Wanted to get an estimate to see what I needed fixed on my vehicle and was charged $126 plus $5 for using a card. The following week they did fix my vehicle in the time that they said. They did not offer to lower the price since I did an estimate at their location and did not know that they would charge an extra $15 to use my card, I just assumed maybe they charged $5 for anytime you used a card instead of money because of the convenience. I will say the people are very nice.

Well I went out and got my stuff replaced with someone else's junk after rotation of tires and they ripped off my property

They are amazing!!! Communication was great! Explanation of issues and the plan to fix them was thorough! Everyone had a smile on their face! For having vehicle issued while on vacation is quite a negative, everyone here made it a more positive experience!

In my mind there's no other auto place I would ever take any of my vehicles these people will bend over backwards to help you. And the mechanics here really know their stuff Top Notch mechanics.

I Had truck issues working near Cuyuna Country auto. I pulled in very near closing time but they used their experience and tools to do a quick fix and got me on my way home.Also they have a cool lobby area with cookies.

These guys define "Minnesota Nice". We were passing through the area last week and had something on the highway cut one of our tires open. Although they didn't have the right size tire in stock, they took the damaged one off, diagnosed the problem (an unrepairable cut), and put the spare on for us so we could get home. They were honest, extremely helpful and didn't even charge us for their time. Very nice staff here.Service: Tires

I have a foreign car & they said they work on all models of vehicles. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my rear tires, other than knowing they sound bad when I was breaking. I ended up needing to replace all 4 of my break pads because they were metal on metal. They ordered the necessary parts from their local parts dealer & were able to get the oil changed & all new breaks put in, within 4 hours. They provided up-front, competitive pricing. It is family owned, with a newly remodeled lobby; I will be bringing my vehicle there from now on.Downside, if you don't want to be charged an additional 4%, you cannot pay with a credit card. You will need to come prepared with enough cash or write a check.

Mike and Tracy were so helpful when the engine in our Acadia went out. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. We highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for their help!

Fast and friendly service. Even with their busy schedule they were able to get my van out fast to continue on my way to the cabin. Minor delay to my plans but their fast service put me at ease.There was a bathroom and coffee in the waiting area.

Had a screw in my tire when I left home this morning, bummer. Went down the road to Cuyuna Country Auto Center to ask about fixing it. They were busy, but got me in, fixed the tire and back on the road in no time. Great job! I really appreciate the service!

I had my tiger's rotated there, they even put in a screw for a loose flap I had with no extra.Their prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Had vehicle over a week....called on Friday said they couldn't remove a plug....came in Monday and they claimed there tech was out indefinitely...guess they have only one tech who can do spark plugs...took to another shop who has techs

I told them I needed my windshield wiper motor replaced. They charged me a $100 diagnostic fee and then couldn t fix them. Expected more from a locally owned shop

These guys are friendly, and seem honest in their work. They are willing to work with ya if you have special issues, as well.On the down side, they do take a bit of time... As they are rather busy.

Price was ok but the work and the follow up problems were terrible. Still dealing with a service engine light for a oxygen sensor that came on and cannot get to go out. New sensor did not help, not going to take it back to them either, I will bite the bullet and get it fixed someplace else and not let them touch it again.

Good and friendly but they charge 3.9% of total if you use a credit or debit card. I used a check to save 40 bucks.
