A friendly, warm atmosphere comes with the smaller size dealership. It just feels comfortable!Everyone is professional, but also personable. Conversations & questions are welcomed - no pressure felt. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, and I was updated by the service person when finished. I am happy to be back with this dealership!

Win the customer, not the argument doesn t apply to this dealership. I had my 76 year old mother in laws vehicle into the dealership due to losing coolant in June 2023 which happens to be only about 2500 miles ago due to her limited driving. She purchased THIS vehicle AND the extended warranty from the Davis dealership. They had installed some new lines and called me to come pick it up. I left work early to pick her up to go get her car. We were heading home but drove about 10 miles before the check engine light went on so we had to drive back to the dealership and leave it there and make the trek back home empty handed.We were finally able to pick it up the next day and things seemed to be running normal (no check engine lights came on). But, making sure things looked good was my highest priority which is why I popped the hood and happened to notice the reservoir was low on coolant after driving less than 20 miles. My mother in law would have had no idea what things should look like so I filled it up for her. I believe the dealer probably could have done a little better job of giving it a good test drive the 1st time to ensure I didn t have to leave work early for a second time to get the car. I was very understanding that things do happen. But I felt like they probably could have taken the 10 extra minutes to make sure it was perfect since we were making our 2nd trip back to pick it up.Fast forward 2500 miles, the reservoir was again down a very noticeable amount of coolant. I called the dealership and told them my issue and that I wasn t seeing any on the ground or in the engine bay They told me I could drop it off and they could take a look at it. They looked at it, pressure tested it, and called to say that they didn t find anything. They mentioned it could have been air In the lines from when they installed the lines last time it was in. But they weren t sure it was the issue which is why she was charged nearly $100 due to it not being under the previous warranty claim. This was very shocking to me as she had already paid $100 to have it fixed properly last time it was at their shop.I called them the next day to let them know I didn t think that was the right thing to do to a good customer, but I got the answer that it wasn t covered under that prior warranty service because they couldn t be for sure that it was due to the last service work.Come on! You re going to charge a 76 year old lady on a limited income another $100 because you weren t sure it was due to the last service and had to charge the labor to someone. That s disappointing to say the least.I will pay the money from MY own pocket before I will let you take money from an unsuspecting senior citizen who also thought it would be covered by the warranty service she paid for 2500 miles ago. Your policies obviously don t cover all the bases when it comes to common sense and taking care of the customer. We live in a world of choices and our best option is not to choose you. We will be glad to travel to the other dealership near us for future service and warranty claims based on this past experience.

Very laid back and no pressure. They were honest, upfront and business like but not at all overbearing. Definitely recommend John in sales and sue in finance was super helpful.

This team makes buying a vehicle a breeze. Dylan was very responsive and met all of my needs. The deal was quick, easy, and fair. My dealer of choice. They have been servicing my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado for last year, very happy. Just had a set of new tires put on. Prices seem better than other places I checked and great staff. Mark the service manager is the best, above and beyond.

Dylan, Dan and Sue went above and beyond to deliver customer service to the full 9 yards. Living an hour away, when you show up you want everything to be smooth and work out as easy as possible and they made the entire process a breeze.

Our first conversation with Dan was informative and we didn t waste hours with a lot of dealership drama. We knew what we were looking for and all was top notch customer service, from the receptionist answering our calls to closing of sale. John went over vehicle details and made us feel at home. Customer service like this is hard to find. We give them at TEN for all around customer service and straightforward sale without spending hours doing it.

I've bought around 12 cars so far and I'm only 29. It's a bad addiction but I can't help myself. I also always bring my Dad (former car salesman) along whenever I shop which is very often. Whenever I'm looking to buy a truck I go to multiple dealerships to price cars and trades. Long story short I've dealt with nearly a hundred salesmen and dealerships.Usually its a several hour process and feels like pulling teeth. This was without a doubt the most pleasant and painless experience I've ever had and my father agrees. Great prices on their vehicles and great trade values compared to the others I shopped. Todd Wenz is an awesome low pressure salesman. He works with you rather than against you to make sure you walk out satisfied. The sales manager was awesome as well. Just an overall great experience compared to the giant big box dealerships that liter I-94. Drive a little out of your way, it's worth it.

