outback we had for thirteen years was great! This touring Outback has safety bells and whistles and technology that Justin, our salesman, carefully showed us how to use. We re very happy R & G customers!

Wanted specific Subaru at R&G, told Scott I had 4K to put down to hold until Saturday. Kept in touch, sent documents. Friday, Scott calls, sold the car, never mentioned needing a deposit despite my inquiry. Unprofessional.

Scott was awesome to work with! He was helpful and not pushy at all which I appreciated as the dealership in Fargo was relentless with emails while I decided on what I wanted. Scott was quick and efficient as he knew I was driving from Fargo to get my vehicle so he had everything ready to go for me right away. After getting the paperwork done, he gave a me a thorough walk through of all features on my vehicle. Would highly recommend working with Scott and RG Subaru if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I was the only possible customer in the lot on the afternoon of October 17th. Someone was too busy taking pictures of inventory to even say hi. I was a rare opportunity for me to have the time to look and hopefully learn about subarus. Your loss!

Great experience all around.We were looking for our first new car ever. We had been working with multiple dealerships in the twin cities, but for various reasons, it wasn't quite the right fit. But we knew what we wanted, so when we saw that R & G Subaru had the model and trim we wanted, we reached out.Justin and Drew made it so easy. We primarily worked with Justin, who understood where we were coming from. Anything we asked or needed was immediately answered. It was upfront, direct and exactly the type of experience I was hoping for. They even gave an accurate estimate of when the car would arrive on the lot.When we arrived to purchase, it was friendly, inviting and everything was ready. We drove away (and still are) happy with it.

Our experience at R&G Subaru was excellent in every way. No high pressure, everyone was friendly and helpful. No one tried to sell you something you didn't want or couldn't afford. The most impressive thing I noticed was anyone that was free would help you even if you started with another salesman. I would recommend this dealership if you want to be treated right.

Honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had body work done for some front end damage and when I picked up my car, it was better than new (not to mention squeaky clean!) Jonathan and Matt were super communicative throughout the process, and came in right on the dot with the price quoted. From start to finish, the repair team at R&G was amazing to work with and even gave me a loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. If you're having reservations about bringing your car to the dealership for whatever reason- leave them at the door. These guys will get you right and treat you like one of their own!
