The service team here is OUTSTANDING! They address everything I bring to them with the utmost respect and understanding and they take the same wonderful care with my sweet little import car as I do. They really endeavor to learn about and adapt to working on it even when it might be challenging with the different type of mechanics. As a woman, I don't always feel I'm given credit for knowing anything at all about my car but I've never felt that with the team at Nereson's. I highly recommend!

Very Knowledgeable people, that will provide honest assessment of services needed. Comfortable customer lounge, kept in a safe and sanitized condition. Courtesy transportation provided if you cannot wait.

The Service Department really needs to be more transparent about the cost of services provided. I was not aware (and was not informed) that there would be such a high diagnostic charge. Nereson s really needs to be more upfront about these types of charges. Beyond the expensive diagnostic change, once the issue was identified it was way over quoted. The Service Tech identified that there was a mouse nest near the engine and that it had chewed through a wire. My husband was able to fix this issue for free, and in less than 15 minutes. However, I was quoted almost $500 to have this completed with Neresons.Lastly, the Service Tech didn't even clean out the mouse nest they found during this diagnostic. This was such an incredibly disappointing experience, and I m afraid I would not recommend Nereson s to other friends and family, and it would be extremely unlikely that I would be a return customer.