The entire process was extremely easy. All of the people at this dealership were wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a true Family atmosphere. I left there feeling very confident in my decision and excited to get my new vehicle!!! They were all able to help me and how wonderful that I never felt pressure from anyone. I would and already have recommended to family and friends to go to Davis Chevrolet. I can say with 100% certainty that I made the right choice going there! I really like the service here which keeps me coming back. However the online check in could be better. There used to be options to select to specify the type of oil change but there isn't now. On my last visit my truck turned 100,000 miles so I made the switch to Mobil 1 oil. On my visit last week, I wasn't able to specify Mobil 1 oil in the online check in so I was given Dexos, the standard full synthetic. Partly was my fault for not specifying I wanted Mobil 1, but I didn't realize I had to specifically ask for it. And it would be nice if the dealership was able to tell what I had done on my last visit, then they could have asked what I wanted. I just feel the record keeping and communication could be improved. I will continue coming here as this was a simple misunderstanding.

Quick routine maintenance of my 2017 Equinox. I got in upon arrival and was out in about a half hour. They even checked my tire as I thought it might have a slow leak. Luckily I didn t.

My experience was great. Everything was a smooth process, since we had already spoken on the phone prior to showing up to the dealership--once we arrived the car was already ready for a test drive. Mark and Dan showed us great hospitality while we finalized all the paperwork. After everything was finished, even with a rush of customers walking into the dealership, Mark ensured we were all good to go before helping the next customer. It was definitely work the drive out to Delano, I really enjoy my car and can't thank the Davis Chevrolet Of Delano Inc. enough :)

From my initial contact with Dan (Sales Manager) through the end of the sale, he was nothing but friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. I had reached out about an early lease return and I appreciated that he was willing to communicate via email about some of the initial numbers and when we determined that we were ready to purchase, we worked with John and the experience was seamless. We came in with less than hour before closing and the entire staff was pleasant and wonderful to work with. They followed up after the purchase to ensure I had no questions about our new vehicle. We had a really wonderful experience with Davis Chevrolet of Delano and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I called and inquired about a truck that was listed online, from the very first phone call Dylan was amazing to work with! Hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had in my life! The entire transaction was less than 15 minutes, the truck was delivered to my home and I never had to leave my yard. If you are looking for fast, friendly and easy buying experience I highly suggest Davis Chevrolet ask for Dylan!!

Folks, before i even begin my review , i would give this dealership 100 stars if allowed. Okay, here is what happened. I just bought a used 2012 Land Rover LR4 from their pre-owned inventory. I live in Texas and didn't even step out of my house. I saw the ad in CarGurus and just for grins called them. I spoke to Dan Stock and asked for some videos and pictures of the car. Dylan and Dan promptly provided everything i asked for. They described the condition of the car and were very honest with me. They gave me a great deal and i bought the car. I don't know either Dan or Dylan from Adam yet they were very honest and professional. Everything was done remote over the phone. The car was shipped to my home in Texas today (2/16/23) and i can't even describe how i felt when i drove it. They sold me a beauty and everything was better than described in the ad. It drives like a brand new vehicle even though it is >10 yrs old. I can't thank Dan & Dylan enough. My buying experience at Davis Chevrolet was amazing. Dylan made the buying process easy and fast. I think I spent 1 hour in the Dealership from start to finish. Even after I had a small problem with my purchase, they fixed it for free. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone. Thank you again for everything.

Very comfortable, laid back atmosphere, and the staff is the absolute best.Davis Chevrolet couldn't have made buying a new vehicle any easier, they are very informed on current models, and available rebates.The buying experience couldn't have been better, mainly because of the low pressure, down to earth people that work there.I was very impressed with the smoothness of the entire transaction, from calling to schedule a test drive, to applying for financing, to signing the final paperwork.Will definitely be back when its time to purchase my next truck.

Late in the day I discovered my tire was going flat due to a screw I had picked up on my way to work. I called Richard in Service and he got me in right away. The tire was fixed and I was on my way once again. They are always very accommodating and responsive.
