We had service done on our Ice Castle at Outlet Recreation in Detroit Lakes. Part of the service was to have new trim installed around the windows. Many pieces are cut short, and to add to it, this one they just added a scrap piece & didn t nail down. We will now have to redo the trim work as it looked better before it was brought to them.

We had contacted them about a used 5th wheel camper that they had for sale. I asked about if there was any water damage or any known issues to the camper they said that there was nothing and that it was in immaculate condition for the year that it was. We drove 3 hours to see the camper to find out there was water damage on both rear corners and the slide out floors had started rotting. When we brought this up we had been told they don't inspect the campers until they are sold to a customer. We had poor service as they did not seem to truly care and showed us another also having water damge that they didnt know about.
