No appointment. They were able to get me in same day, quickly provided a quote for services and completed a complex job within the same day.The front end was incredibly responsive, professional and courteous. This was my first time at TGK and I will absolutely be a customer going forward.

Love TGK!They are thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable.Never pushy! You decide what, IF anything, they should fix.So far, they have been nothing but Truthful on All of our vehicles.Prices are great, and generally lower than others.They Know your vehicle, and its maintenance requirements to keep up with your warranty!I will stay with them.

Have had a couple of tires patched over the years. Recently had some 3rd party warranty work done. They were really great and worked with the warranty company to make sure I was covered. There ended up being a few extra things required above the warranty but they cleared the work order with and finished up the work promptly.

Always clean. Receptionists tend to be sharp, familiar with common car questions, are the kinds of folks that re hard for employers to find. My latest instance was remedied before I even got home so I was able to have my driver u-turn right back to the garage. All in, I was only without my car for about 18 minutes. Always exceeding expectations this place. If you re near Delano, drop by. Makes owning an older car sentimentally and economically worthwhile. DC

I have received the best customer service at TGK in Delano for the past couple years. I was dreading looking for a new place to service my vehicle when I moved to the area. They take time to identify what needs to be done immediately and what services can wait until the next oil change. I'm so glad I found TGK, I trust them implicitly.

The service center is newer facility, clean and comfortable. They could not find my account when I arrived to check in. I bought tires there before so I'm not sure how my account was deleted or hidden. During the oil change they took a picture of the radiator but didn't add any comments. Service Manager came out to ask if anyone had filled the anti freeze and possibly spilled some. It's pretty obvious that there most likely is some type of leak or sepage that would cause that. They recommended a coolant flush.When I went to leave the service reminder message in my car was not reset so I had to go back in to request a reset. At first I wondered if they really did change my oil. 3 stars is adequate in my opinion.

This was my first time visiting TGK. I went in for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the waiting room is large with plenty of seating, and they were done with my car in less than 45 minutes. I ll definitely be back!

They were able to squeeze me in last minute this morning. I have been going to another mechanic for the last five years and was never informed about anything that was wrong with my vehicle, even though I have voiced concerns to him. TGK took the time to do an inspection and gave me a quote on everything. Thank you to all the hard workers at TGK Automotive!!!

The people are friendly and I'm sure my oil was changed properly but they thought my cabin filter was dirty and replaced it. But when I got home my husband said he had just changed it this summer? I also got a list of about 8 other things that should be done sometime---I don't know if that is good or not? Probably.

Not happy with this place started out with bad fuel pump $1500 then called us and said gas leaking when done putting fuel pump in that was another$1000. They call and say your suburban is ready I leave the place and have no breaks just having it towed home and never dealing with them again.

Could not ask for a better place! Even at a moments notice I got my car in when my tire was hissing. They got me a new tire and on my way quickly.

Very honest, professional, clean, and friendly shop. Superior workmanship. Unlike many shops, TGK stands behind their warranty. Adam provided clear and thorough communication throughout the process, and took great care in getting my vehicle repaired. TGK Delano stands out amongst many dishonest and overpriced competitors in the Twin Cities.

Our go-to automotive shop. We recently took a nail in a tire that we purchased from TGK Delano with the lifetime repair, and the team at TGK got us in immediately on that day to patch it up for us. That kind of service keeps us coming back for routine maintenance and emergency care.

Very thorough with the work they performed. Sent pictures of what needed work done. Very honest shop. Nit picking, but would like them to question So _____, _____ and _____ is the work you re thinking of getting completed . That is being very picky, I appreciate this shop and will return for future work on the rigs.

I appreciate that the technicians and associates know me and know my car. They remember past services and are always honest about what needs to be fixed immediately and what I can hold off on. Prices are reasonable, and often times, there are coupons that help with the cost. It s usually pretty easy to get my car in to be serviced in a timely manner.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Pat and Adam were very willing to work with me on checking my Subaru for brakes and oil change. Also so accommodating to help me do my errands with a loaner car.
