Great customer service! I needed wipers, which apparently so did everyone else, so the fact that they had what I needed was amazing...I went to 4 other places! Then I needed help with the second one, the guy at the counter came right out when I walked in, I didn't even have to ask. Once he got it on for me, he took all my garbage also.

I went to this store every day for about three weeks, well maybe not everyday but close to it spent well over 1500.00 dollars there. Until today I was satisfied with the store, I purchased a 70.00 part and a .69 o ring just incase I only needed to replace the o ring and when I tried returning the part the owner didn't even look in the box he said I had installed it and can't return it. I've had this happen before so I knew better not to install first I even asked the guy selling me the part if i didn't use it i can return it and he said no problem. I would not recommend this store to anyone dont waste your time or money.

Fantastic service this morning. They were more than helpful in helping me remove some very stuck bolts that we had tried to remove for days. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them!

Do not trust these thieving liars! Their no account son has issues and will steal, lie and destroy your life if given access to you porch and pets. He is a monster. They lost my business as well as others in the area that have dealt with them. Take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!

This review can not be deleted again! It is a real experience I had with this business!Horrible people with no ethical standards. The owner Is John Vieau, his son Byron Vieau delivers parts for the store. Byron came to my house to deliver parts and STOLE my 12 year old cat, who was a valued member of my family. I knew what happened right away, tracked Byron down and he denied and lied. I have put so much effort into bringing my cat home with no luck as of yet. John Vieau is shielding his son in this matter. What Byron did is unacceptable and beyond hurtful. Byron is still employed as a parts runner at this store, entering private properties daily. Byron has been charged and is still employed. Do not shop here as they have no standards and are just bad people who I would never suppport again. See for yourself, google Byron Vieau and you will see all of the media coverage of this situation. He did this, he admitted to it, he s been charged AND he still is employed. Unfathomable

This Napa has Awful/horrible business standards.They have theives/liars working for them. One of the delivery drivers(Byron owners son) stole my family members Beloved pet (cat)right off their front porch and still hasnt returned him.Stay far far away from this Napa.

These gentlemen know their stuff and go well above and beyond for customer service. I have gone here many times and I am usually out the door, with the exact item's I need, in less than 5 minutes.

Delivery guy stole my friends cat and won't tell her where it is. I called to ask if that guy was still working there, and they hung up on me. Be careful. They have a psychopath working there.

Awesome service. I walked in 3 minutes before closing time and still received great service and didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the employees. I got my new car battery and was on my way. Thanks guys!

Unscrupulous business. Beware. Their son stole a friend's pet cat right off her porch..finally after a year he admits he just dumped it out miles away. Horrible people
